Fantastic experience: I had a procedure at Health Bay Dubai and was truly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the team. Dr. Anuja Bidkar (anesthesiologist), nurses Arianne and Giezelle, and anesthesia technician Sabitha made me feel safe and cared for throughout. Their warmth and attentiveness made all the difference, thank you for such exceptional care!

Negative experience: Whoever the manager of this place is should get a reality check...the odorizers in this place are out if this world! A perfume store doesn't stink the way this place does. There are room odorizers in almost every room/ corner. If you stay in the building longer than 30 minutes you get a headache, short breath or asthma attack... It is supposed to be a place for treating or healing, not gas chamber. General knowledge, indoor odorizers are bad for health... which makes you wonder why the doctors at this unit don't do raise it with the facilities management? Or stop it as a matter of fact. Ventilation is needed not chemicals.

Positive experience: I love the experience from reception to the billing staff. Always polite and welcoming. Appointments are always well received and properly communicated. The nursing staff and Doctors are the best. I’ve been going to Health Bay for years now and never had an issue until Yesterday :-( First bad experience I’ve had in years, was yesterday when the lady(Karelle) did my ultrasound for my abdomen. She never introduced herself or asked any history of mine. She only kept implying how it was a waste of time and how I have done multiple scans and MRI that were normal. Her lack in proper communication at the start of the procedure, caused her a failed knowledge of my personal history and left her spending some time searching for my gallbladder that was removed. Shocking, if she knew so much about my scans why didn’t she know that I didn’t have a gallbladder or appendix. The same scans she kept referring to, 3 times during my ultrasound sound, which after months of enduring a lot of pain kept showing normal yes. However, when I finally got referred after months of not finding the cause, to King’s Hospital they did an endoscopy and found stones in my Gallbladder and was removed within the same week and it was greatly inflamed and took the Dr longer time than planned to safely remove it. Finally I was pain free, thank God. Now returning to Health Bay after a year, I find myself again enduring pain and I had a bad episode of parasites and bacteria causing me Diarrhea and bleeding for over 10 days, it’s been 3 weeks of vomiting and feeling run down. Only to have this woman(Karelle) make me feel like I am a waste of her time and energy. I am only following what the Dr has requested to do. This is not how medical professionals should treat patients at all. I was really shocked and sad at this behavior towards me and even though I really like Health Bay, I doubt that I would want to return there again. A medical practice should make a person feel safe to come in your venerable state and pain to receive care and help and not like a waste of time. Unfortunately, no matter how amazing the service is and the staff are, this bad experience left me not wanting to go back. I don’t feel safe that I will be taken serious, nor treated correctly and again they might miss a serious diagnosis. I gave it a second try and this woman’s bad ethics made it unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely thankful for the specialist gastroenterology treatment received from Dr. Federica Fabris. She is truly an expert in her field, providing a thorough examination, clear explanations, and precise testing, which quickly helped diagnose and resolve my gallbladder issue. Her attentive and reassuring approach made me feel completely at ease, and she also gives excellent advice on maintaining overall digestive health. A special thanks also to her nurse Anna, who is always super helpful, and to the rest of the team at HealthBay. Negative experience: Amazing doctors and friendly staff... only critique I have is their time management... having to wait to be seen by the doctor for more than 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and me being on time is such a waste and disrespect of my time... this have to be addressed and solution must be found

Negative experience: I've been a patient here for countless years. The practice of sharing personal information with third parties has never been authorized by myself yet you have the nerve to do so anyways. Even worse is the unethical practice of removing agency from the consumer by providing my insurance and prescription, without my prior consent, to a pharmacy of your choosing. I seriously recommend you write a formal and public apology to all of your patients otherwise I will personally report these actions to the appropriate public offices. In response the owners reply: I will not take this privately as your transgressions affect all of us and should be public knowledge.

I had an ailment that caused a lot of discomfort for over a year. After a detailed discussion and diagnosis from Dr. Guinwa, I was prescribed simple medication and have recovered quickly.

It was Dr Nicole's timely diagnosis and immediate intervention that restored my hearing completely at the end of the prescribed treatment. At every visit Dr Nicole has been extremely thorough in her history taking and examination. I would without hesitation recommend Dr Nicole Blanc for all your ENT related problems.

