Negative experience: The worst clinic I have visited in the UAE. The doctors are very arrogant, especially Dr. Geetha Rai, who has an unpleasant attitude. I am highly disappointed.

Negative experience: Wet bad staff in reception not respecting the patient however they are sick she treating rude way you don’t even have patient try to keep someone good in reception atlist to attract the patient to make patient safe . Even sick leave she is saying not possible now when it’s work related things . When you entering she don’t even say morning no customer service etticate. This was first and my last visit . If u having issue and ur sick and ur in nahda tiger pls don’t go to this clinic as they are having very bad reception .

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk female staff at Noor Medical Center. I visited on 28th May for my root canal treatment. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but I arrived 20 minutes late. I completely understand that being late can cause delays, and I was willing to wait. However, I was made to wait until 5:20 PM — over 2 hours — with no clear communication or updates. Every time I asked, I was simply told that I was late and had to wait. Unfortunately, the same thing happened during my next visit. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I was late by 30 minutes. This time, they didn’t even give me a token number. They were running a promotion offering free consultations for kids, and while I was waiting, my doctor was unaware I was even there. She completed six consultations before I was finally given a token number around 12:30 PM, and my treatment didn’t start until 1:00 PM. Due to this poor management, I had to take a day off from work. The only reason I continue to visit Noor Medical Center is because of Dr. Anmary — she is an excellent and professional doctor. But the front desk female staff are not professional at all. They seriously need training on how to communicate with customers. They kept blaming me for being late without offering any kind of support or proper communication. I asked for the CEO’s email to share my concerns, but they refused and only gave me the customer service email. Yes, I was late, but some communication or follow-up from their end would have made a huge difference. Overall, a very poor experience due to the front desk management.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Ann Mary Joseph in dentistry. She made syre my teeth were cleaned and my root canal taken care of. Very professional. Will definitely recommend her service.

Positive experience: Consultation and treatment are all good but there was a significant delay in receiving the short sick leave attestation. I visited the clinic at 9:00 AM and submitted the request for the attestation at the same time, but I only received it evening 8.30 after 4 followup calls The same issue occurred the last time as well.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff, including the GP. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. When I first arrived, I clearly informed the receptionist that I had visited their other branch in Satwa the previous day, but I couldn’t return there for a blood test as it’s too far. This clinic is much closer to my home. I also inquired about insurance eligibility, although with my high-tier insurance, I shouldn’t have to — the receptionist judged me based on appearance and casually said, “It’s okay.” I was told that a doctor consultation fee would apply, which I agreed to and paid 15 AED. However, I later discovered my actual insurance co-payment was only 7.5 AED. The GP was unprofessional and seemed unsure of what he was doing. I explained my health issue and previous visit to their other branch, and he seemed surprised. Without properly examining or confirming my condition, he immediately prescribed medication and ordered a blood test. Here’s where things got worse: after I gave my blood sample — and was told it was covered by insurance — I received a call an hour later saying it wasn’t approved. They claimed it was due to my earlier visit at the other branch, and that they hadn’t checked with that location before proceeding. No one from the clinic took responsibility. The receptionist was extremely careless, didn’t apologize, and just asked me to pay. When I went back to ask for a refund, I was shocked to learn my insurance co-pay was actually just 7.5 AED — yet they had charged me 15 AED. When I asked for the receipt, they got confused, fumbled around, and finally said they’d refund me 6 AED. Then the receptionist said he didn’t have change and offered just 5 AED instead. This seems like they are doing this every patient as no one questions the clinic about co payments in sick condition. If I hadn’t questioned them, they would’ve kept the extra money. Imagine how many patients are unaware of their actual insurance co-payments — the clinic is clearly overcharging people and only returns the extra money if asked. Totally unethical. Not recommended at all. Avoid this clinic if you care about proper care, transparency, and professionalism. I have staff names but i will forgive their and will not mention here the name even if they did not apologise.

Fantastic experience: I recommend gynecologist Dr. Nabeela. She is very good by nature and explain everything very nicely And calmly. It took little time to wait for the token number to come on screen but else everything was super nice and easy. Staff behavior also very good and co-operative.

