What was supposed to be a basic filling turned into a living nightmare—he BUTCHERED my teeth, leaving me in AGONIZING pain. His careless, unprofessional work RUINED my dental health, forcing me to spend a FORTUNE at another clinic just to fix his horrific mistakes. I trusted him as a professional, but he treated my teeth like a practice dummy. The sheer incompetence and lack of basic skill is SHOCKING. I’ve never experienced such neglect from a dentist in my life. If you value your teeth, your health, or your money—RUN.

Negative experience: This is a good clinic with good doctors and good nurses BUT, the lady at the reception is very rude and doesn’t know how to interact with patients. I was given an appointment at 10am and the doctor apparently got in another patient at the same time. When I asked how was it possible when I made an appointment she was all offended and was like it’s not my job go ask the doctor. Even over phone, I received a missed call from the reception prior my appointment and I called back to check what but no one answered. I called back 2-3 in the following days and no response. When I later got connected and asked she was like I never answered so it’s my mistake.

Negative experience: What a poor service from RECEPTION! The clinic showed in google that they are open today until 9pm but there's no any single answer from my calls, I called the landline 10 times and mobile number. My last visit I saw there two person seating in reception. And they only seen my message in Whatsapp. It's just not today happened! It's a 2nd time now! Last June 19 Wednesday I also called them 5 times. in the 6 times they answer and give me reason that the receptionist was in pantry.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Aamir para sa pasta, mabait sya at magaang ang kamay, walang sakit and ok yung pagkapasta nya. Highly recommended, at ok din ang price. So kung hanap nyo eh magaling na dentista, na mabai, experienced and professional, Dr. Aamir is the best.

Negative experience: They were not responsive (other receptionist) when you ask them about your laboratory test and when you can do it. This happens to me many times already. One Filipina receptionist whose answering the calls when you call the clinic is very rude not accomodating. You need to follow up them about the result also of your laboratory. Unlike other clinic/hospital they will update you immediately

Negative experience: I called your clinic December 16, 2023 at 5 PM to be exact I book appointment and talked to one of your staff before ending the call I asked his name and he said it’s Abdul btw he is very rude I don’t know why you hired such a unprofessional staff first of all and then he booked my appointment at 9:30 PM for General Practitioner he told me your clinic will close at 10 PM so at 9 PM I’m there and when I reached it’s close already then lights are all off it’s so dark!!! It doesn’t even make sense to book appointment and drive all the way to your clinic, it’s such a waste of time!!! Close your clinic better because you can’t accommodate your patient or even call me ahead of time that you guys will close early than my appointment so I can go for another clinic!!!!!!

Negative experience: Everyone has different experiences, but I think I got the not pleasant one. The clinic is clean, and the staff & doctors are kind. But behind it all their service needs improvement. They are quite slow in getting insurance approvals, one of the staff seems like does not want to get your test approve and done, and you must keep on going back and forth for check-up and test unlike other clinics for just minor case. Sorry, but not satisfied with the service.
