Negative experience: I was really turned off by the dentists' approach to children's misbehaviour. Some sort of tough love policy that didn't sit well with me. My kids are no angels, but believe me, no amount of yelling, reproach, or scowling at them would straighten them up. The male dentist came in for 10 seconds and was already strictly motioning to my 4 yr old to be quiet and behave and to me to keep my kids in check. The reviews said they were good with kids, but they came across unfriendly and easily rattled by the slightest childish mischief or chatter. Their prices are also too steep considering the location, l wonder why? They did offer a discount, though, as mentioned in some reviews, but why inflate your price at all in the first place?

Fantastic experience: I removed my wisdom tooth yesterday at Just Smile Clinic in Ajman and I must say the entire process was pain free and over in a matter of minutes. I was experiencing a bit of anxiety at first but Dr Yousef and his team gave me the reassurance that it would go smoothly and it certainly did. The Dr explained fully what the procedure would involve and what to do after extraction. This really helped a lot. I highly recommend this clinic for their great service, professionalism, and aftercare by checking up on me this morning to see if everything was okay. Looking forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: The worst dentist ever I have seen, the worst experience ever I had in my life, Yousef destroyed my teeth and decided to fix a bridge for me and he replaced it few time without any luck , i am still facing huge issue while eating and my still teeth very sensitive due the unprofessional root canal removal, I do not recommends any one to visit this clinic,

Fantastic experience: I needed 2 wisdom teeth removed and honestly I was petrified. I have a great phobia of injections and I've had some bad experiences at other dentists previously. I mentioned my anxiety to my Dr and they were absolutely incredible. They spent time giving me relaxation and breathing techniques so that I was calm and made sure to inform me at every stage what was going to happen. They were so compassionate and patient and let me know that I could take a break whenever I needed to (even initiated breaks so that I could relax for a moment). The procedure was over before I knew it but I'm sure many people can relate to the build up being the most nerve-wracking part, my Dr made me feel that they would spend the whole day making sure I was ready and as relaxed as possible before we started the surgery. The whole team are unbelievably kind and I can't recommend Just Smile enough. After the procedure, my Dr went into great detail about aftercare and let me know that I could contact them at any time if I had any questions or concerns. The work they did removing my wisdom teeth was amazing. The team at Just Smile are friendly, professional and also have a great sense of humour. They really go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable and valued, whilst also ensuring they perform the highest quality of work, I can't recommend them highly enough. 5***
