Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Hassan for a cosmetic procedure not knowing exactly what I wanted—just that I wasn’t happy with my smile. He was incredibly honest and suggested subtle, minimal changes that made a huge difference in my confidence and how I feel about my smile. Throughout the process, he was so accommodating, even with small adjustments, and made sure I was completely happy with the results. It was truly the best cosmetic experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve since made Dr. Hassan my primary dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism and care at a dental clinic in the UAE until I visited Dr. Hasan Asad. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt comfortable and informed about every step. What really stood out was how genuinely caring he was about how I was feeling the entire time — even playing Netflix for me during the cleaning to ease my nerves! The clinic was spotless, the service was impeccable, and Dr. Hasan’s attention to detail and patient comfort is unmatched. Thanks to him, I now fully believe in dentistry in the UAE. Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dental experience of my life. I had a hygiene appointment with Dr. Hassan Assad and left deeply shaken and upset. He was shockingly rude, completely indifferent to my pain, and demonstrated zero empathy or care throughout the procedure. When I told him how uncomfortable and distressing the treatment was, he offered no response, not even basic human acknowledgment. His behavior was cold and aggressive, and I left the clinic feeling violated and vulnerable. No patient should ever feel this way in a medical setting. I strongly urge others to avoid this doctor. This experience has left a lasting emotional impact on me, and I hope no one else goes through the same.

Negative experience: AVOID at all costs for Invisalign! After having amazing treatment in Australia. I paid DOUBLE the price at this dental practice - $10k USD. Through the entire period of 25 trays (which were meant to be refiments) my teeth couldn't touch properly at all. And my jaw needed alignment, and they used no elastics until the last 4 weeks! It's only once I went back to Australia that my dentist told me 1. that they did a terrible job and 2. that my teeth had gone backwards from where we previously were. They've put me back on elastics every day from week 1 onwards. I wasn't certain they were right, but now 4 weeks into my trays with my Australian dental practice, and my teeth on both sides are touching again, and my jaw no longer looks completely out of place! I would give less then one star if possible, bad results and double the price of any other dental practice. AVOID this place at all costs! Nice people, bad results!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Raghdah is very professional, honest and kind. She is excellent with kids. My daughter is happy and never afraid for dentist appointments thanks to her. The clinic facilities are good and great service.

Fantastic experience: Honestly don’t know where to start. Best dental clinic in Dubai hands down. Best clinic I’ve ever visited PERIOD. The team are the sweetest and most professional team I’ve ever dealt with and that is in every branch. I lived in Marina so mainly went to Marina and tecom but both amazing. The clinic is beautiful, stunning and clean. But the best part ever is my Dr. Ragdha she’s honestly one of the best people I’ve gotten to know in general so sweet and kind and cares truly about her patients. She’s extremely professional, crazy good at her work and she gave me a smile I never thought I’d have- she told me if I bare with her she’ll give me the best smile and oh did she I couldn’t recommend her enough nor the clinic and also not to forget about Sandy best assistant and they managed to remove my braces in time for my wedding and give me a smile I love Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart x

Fantastic experience: Really happy with my results! I went to see Dr. Rory at Dental Studio Marina Gate as I'd seen his work on some of my friends, and I love how natural looking their bonding or veneers are. I don't live at the Marina but the clinic offers free parking in the Marina Gate building, so it was really handy to visit. After a thorough consultation with Rory, I decided to go with Invisalign, whitening and edge bonding to keep my teeth as natural looking as I wanted. I had Invisalign for 4/5 months which completely fixed my bite and the position of my front teeth which bothered me most. It was so worth the time and money - I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had terrible experience. I took home kit for teeth whitening, what he recommended priced at 2000AED. After using every night for two weeks as per instructions results should show. No results were showing, in my opinion and doctor’s. He recomended to continue treatment longer. But without question started to operate with my teeth. I asked and tried to ask multiple of times, ”what are you doing” and he just kept going and said ”I want to show you something”. After asking repeatedly, why are you operating, he replied, he wants to show me, what else he can fix in my teeth. I interrupted the operation as even the first operation, which he recommded didn’t work, I had no interest on buying more from him. Very aggressive and high pressure salesman. Difficult to believe he is even an doctor. I felt assaulted after the whole incident, as he starts operating with my teeth without asking permission, which I would have definitely not granted. I will never use this company again, I highly recommend to avoid the place.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment at Dental Studio (Jumeirah Living Marina Gate) to solve an issue with an inflamed wisdom tooth. However, I left the clinic with a recommendation for invisalign, bonding and whitening of which I agreed to at home whitening, as my otherwise perfect teeth did not need any other services. The at home whitening was promised to leave me with better and longer lasting results compared to whitening done at the clinic. My husband was offered whitening as well. After using all the syringes provided, my teeth were only few shades lighter, no where near the results I expected for white teeth. All of this after using the guards meticulously for over 3 weeks, which definitely was not an enjoyable experience. The results of my husband were even worse than mine with little to no improvement. I expected to be in trustworthy hands. However, the pushy sales left me feeling uncomfortable and question the professionalism of this clinic. I understand now that I was offered the most profitable option, not what would give the best results. Seems like the goal of this clinic is to squeeze as much money out of the client instead of professionally solving the problems they are asking for.