Negative experience: I don't recommend "Dentist"

Negative experience: Pathetic service a simple blood report takes them nearly 24hrs. With a typical response statement as "we can't help sir"

Fantastic experience: Sorry for the late review, few days ago, my mother came here from India. When we were away, my mother suffered from physical pain and low bp. and Came to alnoor clinic nearby us. Mother is very scared because she is alone.But the Reception girl she take care our mother and treats very friendly she give water and care our mother then she handover to nurses and during the period she visted and gave help to our mother . Mrs. Kezia she did very appreciatively job. After one hour me and my sister came there they our mother was feel better. And Dr irfana Thankyou mam. dr irfana attitude and way of treatment was very unique keep going mam. actually we are first time vist this clinic and After this my sister was regularly visited Alnoor absence of Dr. Irana we consultant other doctors they all are very friendly. And my mother back to India she is feeling better and safe. Again Thankyou Dr. Irfana and Kezia. all alnoor team you provide very friendly atmosphere to people we are so comfort to there. Dr. Geethu Pai gave me proper attention and medication for my high fever, and her treatment was both effective and reassuring. She displayed remarkable patience while taking my medical history and gave clear, thoughtful advice. Her approach was professional and caring, which I truly appreciated. Negative experience: Receptionists are unprofessional and they are unware of insurance procedure. Instead of checking the insurance details they simply says it may cost a lot if insurance is not covered. The front desk staffs are asking each other regarding the procedure . They have a tone of threatening like, we should have enough money after consultation if the insurance is not covered. We are using insurance more that 10 yrs and all other hospitals and clinics clearly check and inform before they proceed. Highly recommend to appoint experienced and well behaving front desk staffs or else pls give them proper customer service training

Fantastic experience: The pregnancy journey is a time full of excitement and fear, especially if it is our first experience. My doctor this trip was Usha Rani, I went to her on the recommendation of my husband's friend. I didn't have an insurance so we chose a package from Alnoor Polyclinic al nahda sharjah and went to monthly pregnancy clinics. Doctor prepared me for 40 weeks according to correct instructions and at the end of 40 weeks she was referred to Thumbay hospital for delivery with fair charges. Although I was ready for a normal delivery, I went for a caesarean section due to the weight gain of the baby. Dr. Usha is so expert, she completed operation within an hour. She monitored my condition the next day and advised me on what to do. At Alnoor Polyclinic Al nahda sharjah , my surgical stitches were removed. It was done by Dr. Usha, so there was no pain. Dr. Usha's expertise made me able to walk well and engage in daily activities within a week. Likewise, I would recommend her to any mother or expectant mother looking for a doctor who offers sound guidance. I am very thankful to Dr. Usha Rani and the nurses, especially all the nurses at Alnoor Polyclinic are very friendly and kind. I became a happy and blessed ✨️ mother

Negative experience: Yesterday I visited in this medical center,with lower abdominal pain and also redness, swelling in genital area.I took appointment with Dr. usha rani and waited for 30 mints.Later one nurse came and told to me this may be sign of UTI . so you can see any GP doctor,Dr usha rani refuses to see me .I’m highly disappointed with their services , may be if I’m self pay patient she may examine me without any negligence.

Fantastic experience: In my pregnancy i consulted with Dr.Usharani. She was very kindful & supportive. I could make confidence about my baby's health as doctor's consulting. The other staffs of the hospital was like good caregivers. While my delivery in the natural risk she gave a full support and we could deliver our baby well. She reduced our financial risk also. We really thankful for Dr.Usharani & staffs

Negative experience: Visited the clinic today for pediatric doctor. The staff Ms. Hasna, who was there on duty in reception was not at all professional and was on a phone call when we entered the clinic and until we finish she was talking in the phone, it was a personal call and she was doing billing while talking in the phone. Always Going to this clinic for the best doctors available there . But please make sure your staffs are also professional and well behaved. Train them to give priority to the patients in front of them.