Negative experience: I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with their HealthBay Aesthetics clinic that claims to offer Botox procedures. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic at umm Al sheif -at Awasl Road. It was so incredibly terrible that I felt compelled to warn others about it. From start to finish, this clinic and their so called staffs and doctor demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer service skills, and ethical business practices. The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful that I felt like I was bothering her by even being there. It's almost like she forgot that the reason she has a job is to help customers. Then there was the dermatology doctor, there is no words to explain about her professionalism, customer ethics and her keenness to get money from patients for whatever reason. She forgot that a happy customer brings more clients and more businesses, but i think she is only worry about how to milk more money and squeeze from the one chance she gets. However its okay that people want to earn money but one should also respect and be ethical in terms of customer service as well. Not only did she fail to provide the standard retouching that is typically included with the services, but she also refused to acknowledge the wrinkles or the problem i showed in my 2nd visit to her. I'm not sure if she was too busy counting the money she was making or just didn't care about customer satisfaction, but either way, it was incredibly disappointing. When I brought up my concerns to the clinic, they offered me a free consultation as a remedy. While that was a nice gesture, it certainly didn't make up for the terrible experience I had, the money I wasted, or the frustration I felt. And when I asked for a refund, they refused to grant it to me. So, if you're thinking about using this clinic for your needs, I would highly recommend that you reconsider. They clearly don't care about their customers or their reputation, and they're only interested in taking your money without providing the proper services whether during or after your session. if you choose then be ready to spend on every visit and forget about after sale service because for that they will charge you also. So, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I even wasn’t given a chance to see the doctor! My appointment, booked two weeks in advance was canceled and the information was passed to me four hours prior to my appointment. No words of explanation, nor a compensation - just take it or leave it! Yes, I was given an option, either to see the doctor same day but way earlier or else - someday! Like people do not work, no commitments, no plans etc! No, you need to be available and ready for sassy doctor either will see you or not. Two weeks in advance wasn’t enough for waiting! I had to call four times to update the situation, some said it was still on, some said it was on hold, and some said it was canceled! One of the receptionist even raised her voice ! Yes! These bad, awful patients who pay their salaries dare to ask for an update! Anyway, like in all Dubai’s medical tourism no one really cares. The management never gets to work, you can speak to a “shift manager” who asks you the same questions without even investigating the case with receptionists nor a doctor. So I wasn’t given a chance to complain to the management. How very middle eastern is that? I was promised a call from a manager, but it never happened. So no matter what names they have, how modern is their equipment don’t go there. It’s a medical tourism facility. No one really cares about you, someone else’s money are better than yours, and what else you can do to them but not going there?! And I won’t! I can only imagine if the management is that incompetent and unreliable, think about the staff! Good bye.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rolef has been one of my most trusted healthcare professionals in Dubai for a decade now. She is professional, knowledgeable, assertive, supportive and kind. I recently went to Dr Rolef after suffering excruciating abdominal pains overnight which she diagnosed as appendicitis. Moments after examining me she had organized a hospital visit for me and a surgeon who would do further tests and eventually remove my appendix. All of this took place within 6 hours. Fantastic experience: There is only one dermatologist in UAE whom I trust (and visit) and that’s Dr Berger. He is quality all the way, his expertise and experience extends beyond simple things like administering Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers, PRP (vampire facial), mole removal and skin tightening procedures such as Ultherapy. The atmosphere in the clinic is always great too, staff are super friendly and supportive which makes it a five star rating from me.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing clinics, i been seen by Dr. Paul Sayad and i was referred from gastro, for hernia surgery, such an honest person it was easy to proceed immediately for my surgery but he tried the medication first and he told me its not that big to do it now, i follow the medication who asked me to take it i feel amazing now, eating everything no burning any more or esophageal reflux. Clinic staff & nurses was so friendly which make me feel safe. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have seen 2 doctors at this branch and would highly recommend them. Dr Nicole in ENT for ear piercing along with her nurse benedicta. Both were lovely, informative and very reassuring as I was getting a conch piercing and was quite nervous. Dr Nicole put me at ease. Dr Evan, the dentist was very thorough with my general check-up, scaling and cleaning. He took his time and answered all my questions regarding invisalign and gave me recommendations. I would highly recommend this clinic as it is a one-stop shop for all your health needs.