Fantastic experience: Avoid "Dr." Aristeidis Troulis at all costs. In my 12 years in Dubai, I've never encountered a worse practitioner. He is arrogant, disrespectful, and lacks empathy, even following us around the clinic to argue. I give 5 stars for the recovery efforts by Dr. Hassan and the clinic's owner, who took excellent care of my wife after a disastrous start and made a kind gesture we didn't ask for or expect. My main concern was my wife's well-being, and they handled it professionally in the end. However, steer clear of this Greek "Dr." by all means.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr David for some composite bonding & am so pleased with the final result! Dr David is calm, friendly and really takes his time during the consultation to understand what you are looking to achieve. He gave me several options to achieve the finished look and we agreed to do some bonding on the front 6 teeth. My experience was great from start to finish. The clinic itself is amazing and all the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

Fantastic experience: We got introduced to Dental Studio Marina Gate and to Dr. Rory Battersby by my brother in law. The clinic is very neat and easily accessible (free U/G car park and plenty of space). Dr. Rory was very informative and knew exactly what he was doing. The inlay procedure was smooth and we're very happy with the result. We will certainly come back to this clinic and to Dr. Rory for future consultations and procedures.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dave was recommended to me by a few people and the whole experience did not disappoint. Booking the appointment was fast & easy, the Marina Gate surgery is modern and clean, and the staff were all happy, polite & welcoming. This was my first dentist appointment in about 18 months so I was a little nervous but Dr. Dave was really friendly and explained everything clearly which put me at ease, and the treatment was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be back, although hopefully not too soon!!!

Negative experience: I've visited the dental studio a couple of times and tried their new studio in Marina Gate in February, where all went well, except for the CBCT scan which was recommended to me. I wasn't assisting in understanding why it was required on my first visit and the cost associated with it, which they usually do. I had to take a second opinion which turned out, I did not need the CBCT scan for the first visit. So I ended up spending a lot of money for a scan which I never used.

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction of 2 wisdom teeth with Dr. Manuel last month . It went just perfect , not even a slight pain during the procedure . Dr. Manuel was very attentive and explaining all the time what is he doing and what will be next . I was scared to death of doing it but his professionalism was outstanding. The follow up from his side afterwords was a true 5 star post care . if you need a surgeon , i highly recommend Dr. Manuel !

Fantastic experience: I came in to the clinic in JBR with a major pain on Friday 9am, got referred to Dr. Rory Battersby and was seen on the same day at 4pm, out of pain within an hour. Dr. Rory has given a thorough consultation, and while it all ended up with a root canal treatment, I felt confident this was the right course of action. Great experience from the beginning to the end! Very professional, cost effective and most importantly, pain free (first time in a dental clinic). Dental Studio came highly recommended by my colleague and I am glad I listened to him.

Fantastic experience: Dental Studio is very clean accommodating. My friend who is a dentist in London told me Dr Hassan was moving to Dubai so I've been going with him for the last year. He has performed my root canal, fillings and has now started my scans for Invisalign. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable Dentist, that is up to speed with all the latest technology and treatments.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy when the Dental Studio opened close to my home, I had been following them for a long time and was interested. The staff at the reception is super nice and friendly, knowledgeable and very kind - thanks Sheila and Alexandra! I recently had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Manuel and he has hands of gold, the procedure was super smooth and I had no pain afterwards. Awesome and highly recommended! Dr Raghdah has been treating all our family for misalignment, my 6 year old (he got a palate extender and it was custom made to have Super Mario on it, he loves it and the doctor’s children manners are exceptional), me and my husband for Invisalign. She is super professional, highly knowledgeable and very helpful, took our case in a heartbeat, even though it wasn’t going to be easy to transfer them from the other clinic and start from scratch. I am so happy with the clinic in general and I am recommending it to all my friends who need the services of a professional team!

Fantastic experience: I visited DR Rory with some ongoing pain I have in my jaw. Within 30 mins he had diagnosed the problem and the solution. He explained everything in detail and the options available to me. Great service. I also had an appointment with Nicky the hygienist. She did an amazing job and very very thorough.
