Fantastic experience: Luzan Dental Center was recommended to me by a friend who had an excellent experience with them and successfully resolved his dental concerns. When I visited the clinic, my main goals were a professional cleaning and an inquiry about dental implants. I was fortunate to be attended to by Dra. Jaramie, who carefully assessed my needs and recommended the best options for my case. My concern was the gap in my teeth that required additional teeth to be placed. I explained to her that I wanted a natural look something that would not draw unnecessary attention to my teeth when I speak, but would blend seamlessly with my overall appearance. She recommended a teeth bridge with naturally colored veneer crowns, which perfectly matched both my dental needs and personal preferences. This treatment not only closed the gaps but also boosted my confidence to smile and speak freely during meetings. I sincerely thank Luzan Dental Center, and especially Dra. Jaramie, for the outstanding care. I truly appreciate her thorough explanations before proceeding with any treatment and her dedication to ensuring my dental health is well taken care of to this day.

Negative experience: The receptionist is rude, i dont know if they know how communicate with the client. I booked last last week for consultation it was fine. Then when its time for my tooth extraction i booked with them saturday at 10am they applied for my insurance but unfortunately they told me there was a problem with the system. I waited and followed up with them myself if they can access now the portal of my insurance. Why they cant able to communicated with the client? Why cant they be considerate? I dont know if they know the role of being a receptionist. If they know that the doctor is not available why cant they suggest other doctor as well?

Positive experience: I would like to commend the dentist and overall service at Luzan Dental Clinic — they are doing a great job and I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. However, I’ve had a consistently poor experience with the receptionist or the individuals answering phone calls. Unfortunately, they come across as rude and lack basic phone etiquette, which is especially disappointing in a patient-facing role. I strongly suggest providing them with proper customer service training, as this can greatly improve the overall experience for patients calling the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had gone out for a weekend lunch and unfortunately broke one of my premolar teeth, and had to visit the dental clinic on urgency and telephoned several clinics to find I couldn't attend and no bookings available.....but then I called Luzan dental clinic and they immediately agreed to book me in within 30 minutes to see me. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental clinic for a frontal teeth crown procedure after the previous crowns didn't turn out well from another place, and I couldn't be happier with the results and overall experience. Dr. Asmaa and the team provided exceptional care that exceeded expectations. Dr. Asmaa's professionalism and expertise were evident. In the first visit, she helped cure the gum issues that were present because of the previous crown and adjusted the crown to be less tough on the gums as a temporary solution before replacing it. The current crowns blend very well with all of the other teeth and look natural, they were placed quickly and without any trouble, the whole operation was very smooth. In conclusion, highly recommend this place and Dr. Asmaa for the amazing service and great prices.

Positive experience: It was a pretty good experience over all, but the only problem is that it smells weird. Also I noticed that on the TV the video kept stopping and playing, which might be annoying for young visitors. Lastly, it was really hard to find the entrance. It would be nice to have a arrow pointing to the entrance.
