Fantastic experience: Dr Rami is the best of the best! Dr Rami is the only person I would trust with my face, he is an absolute master of the art of tweakments - I am consistently complimented on how young and how natural I look and how it’s great that I haven’t felt the need to have anything done… when I’ve pretty much had everything done!!! He works with absolute precision and experience, I never get bruising or swelling, or even feel the needle when he’s injecting. He’s got a very tasteful eye and aesthetic - I trust his recommendations, particularly on things I’d have never have considered before - but SO glad I’ve gone ahead with what he’s said! Don’t worry you will never look “done” or “pulled” with him, he works with you to optimise and perfect what you’ve got! Can highly recommend him for buccal fat removals, upper blephs, lip & face fillers & skin boosters! He also had a lovely manner and not pushy at all, so there’s no pressure to do anything in a consultation - so I’d definitely recommend doing a consult with him if you’re thinking of having anything done 100%.

Negative experience: Dr rami haidar removed by buccal fat he convinced that he will be removing only 30% however he removed it all and i ended up with excess skin around my neck …zero credibility And in response to your comment below that i submitted 3 reviews in 3 different clinics, its the clinics that rami haidar was practicing so i spread awareness for any patient that will look up for feed back about him. As originally he did for me the procedure in American cosmetic academy hospital And then he started shifting from one clinic to another.

Fantastic experience: I had a procedure to remove basal cell carcinoma’s from my nose and chest. The procedure was smooth and pain free. The one on my nose was done using MOHS technique and laboratory testing was done there and then at the clinic. Dr Dany Touma is clearly a very highly skilled surgeon and the whole team at the clinic were very professional and very pleasant in their dealings with me. They all come highly recommended from my experience.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best clinic in Dubai.. best dermatologists, a professional environment, and a kind staff.. I have done many treatments there with Dr Zainab Ghanoug what a Dr! The cutest and kindest doctor I ever met, beautiful inside and out. She advised me of the better for me.. I did my chin with cheek filler.. the result was fantastic and natural.. all the people asked me what I had done but they didn't know.. then I consulted her about the acne..as I have been suffering from it for a long time ago, I have tried all kinds of treatments.. all of them gone with the wind.. Finally, she told me about Accure laser treatment for Acne.. So because I trust her, I have done one session .. now, it has been 10 days since then, and the result is that acne has stopped !! Negative experience: Don't waste your money if you have hormonal acne. 600 Dirhams so the doctor can pitch a $16,0000 Dirhams treatment and a couple of gels that some youtuber recommends. My wife left crying because she couldn't believe this people, useless.....

You were not there during the consultation and our dermatologist gave your wife a detailed consultation and explained all the suitable treatment options, please see below our reply to her unfortunate review.
Negative experience: Huge disappointment. Went to this clinic thinking the dermatologists were professionals and would help me with my hormonal acne after leaving the pill. They didn't even took a deeper look into my skin and went on by saying I could either take acutane or pay for 4 sessions of laser at 4000AED each, without treating the root case at all. Then the doctor went ahead and prescribed some skincare products and that is IT!!!! Saddest part? I just saw another girl who commented here with the exact same problem but with a different doctor of the same clinic. If you are going to treat acne patients and just recommend your newest laser machine just STOP your practice. WHAT A SHAME.

Our dermatologist gave you a detailed consultation with examination, diagnosed you skin problem and recommended the appropriate treatment, the consultation lasted 30 minutes.
She discussed our new Accure laser as a RoAccutane sparing option.
We are not a commercial clinic and do not 'pitch' any treatments.