Negative experience: Dr. Schmidt believes that a nose surgery is similar to buying a dress online; it could fit you well and be happy or it might not work and that’s on you. this is the first doctor I visit in UAE that charges me every single time I visit. That includes initial check up and follow up sessions, even after the mandatory follow up after the surgery itself which I found pretty strange. I had a minor breathing issue and thought I can improve it by doing this operation, unfortunately in less than one month I started having trouble to just breathe and started to yawn all day. When mentioned to doctor, he suggested I repeat the laser (chargeable again) which did not make sense as all trust and credibility was already gone. His words were that I was just not one of the happy customers. He suggested I do an allergy test and a couple of meds and sprays to try. The whole process took a couple of months longer than what it should with results worse than before I came in. That includes the time and the drives spent going and coming back along with the series of tests and the purchasing of new medicines. In conclusion, It’s a shame and a pity leaving someone like that when the solution is right in your hands and takes less than 10 minutes to resolve.

Negative experience: Very bad experience It is impossible to call the clinic directly, you need to always pass by a call center that is never able to transfer your call to the nurse. You need very patient if you want to get to speak to any person that can book you an appointment or answer any question you may have after a consultation. I am giving up and moving to another clinic because of the big waste of time.

Negative experience: Very poor service appointment with Dr McAlween that had been in place for 1 week was cancelled on arrival at the clinic. No explanation given but investigation promised (Won’t hold my breath) . Alternative appointment offered with a new doctor to the UAE which I rejected.

Negative experience: Impossible to see some doctors on time or not to have a visit rescheduled at least twice because they are too busy. Not worth it, no matter how good the doctor may be

Negative experience: If you want to get your covid results on time and send correctly AVOID this place. Also if you want to get through to their covid unit forget it they never pick up!! They apparently have one person only working there and manually sending the emails and if you have changed your phone number and tied to your emirates ID you’ll never receive your results

Negative experience: Very bad experience! My wife booked an appointment for a normal consultation with Dr. Christelle Abboud! she had short consultation session with her to end up after with a request to pay AED 1,400. Once we expressed that this is not justified and requested to see the breakdown! They made us wait for 45 minutes and at the end made us pay 50% of what they have requested originally!!! This is really unprofessional and not justified attitude. Not recommended clinic and Doctor.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rolef is an extraordinary doctor, possibly the very best I have ever encountered in the UAE. She is a renown gastroenterologist that I can highly recommend!

Negative experience: They are the absolute worse place!!! They just believe in wasting your time. Unprofessional and complete and utterly useless place.

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience with Dr Michael Klein and the entire negligent nursing staff working with him. Avoid at all costs. Total abuse of patients to charge tests and procedures and then ZERO follow up or access to the doctor. Thousands of dirhams later no one has taken the time to explain to me the outcome of my results or any treatment plan. Shocking experience. Should honestly be reported.

Negative experience: Fancy clinic, good doctors, very poor concern/care for patient or respect for their time. I had an appointment with Dr. Thomas Berger, Dermatologist - booked over a month in advance. Yet, Dr. Thomas managed to keep me waiting for more than an hour. Due to some apparent delay with a patient - which makes 0 sense to me. I would imagine that the Dermatological issues are rarely life threatening or requiring immediate attention, and even if they were - this is a clinic not a hospital. I will not visit this clinic again under any circumstances and be sure to recommend my family and friends don’t either.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is professional and the staff are helpful, Dr. Zrinka and her nurse Abigail are absolutely brilliant. I only wish they had a system where the laboratory would send out the lab results as soon as they're out. Right now, you need to wait for the nurse to call you to inform you about your results, it's not very efficient because the nurses are overloaded and literally running around all the time.

Negative experience: Terrible experience in terms of patience relationship. Trying to reach our doctor since days to get information about our test result and medical recommendation. Doctor is never accessible and nurse never calls you back despite many calls and follow up by our side. Far away from professionalism and patient care.
