Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you to the kind and handsome DR MINA. ALL Drs should follow the example of Dr Mina and how he makes patients feel. He gave me good advice. I went in for a gum problem but he advised me that it would be best to extract a wisdom tooth. I didn't experience any pain and the whole procedure was done quickly and effortlessly with great skill. He made me feel safe and I was calm in a situation that was stressful and nerve-racking at first. He gave me good aftercare advice and suggested that I return to remove another wisdom tooth which I will do. Soon. Keep up the amazing work TDC!

Negative experience: I went for a teeth cleaning after seeing a discount offer. Unfortunately, the cleaning was very poor — there were still visible stains and dirt in several areas of my teeth. When I asked the dentist why they weren’t cleaned properly, the answer I got was, “These won’t go away,” which was neither convincing nor professional. It felt like the cleaning was done carelessly, probably because of the low price, or perhaps the dentist simply lacked skill. Either way, I was very disappointed with the results. Dental care is not something to be done cheaply — especially when it comes to cleanliness and quality. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for proper teeth cleaning. If you value your dental health, look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Response to the owners reply: The FACT that I left with rough teeth and a promise of whitening to last for atleast a year and the FACT that I was only told to avoid dense colored foods like karak for some days. And the FACT that I had brought my whole experience to your knowledge around that time but the FACT that you didnt care to reply to me and did so only after I wrote a feedback here. Also, the FACT that after such a disappointing experience I have lost all my confidence in you to waste my time all over again to get a below average service with false claims. So thank you. I am not looking for any freebies here. Zoom whitening is not worth it. It did not last even two weeks for me. And when brought to their notice, they did not care to respond.

Negative experience: Last month i visited this *TDC clinic* in deira one of my friend give me one offer voucher for teeth cleaning only *50 aed* I consulted to *Mr MINA* he is an Egyptian. After his examine he said we can do teeth cleaning and one teeth filling it will cost *300 aed* During the treatment *MINA* said your one more teeth need to filled we can do that one too it's not a big problem only need a small filling But i dont have problem or pain in that teeth but i trusted the doctor i said ok After the treatment He told me the treatment i done to you will cost *800 aed* i just shocked After Mr *MINA* said i will make special discount to you just pay *600 aed* So second teeth also he charged *300* extra which he said it's a small filling *Mr MINA* if you want charge your patient extra you have to tell them before treatment said *300* after the treatment is *600* it's half of my salary i didn't do any bargaining i just paid but after 2 days when I'm checking there instagram page i find out i just *SCAMMED*❌ Because there mention teeth filling is just 150 aed now just think i did for two teeth one tooth i have problem and the other tooth that doctor want to charge me extra money that he did anyway my total bill have to be *300 aed* but for that Mr *MINA* told me *800* and the final price he did *600* for my 2 teeth he charge me 4 teeth payment In my lifetime i will never visit this hospital again ❌

Negative experience: They will over charge you for extraction they wrote 100 online and ended up charging 450 AED…find a clinic that keeps their word dont get scammed…they gave me an option to do tamara so its ok but even the receptionist who was taking payment she dint know what she was doing…while the bill was 500 aed they said they will charge 6 percent extra if it is processing fee it should be automatically but they added manually and made the tamara on 530 AED. I would never go back neither i will recommend anyone to go there