Fantastic experience: I did an eyebrow lift with Dr Rami, I’m literally lost in words , the ease of the procedure is waaay to good to be true. I spent a fortune & tried allll kinds of non surgical procedures ( with horrible bruising, swelling and redness) to lift my eyebrows which none of them worked. All it took was 45 min with Dr rami and alll my struggles were solved. Negative experience: i hate my lip fillers. So uneven, and multiple injection sites are bumpy (weeks later) the type of filler they use is strange. I’m not sure how to explain it but the part of the lip that has the filler feels hard while the rest of ur lip is normal. I didn’t feel that before

Fantastic experience: Best Clinic experience ever. I often visit the clinic for minor beauty procedures but also more important aestetic treatments. I have done a genesis laser treatment with Dr. Wasem ( 5 sessions) which really helped reducing wrinkles and rejuvenated my skin around my eyes and lips. I am very happy as the treatment is not invasive and the result is very long lasting, basically my skin is years younger now. I have done a cyst removal from my head as well with Dr. Rami . i was hesitating for years to remove it , but hobestly the doctor made it so quick and painless that now i regret not doing it before. Negative experience: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this skin experts polyclinic. The dermatologist is called Dr Toma , not only failed to recommend any comprehensive skincare for my acne, neglecting even a basic gel wash or routine, but the only suggestion given was Differin gel. The lack of guidance left me dissatisfied. Opting for laser sessions to address acne scars, I was initially quoted 2000 AED. However, upon completing the sessions, the receptionist presented me with a bill of 4000 AED, a significant and unexpected increase that left me disheartened. Regrettably, after two sessions, my face shows no improvement; in fact, my breakouts have increased. The inconsistency in pricing, coupled with the absence of visible results, ensures that I will never recommend or return to this clinic. Prospective clients should exercise caution regarding potential surprise pricing and seek clear communication about costs before committing to any treatments."

Dr. Touma, an American Board-certified dermatologist since 1997, along with his colleagues at Skin Experts Polyclinic, brings over 70 years of combined experience in treating acne. Dr. Touma, a respected reference in dermatology and former president of the Lebanese Dermatologic Society, has developed a TARGETED SIMPLE approach to acne treatment focused on its root causes, which typically include excessive hydration from skincare, hormonal issues such as PCOD, nutritional factors like whey in supplements, cow milk, sugar, and stress. Our method aims to identify and address these causes directly.
For years, there's been a widespread tendency, even among dermatologists, to overuse topical skincare and to hastily recommend long-term antibiotics and RoAccutane, often without addressing the underlying causes. When these root causes are ignored, treatment failures, recurrences, and repeated courses of these oral treatments can occur.
For comedonal acne, we recommend cleaning and extraction sessions, light chemical peels to exfoliate and unclog pores, minimal hydration, and the use of basic milky cleansers that respect the skin's biome, paired with a simple regimen of topical retinoids.
For inflammatory acne, we avoid long-term antibiotics to prevent resistance and maintain the health of the skin and intestinal biome. We prefer a targeted approach for hormonal acne, using spironolactone while avoiding birth control pills. We generally AVOID RO-ACCUTANE due to its non-specific effect and potential side effects, such as teratogenicity and need to avoid pregnancy, hair loss, elevated lipids, and liver damage, imposing frequent blood tests and lifestyle restrictions. Additionally, hormonal acne often recurs after RoAccutane treatment.
Advances in science and technology have greatly enhanced acne treatment. Dr. Touma has been at the forefront of using laser therapy to reduce acne’s red marks, inflammation, and bacterial load with excellent results. Starting in June 2024, we are introducing the ACCURE laser in Dubai, a first in the Middle East. This laser, the fruit of years of research at Harvard Medical School, specifically targets sebaceous glands, significantly reducing acne in 2 to 4 sessions, with results lasting over three years in published studies. It causes no side effects, allowing for normal activities, including sun exposure. Alas, the ACCURE laser is expensive due to its advanced technology and costly consumables, but we strive to keep our fees reasonable, justified by the outstanding results we are seeing in our clinic.
Finally, we understand the burden of skin disorders on peoples’s lives, from skin cancer to birthmarks to acne. Yet medicine is not an exact science. It involves applying learned science molded by experience, while considering each patient's individuality, ethically and honestly, every day.

Negative experience: Do not go there!!! Rude staff and you don't get service.. while you take treatment the doctor don't get help. The staff go for food while you are getting treatment. They give you something else then you pay for! They have good prices but they charge you something else and you must pay for something you don't ask for. Total disaster! Stay away .. the doctor get no respect from the staff. Stay away from that place !!! Pay little bit more somewhere else but not this place
