He handled my father's (nearly 80 years old at that time) emergency dental procedure as well - the empathy with which he handled the situation was really heart warming. Negative experience: Ужасная клиника !!! Моему Ребёнку 15 лет заболел зуб и нужно было поставить пломбу , обратились в эту клинику. Доктор Bora Guneri раз 7 делал ребёнку снимок зуба , нам говорил выйти из кабинета и сам выходил . При облучении ребёнка не закрывали тело защитой . Руки в перчатках не обрабатывал , сначала к ребёнку в рот обследовал , потом в компьютере снимки смотрел потом опять в рот к ребёнку. Я несколько раз уточнила у него , что почему он не обрабатывает руки . Он трогал всё вплоть до ручки дверной и лез этими руками ребёнку в рот . Доктор удалил удалил нерв и чистил канал , Потом поставил временную пломбу . Мы заплатили 2000 дирхам . На следующий день у ребёнка в этом месте воспалилась десна и начались боли . Мы обратились опять к этому доктору . Он опять сделал несколько раз снимки , облучая ребёнка . Потом опять сверлил зуб . И Сказал выпить обезбаливающую таблетку и попить антибиотик и намазать мазью антибиотиком . Мы заплатили 1500 дирхам. Сказал прийти к нему через 2 недели .Боль у ребёнка не проходила . Этот доктор занёс инфекцию ребёнку. В итоге я ребёнка отвезла с сильной болью в другую стоматологию. Там обследовали и прочистили заново каналы . И сказали что сейчас вместо обычной пломбы надо ребёнку ставить коронку , так как большая часть зуба удалена доктором из первой клиники . Было занесена инфекция и плохо были прочищены каналы первым доктором . Когда мы с ребёнком вернулись в эту клинику и обратились к управляющей . Показали выписку из другой клиники . Она сказала , что они не отвечают за другую клинику . У них работают профессионалы и поставить коронку будет стоить 4000 дирхам ! Управляющая ни как не захотела решить проблему которую сделал доктор её клиники . Она лишь с усмешкой сказала , что это не их вина . Чтобы мы сами решали проблему ! Это ужас ! 15 летнему ребёнку испортил этот доктор зуб , что в таком возрасте по его вине надо ставить коронку . Содрали денег и подорвали ребёнку здоровье!

A none great listener, a none great advisor and not helpful always! has been damaging my original tooth so he doesn’t know his way around dental chairs. His magic hands can ruin anything! She sat with me to speak about the history of my teeth to get more of an understanding of my needs. She took her time to understand what I was looking for and my requirements. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and what I loved was the honesty in her approach. She didn’t make me feel that I needed a procedure or recommend me of any if she didn’t feel it was needed. Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic because my tooth was broken, Dr. Majd was very kind and amazing, he is very professional, always smiling and makes the treatments very comfortable, there was little girl before me, she finished her treatment and left with happy face it's so rare to see that in dental offices, for the first time in my life I wasn't afraid of dentists.
