Negative experience: this is whats so called composite veneers to my six upper front teeth !! And unfortunate to me they r front teeth , i too used to go to this clinic for years , till something like this happened and am left with this appearance!!

Fantastic experience: I am 47 years old and I was hesitating long years before proceeding with orthodontist, before hearing about Invisalign technic, Then when I met Dr. Marwa in IMED clinic she convinced me to try this new technic to correct my teeth miss alignement. It was very convenient and discreet solution for me as a manger. After 5 months I got a great results that I wouldn’t expect. Thanks to Dr. Marwa’s expertise I really recommend this technic, Dr. Marwa and Imed clinic.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, the reception and the doctors! I’d like to thank them very much! I actually had a difficult case and came to IMED with a temporary venir looking for a solution because the other clinic couldn’t solve that. I needed to replace one venir and make it identical to others, obviously. The other clinic mistook the color twice before I left them. And when I came to IMED doctor Ahmad told me that I shouldn’t be worried and they will make it exactly like the others which was difficult to believe at that point. In the end I was amazed with the result because it was meticulous work and the dentist and the lab were akin to a jeweler crafting a gem stone. Amazing experience! Great work! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmed Hani performed a surgical procedure on my teeth. He explained step by step what was happening and was easy and smooth during the procedure. He listened to my concerns and gave me a structured step by step explanation to my options and sucessfully completed my procedure. I recommend him to everyone. Special thanks to the receptionist for being friendly and always available and special thank you to the person handling the WhatsApp chat for the clinic. They are very helpful and responsive :)

Negative experience: Unhappy with results. I have been through orthodontics' treatment with IMED since 2020 using Invisalign braces. The treatment completed after 18 months of wearing aligners that take a huge chunk of time. Problem started with wire retainer that should prevent teeth from moving back. Wire is broken 6 times in 7 Months! As a result teeth started out with large gaps (especially in the front and lateral teeth. This is really frustrating!.

Fantastic experience: Got Implant done. Doctor Ahmed, a very qualified doctor had been very considerate and was in no hurry to complete the task and get in a new patient. He allowed enough time to heal at each stage and was very open to make corrections as per our need as necessary. Would recommend to benefit from his expertise.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I had severe pain in my gums and went for consultation seeing the reviews. I was charged 400 aed in the name of deep teeth cleaning (300 aed for one teeth ) and 100 aed for one xray. I was prescribed a 12 aed normal mouthwash for a very servere infection by a lady doctor. I had to go to another hospital for consultation again and was given antibiotics because of the severity of the infection. Overpriced clinic with proper no diagnosis !!

There was no waiting time, the team respected the set appointment and Dr. Ahmed and Janine did a great job with my routine dental cleaning - they made sure that I was fully well informed and educated every step of the way. The procedure was fast and painless. You can really tell how much they value patient comfort.

Fantastic experience: IMED is one of the best Dental Clinics I have visited in Dubai so far. The services, ambience, and the feel and look of interiors dont give you the harsh scary feel of being at a clinic. In terms of dental experience, i was taken care of by Dr. Mahmoud Abu Rahma who did an excellent job fixing my teeth and giving me the ability to eat nuts again (after years of eating soft foods). Im really happy with his skills and attitude. He usually gives me enough time to rest and explains to me all the details I need to know. My rating is 5/5 Keep up the great work!
