Fantastic experience: I recently underwent a Root Canal Treatment (RCT) at Dr. Sai Ganesh Quasis Clinic, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The procedure was conducted by Dr. Jaisa Anas, a highly skilled and experienced professional. I had been struggling with wisdom tooth pain and sensitivity for quite some time, and it was only after visiting this clinic that I truly understood the root cause of my issues. Dr. Jaisa Anas took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence. Although I had several doubts before and during the procedure especially since RCT requires multiple sittings, Dr. Jaisa Anas and her team ensured that I was comfortable at every step. Any discomfort I faced between sessions was promptly addressed with great care and professionalism. Now, after the completion of the treatment and a few days of recovery, I am happy to report that my teeth are functioning normally, and I feel perfectly fine. Negative experience: I would strongly advise against visiting Sai Ganesh Clinic, especially the Al Qusais branch. My experience was extremely disappointing. It seems like their default suggestion for every dental issue is a root canal, regardless of the actual need—clearly aimed at meeting targets rather than prioritizing patient care. The doctors appeared unprofessional, and the procedure I underwent a treatment ended up failing. To make matters worse, they charged me again for a second consultation without offering a proper resolution. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and overall, the service was subpar. It feels like the clinic is more focused on making money than genuinely helping patients. Think twice—or even ten times—before choosing this clinic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I went with my family to get a root canal for my child. For some reason, the lady receptionist on morning duty was quite rude. She is unprofessional.With such rude staff, I will not enter this place ever again.

She took great care of their fillings, cleanings, and even a root canal, explaining each step in a way that made the process smooth and stress-free. She also provided the same high level of care for my own dental procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Jaisa Anas for anyone seeking a caring and professional dentist for themselves or their children.

Negative experience: I went to remove my wisdom tooth, and the doctor who handled my case didn’t know how to deal with complicated cases. She didn’t even inform me about the risks involved in my case. After 2 hours of trying to extract the tooth, she caused facial emphysema to my face by using wrong drills during the procedure. Currently, no specialist can guarantee that my face/nerves/other issues will be back to normal. I filed the case with the Dubai Health Authority, and they put 100% blame on the doctor/clinic. However, the clinic is not admitting their error.

Negative experience: The receptionist is very nice but the doctor( with the scarf) was extremely rude she made me cry, i went for tooth extraction, firstly they were pressuring me to take decision at the moment. I came back with courage ok i will do extraction then the doctor( dont know her name with hijab) she was extremely Rude !!! When i got scared by the needle , she told me dont waste my time!!! What is this? Little kids get scared too! I wonder how she has this attitude with her patients who are so scared. I will never ever come because of her she traumatized me i left the clinic crying!
