I came in with severely damaged teeth after visiting several dentists who only recommended surgery, which I was hesitant to undergo. Dr. Alaa took the time to assess my case thoroughly and found a non-surgical solution with dental crowns. The results are beyond what I imagined.. I’m absolutely in love with my new smile! The crowns look natural and feel comfortable, and the entire process was smooth and pain-free. The clinic’s team was incredibly supportive and welcoming throughout. I also truly appreciated the fair and reasonable pricing. I’m very grateful for Dr. Alaa’s honesty, expertise, and the life-changing result she gave me. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: All they care about is money. 'Update after the Clinic response' Thank you for your prompt response. I would like to share my experience regarding the treatment I received: After completing my 6-month invisible aligner plan, your team recommended a permanent metal retainer as a better long-term solution. I followed the advice and paid for it, but unfortunately, the upper retainer broke within just two weeks. I was then advised to start a new treatment plan to correct my upper jaw again using a traditional metal brace, which was claimed to be a faster option. This too failed, resulting in another two months lost. Following that, I had to undergo another 3-month invisible aligner plan, for which I was charged again—despite it essentially being a correction of previous failed treatments, which I should not have been asked to pay for. Finally, I went for a non-permanent retainer for my upper jaw. However, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees for a lower jaw retainer, which I neither requested nor needed. When I requested an additional brace last week, I was again asked to pay 750 AED—without any consideration for the inconvenience, repeated failures, and time lost due to errors in the treatment provided. In total, I have lost 2 years and paid approximately 7,000 AED for what was a very minor case, and now I am still far from a satisfactory outcome. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into resolving these issues fairly.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for braces or Invisalign treatment. When I visited, the staff were kind and focused on customer satisfaction, but they gave me four sheets of A4 paper with disclaimers, including a note saying 'the treatment plan can change, and they are not responsible for any outcomes.' This statement left me feeling confused and uneasy. I asked the staff about it, and they tried to reassure me by rephrasing the sentence positively. During the free consultation, the doctor told me I didn’t need braces. However, if I wanted a specific result, they recommended extracting four teeth for aligners, which scared me. I actually wanted a tooth cleaning, but I decided against it and left. Later, I visited another clinic in Qusais, where the professionalism and quality made me realize that the first clinic felt unreliable, even though they offered lower prices. I’m grateful I didn’t proceed with treatment there. Sometimes lower prices are just a tactic to attract customers, but when it comes to something as important as our teeth, quality should come first. I’d advise others to choose a reputable place, even if it costs more, because we all work hard for our money, and it shouldn’t go to waste.

(3 times cleaning procedure and 1 wisdom tooth extraction) And every time Dr Alaas’ services are on point: high professionalism, impeccable hygiene of the clinic and of course her procedures has always been painless, even during a complicated wisdom tooth removal. Prices are fair and honest comparing to other clinics in Dubai. Can’t recommend her enough!

Negative experience: Such a shame about this clinic. They quoted me a price. I agreed. Before next appt they text me adding on prices for two items - one of which the doctor told me would be free as my service is 7k worth in my consultation!
