I got treated by Dr. Murshid, whose excellent reviews made me visit the place and I couldn't agree any less regarding his expertise and the passion he has for what he does. Got an opportunity to meet Dr. Puneet (owner of the clinic) as well today who specialises in pediatric cases. He was extremely patient with my 9 year old daughter, I loved his approach towards her. He made her comfortable to get her filling done. She looks forward to get her next filling done as she'd get another surprise gift from him. Not to forget, the very co-operatove nurses and the ever so positive, welcoming and service oriented receptionists Ram ans Shin... Negative experience: The dentist did not do deep cleaning, he did not even floss my teeth. Dont ever take the promo package for deep cleaning and whitening. Spend your money somewhere else, in my experience Diamond Dental gave me my money's worth.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Extra Care Medical Centre in Abu Dhabi for scaling and polishing, and I had good experience. Dr. Hetvi, originally from Gujarat, India, is truly the best! She is incredibly polite, professional, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor really put me at ease. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. What I really appreciated was the transparency, there were no hidden charges, and the pricing was exactly as discussed during the consultation.

Negative experience: I got my teeth deep cleaned and the assistant and the doctor kept talking about unrelated personal stuff with each other, the assistant then left the suction inside my mouth and left to do something, the suction then fell off and the doctor made me hold it for him. My arms got really sore from holding the suction myself and finally the assistant came back. There was still a bit of the black stuff left I think that the doctor couldn't get off maybe, overall terrible service
