Negative experience: The worst clinic I have been to in Dubai. They are always late and always postpone appointments which is not professional at all.. overall service is very bad. Wouldn’t recommend at all ! Never

She makes sure you check your teeth before you go, making sure you're happy and satisfied. Price is super reasonable compared to all the other places I've asked! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and was a bit nervous of what the experience would be like but Dr Mallya was extremely kind and helpful and took away a lot of my dentist anxiety. I also appreciate his approach to treatment is not simply jumping to medicines and teeth removal immediately but trying to make the treatment plan approachable and less intimidating. Negative experience: I went there as a free consultation and then charged 100 AED to diagnose what was wrong with my tooth by taking X-ray , i mean, it should be included as consultation because they didn't do anything. Anyway, something else is not right there the signboard it not visible. i took 10 minutes rounding to find the place

Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience with shine and smile and esp Dr. Shyam . Honestly when I tell u I was freaking out crazy about a dental surgery as all the online feedback seemed like I would be going through hell and healing would be something else all together It was the opposite the Doc made me feel comfortable he literally explained what to expect even the petty things like the feeling of the drill he would explain and it was so accurate that I didn’t panic and before I knew it was over. He was quick, precise and very gentle kept asking do u want to take a break how cool is that! Healing- I was starting a new job on Monday got my tooth removed on Thursday evening best believe by Saturday I was back to normal all the advise they shared worked , the stitches he did were so good it’s now been 1 week am back to normal Absolutely amazing experience and grateful to have opted for this doctor!
