Fantastic experience: I can't praise the Alcady's team enough, for professionalism and genuine warmth of each and every lovely person I met here. Starting with the dental service that was my priority, and fantastic Dr.Bojana, who has made me want to smile now even more. She handled all the things in my "seamingly easy case" that "got a bit complicated", with such professionalism, knowledge, tireless energy, patience, attention to detail and genuine care. A perfectionist, but with warmth and passion for her work and her patients, I have to say. Her tireless assistants Joy and Bim, were so patient and caring even when I felt exhausted as a patient. Dr.Aktham and Dr. Abdulrahman did a difficult tooth extraction and a root canal and I can't thank them enough, for their calmness, expertise and care. The Cosmetic part as well, with amazing Hana, who did my hair removal laser treatment, perfectly, and Dr.Ahmed who did my botox treatment- professionally, calmly, with no hidden charges, just true knowledge and expertise. All the staff I interacted with in Al Cady, deserve my sincere praise, as they have all made me choose Al Cady as my clinic now. Jedys, Anusha and Bojana, so helpful and organised, at the reception and all appointment/insurance related matters, and finally and very important-the most wonderful Mr.Surejsh, who would always bring us coffee with such welcoming, genuine energy, politness and professionalism, absolutely fantastic in his role. I was a bit nervous at first, since no numbing cream was used, but Ms. Hannah was so gentle and professional. The machine had a cooling effect that made the procedure very comfortable, my skin didn’t hurt at all. I also had a consultation with Dr. Rohit regarding my teeth, and I can confidently say he’s an excellent orthodontist. He clearly explained everything, from the treatment goals to the full plan for aligning my teeth. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care and great results!

She’s highly skilled, firm but gentle, and genuinely cares for her patients.
