Fantastic experience: I came here through an ad I saw for teeth cleaning .Had an absolutely great and professional experience with Dr. Rejuna. She was very gentle with her procedure and answered all my questions and helped me understand so much about dental care etc. I decided to go for the teeth cleaning+ polish for 150 Aed and it was totally worth it. I would recommend this place to everyone for all dental needs at an affordable price point
Fantastic experience: My husband and I went there for checkups and cleanings. And Dr. Rejuria did an excellent job. She cleaned our teeth throughly with great care. Although I had heavy stains on some teeth, she removed them all! The price was reasonable, and unlike many other dentists in Dubai, they didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary additional services. They genuinely care about your dental health and provide honest and quality service. We are very happy to return here in the future and will definitely recommend this clinic to our friends.

Negative experience: Im giving it a 2, only because my recent experience was just insanely disappointing. Just a context, I came back to this dental clinic only because I got a great service from Dr. Husna. It's a shame that she was on leave when I came back to do my cleaning. But since I was already at the clinic, why not get on with it right? With a different dentist - what can go wrong? So here it goes, Dr. Anjali (or Anjili), didn't do a good job. I came for my cleaning, and guess what, my cleaning was done in maybe, 5-7mins? Stain was still there, deposits were still there.. i tried to tell her but all she did was justify. Dr. Anjali (or Anjili), if Dr. Husna can clean my teeth thoroughly, why can't you? Why are you making excuses? I STILL HAVE STAINS AND DEPOSITS - AND I AM STILL UNCOMFORTABLE. So if you guys will ask me, please try avoiding this dentist.. I would recommend Dr. Husna instead. Update: I was with my sister in law and she wanted to get her root canal checked because it was aching. She recommended for an xray, fair enough. But after coming back with the result, she said there was an infection. We asked her what can be the cause, she said "we don't know.. we can't tell". Seriously? You just showed how unreliable and unprofessional you are. Because of this, i am giving this a 1. Thank you.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I went in for a simple tooth filling, but the dentist turned it into a whole drama. First, she insisted on an X-ray, which seemed unnecessary, and it felt like just a way to charge extra. At the end, she told me there was an infection, but I wasn’t experiencing any pain at all. If there was truly an infection, I would expect to feel something, right? So, I decided to get a second opinion at another clinic, and the dentist there did the filling without any issue. I even shared the X-ray from the first visit, and they confirmed there was no infection. This just felt like a money grab, and I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed.

If the doctor suspect an infection, the filling will not be done from our side. Monitoring and decision making was needed from our side to ensure the right thing to do. We hope the X-ray taken with us has helped the next doctor make an informed decision to proceed with the appropriate treatment.

Fantastic experience: I originally came there for root canal as my upper right pre molars was in pain. Dr. Renjitha Thambi performed the root canal for few sessions and after just 1 session it was getting better. But what I like the most is that she is very accommodating and if there's something I want to know she explained it well. I also asked her if we can do something about the gap in 2 front teeth which previous dentist told me needed a veneers. I was surprised when said she can add a little filing and fixed the crooked tooth. I was not able to have a proper picture of the front teeth but in my picture you can see there was gap and the other tooth is longer and she was able to fix it. Grateful for your efforts Doc! Positive experience: After calling or visiting so many dentist offices about teeth cleaning then ended up with disappointments, we walked into this dentist a little bit by chance and we were very happy with the service! The office is clean, they took us right away with an appointment, teeth cleaning was done professionally at a reasonable price! Recommend this dentist in Dubai!

Fantastic experience: Very accessible location and it's not crowded, no need for the appointment, and in a low price. Then Dr. Swathy offered me more options on how to be fix my teeth, I got deep cleaning and pasta today, now I have confident to smile .

Negative experience: So expensive i went to remove my teeth and I didn’t ask the price after that they ask for 500 and I don’t know why it’s every where in rigga when I ask it’s highest price 200 never I come come back

Negative experience: If not for Dr. Alma, I won’t be coming back to this clinic. They missed 2 of my appointments. They don’t call to remind or confirm appointments. Staff aren’t attentive. They don’t even smile at you. Clearly, it was their strategy not to inform me that Dr. Alma has left the clinic, so that if I actually went there on my supposed appointment , I will be pressured to settle with the next doctor. It’s a coincidence that a colleague is also Dr Alma’s patient, so I came to know she’s no longer working there. Parking is always a problem coz you can’t find one easily. You are lucky if you spot one before time runs out. Better to come by metro as it’s just right next to Al Riqqa station. Elevator is creepy. And again, luck is on your side if you were able to go up or down the building on your 1st attempt. Easily gets full as it’s small. Building is old too.
