Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr. Jessica Hage to anyone seeking a skilled and trustworthy dentist in the UAE. I recently visited her for a second opinion after another doctor advised that I needed a root canal. Dr. Jessica took the time to carefully assess my situation and determined that a root canal was not necessary. Thanks to her, my tooth was saved without undergoing an unnecessary procedure. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly acts with integrity and conscience, and when you do, you stick with them. Dr. Jessica is now my go-to dentist in the UAE, not only because of her expertise but also because of the honesty and care she shows.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t met Dr. Jessica before, but when I walked into Hakeem Dental Center yesterday, they referred me to her. I had pain in one of my back teeth, and within minutes, after administering anesthesia, Dr. Jessica completed the root canal and restoration in just 30 minutes. And it seems that i become so dependent to it, that i cant even have it remove for so long. i have tried so many attempts but ending into a painful night and sensitive gums. Been on so many clinics and the stories are just the same. Finally, after being referred to HAKEEM Dental Center. My treatment starts Feb 2024 and still in continuation, guess you can say that i have had so many repairs to do. I didn't know it until i was examined and become a regular patient in HAKEEM Dental Center. Location is easy to find, receptions are very accommodating and you can always see them smiling. Very prompt and organize, when it comes to facilitating patients. Feels home inside the lobby / waiting area to be exact. Actually, it feels you are in a SPA. So relaxing. All staffs are greeting and smiling, whenever they come across your presence. At the treatment room, my doctor Dr Hanan and her assistant are very professionals and i can say that i am well taken care of. Explanations are going through one by one, each details and knowledge regarding my oral health. Also considering the lengthy process, all insights and suggestions are being presented during the time of visit. And can i mention that the clinic is high end, technology wise it is so advance. I am really grateful every visit that i do, cause i know i have found the right place and people for my situation. Also they help me become confident with my smile. i can laugh harder with an open mouth now. hahaha. I can say that excellent is the best word to sum up my experience. and when the time comes, that my treatment will be done. Fantastic experience: I am here to write in place of my sister Fatima Zahra who had very troubling teeth from toothache to a failed former Hollywood smile to a very sick gum and had rotten vines inside the gum and very sensitive to top it all. But thanks to Dr. Hanane who was so gentle that my sister didn't feel anything close to pain. Dr. Hanane was the only doctor who was able to undo all the medical mistakes that have been done by other dentists in the past. I would like to really compliment her patience when treating her patients and she was really kind to all her patients matter not their social status. You'd always find her with the best treatment for everyone. Truly a doctor who loves her profession, who loves her patients, and who will actually look to help you. I would personally never change her for anyone. Most pleased and satisfied that even my husband is currently undergoing treatment with her and also recommended her to all my friends and acquaintances.

I went for a normal cavity filling in my lower tooth and he was able to detect a bigger problem in another upper tooth that I wasn’t aware of and saved it last minute from a possible urgent root canal. Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache under my bridge plus wanted to improve my smile so went to Dr Hanan. She changed bridges, healed all the teeth. We made crowns, some veneers, as well as root canals treatment for plenty of teeth. This all followed by whitening so my teeth now look like brand new but still very natural. Dr Hanan and her assistant Shiela were very supportive through the course of treatment. We felt like very good friends who know each other for a long time. For me it is very important to have such a trust with doctor and Dr Hanan gave me this trust and comfort. I will recommend to all my friends such a high professional and caring person as Dr Hanan. Negative experience: Doctors are really good, however a receptionist Maha is neither transparent nor straightforward, made the whole experience terrible, didn’t want to give me follow up appointment at all and said they’re fully book, and finally she said wasn’t welcoming and charged extra for a followup visit!

Positive experience: Good quality service, but I felt that prices are not fixed. I had to pay 150aed more than expected without real justification of the service. The price for teeth whitening wary from 2200-3000 aed depending to who you ask ( the doctor or receptionist). I had mixed feelings.

Everything is state of the art and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Their work is quite impressive. Prices are reasonable and they do their best to work with you. Dr Ahmed is amazing! He's definitely the Picasso of orthodontics! Highly skilled, creatively innovative, and quite pleasant. He has recreated my plan that was started back home. All I can say is home has nothing on Dr Ahmed; He's the best. A definite go to, if you need work done. Dr Hanan is working with him to get everything else prepped. She's soo pleasant, gentle and very skilled. Dr Fadi was very smooth, and funny during treatment!! Pain was surprisingly to a minimum with all. They all are truly great! You'll really feel comfortable during treatment. Negative experience: Updated review: from 5-star to 1-star. I was seen by Dr Magdy Leon then for some post-treatment issues by Dr Hanan Wadei. Both were professional. However, my post-treatment complaint was handled so unprofessionally by a receptionist. She took all my calls over 10 days when I was trying to see the doctor yet she denied any possible appointments for any of the doctors and claimed they're all fully booked for 2 months. When another receptionist took my call, I was given an appointment so easily. When I arrived, people were given appointments smoothly on the spot (so they're not fully booked for 2 months as claimed)! I already paid for a new examination and didn't ask for followup although it was due to post-treatment complaint. Hence, not sure why the receptionist had an aggressive attitude in the first place. Unfortunately, this negatively affected my experience and made me skeptical to the whole professionalism of the clinic.

The lovely ladies over the reception were the best to communicate and deal with them, they were very friendly, kind and perfect in their work.❤❤ Doctors and the supporring team were very professional specially Dr. Fadi and his assistant were very polite and perfect in their work. Fantastic experience: The best Dental Clinic ever professional staff. Dr. Magdy Lyon an extremely experienced implantologist. i came to him after a failed implant in another clinic he extracted it and placed another implant and unlike the 1st time when i had the implant in the other clinic, with him i havent felt any pain at all. the Dr will go out of his way to make sure his patients are comftable. His Nurse Aisha is very helpful. Saso does the best cleaning i have ever done. The front Desk staff, Zimon and Maha will do whatever it takes to deliver on patients requests. Highly recommend to try it.
