Negative experience: صراحه كانت تجربه سيئه جدا.. سويت عمليه مع دكتور زائر.. والعمليه ما شفت لها نتيجه واضحه.. والاثار باينه.. ومن شهر يناير لين الحين وانا اتريا الدكتور يعدل العمليه وصرنا شهر اغسطس وما شفت هالدكتور.. والعياده مالها اي موقف مع الدكتور

Negative experience: للصراحه مافي تعليق اوصف الزعل اللي بداخلي من التعامل في العياده و اغلاطهم المتكرره و عدم احتوائهم للمريض ( الكستمر ) اغلاط الرسبشن المتكرره في اخذ المواعيد و انها ما يخبرو الكستمر بالنقاط المهمه عند الدفع و اعتقادهم انه هي الصح و انه الكستمر غلط و خصوصا انه غلطت معي في اخذ الموعد مرتين و لما وصلت تقولي انت الغلطانه و بالتلفون قالت سعر و لما كنت موجوده قالتلي سعر ثاني و قلتلها خلي المسؤوولة تكلمني و للحين صارلي اسبوع انتظر اتصال وماوصلني اي شي ولما قلتلها ما اريد اكمل معاكم قالتلي مافي انرجع المبلغ ( وها المعلومه ماقالتي ياها لما دفعت ) ولا حاولت انه تحل الموضوع معاي ولا اي شيء

Negative experience: فاشل حاجزه موعد ليزر من 15 يوم و بعتو رساله في الواتساب تم الحجز و تأكيد المرعد و اليوم اتصل اتأكد من الوقت قالو مافي موعد و زحمه مافي مجال يحجزون المواعيد و آخر شي يقولون مافي

Negative experience: Very horrible experience. The staff at FMC requested a 500 dhs + fee in order to book a slot with Dr Costi. This makes sense as the doctor is supposed to be a well known and famous doctor. I had booked for a 4 pm slot and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes ( even with this wait I still did not see Dr Costi) When I asked the staff for the delay they said “this is normal as Dr Costi always makes his patients wait”. 1. Why is a fee of 500+ dhs requested for a booking if the dr won’t even see you at the time that you booked for? 2. The excuses that Dr Costi does this to everyone is honestly ridiculous. 3. If Dr Costi does in fact leave his patients waiting for more than 1 hr and 30 minutes then they should inform every patient that is booking with FMC that there will be a wait of 1 hr+ despite paying 500+ dhs. Horrible experience, highly disorganized staff, and unprofessional attitude for such a high cost.

Positive experience: I recently had a carbon peel treatment with soumya. procedure was quick, painless, and left my skin feeling smoother and brighter. The staff was professional and explained every step, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: دكتور سمير غرابيه من اسوأ الدكاتره.. وتجربه جدا فاشله وسيء.. وهمه الفلوس .. وبعد العمليه ما يتابع المرضى ولا يعترف بغلطه.. وسويتها ب 100 الف.. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه، محد يشوف الفرق ولا حد قالي اي شي..بنسوي شكوى

Fantastic experience: دكتور احمد فوق الممتاز وعياده الاسنان مجهزة بأحدث الأجهزة انا كنت بموت حرفيا من الألم وضرسي مكسور قطع صغيره وفعلا ما شاء الله عليه شال الضرس ده وتعب جدا لغايه ما أقدر يشيل كل أجزاءه وفعلا منتهي الذوق ومنتهي الادب والاخلاق جزاه الله كل خير

Negative experience: Will never comeback to this clinic , what you pay is different than what they explain in the phone , what I pay today is not worth what I did , it’s so commercial . In the reception they didn’t try to find solution , they put everything on the back of the lady who talk to me over the phone without caring of my right as customer plz Don’t waist your time and money .

Fantastic experience: بنات الحقوا على الدكتور كوستي وخلج مميزه في العيد مع الدكتور كوستي ببشره مشرقه ومشدوده مع ابرة السفن ستب كنت مب مقتنعه فيها واقول غاليه بس لما جربتها وشفت النتيجه قلت تتساهل ها السعر لانه فيها مجموعة ابر دمجها في ابره واحده يعني مكس خاص ب دكتور جربيها وماراح تندمين وخلج مميزه ومشرفة في العيد مع ابرة السفن ستب

Negative experience: One week after Dr.costi injection , I paid around 15000 for nothing, they even make me pay cost of one new Botox vail (around2300 ) although they used pre-opened vail and used less than 20 unite to raise the Eyebrows , he injected 2points only .Its seems that the center Need to cover the cost ofDr cost from each one of us. I I don’t mind to pay such amount, but at least to see some changes , simply i did not like the center atmosphere from the reception unit cashier. And even Dr. work its not up to that level. Social media exaggerate.

Positive experience: Not much crowded and easy accessible

Negative experience: I was very disappointed today, I had an appointment at the clinic with Dr. Costi at 4:30 and waited until 7pm and left without doing anything I wasted my time for nothing. They always make patients late. The service was very bad. They didn't even come to meet the patient or call him to inform him that the doctor will be late.

Negative experience: للأسف مركز ما يهمه الكستمر.. يهمهم ياخذو فلوس الإجراءات وبس.. جيت لهم من شهرين وخلوني انتظر ٤ ساعات عشان وحدة من البلوغرز جايه تغطي العيادة واجراءات الدكتورة.. ولا في اي تعويض او حتى خصم او اعتذار.. ولا عمري يرجعلهم مرة ثانية ولا انصح اي حد يجي لعندهم ( للأسف كنت مضطرة انتظر لان وراي سفره)

Negative experience: عيادة مادية و دمرت بشرتي رحت اسوي فيشل و درما عندهم بدال عن تتعدل استوت اسوء من السيء طلعت لي حبوب ملتهبه كبيره حمره و انا عمري ماطلعت لي حبوب جي الي سوت لي ماتعرف شغلها كله طلع حب تحت الجلد بشكل يروع خساره الفلوس و البترول ما انصح ابدا مستحيل ارجع لهاي العيادة لو يقدمون لي خدماتهم فري ماتستاهل ابدا

The doctor just made my face and pimples worst❌❌❌ حبوب ويهي ماكانت بارزه وصارت حمرا هذا ثاني يوم وفي حبوب حتى للحين مكانها حتى وانا مسويه هايدافيشل! وفوق هذا ما احس في بروفشناليتي لدرجة حتى الماسك نصه في فمي اكلته Please pay attention to look for qualified doctors and don’t pay patients for services that they didn’t claim for

Negative experience: مركز سيء في الخدمة الانتظار من ساعتين الى اربع ساعات على أقل تقدير عملت موعد مع الدكتور سمير غرابة على أساس جراح عالمي مخضرم و دفعونا سعر الاستشارة قبل ما ندخل عالدكتور عشان يلوون ذراعنا لان مبلغ الاستشارة كبير و لا يمكن استرجاعه … العذر الدكتور تأخر عن مواعيده ساعة كاملة و أخر المرضى .. تعليقي الدكتور اللي ما يحترم مواعيده اكيد ما راح يحترم مرضاه و بالتالي يضر بسمعة المركز اللي متعاقد معاه .. قسما بالله عيب عليكم

Positive experience: لدي تجربة سيئة مع هذا المركز بشأن الطبيب الزائر رغم اني اخذت موعد مسبق منذ شهر إلا ان مشكلة الانتظار للدخول إلى الطبيب مزعجة جدا فقد يصل موعد الانتظار إلى اكثر من 3 او 4 ساعات ومسألة اخرى هي عند الحجز موعد لا بد من دفع مبلغ الحجز مسبقا حتى يتم تأكيد الموعد !!!

Negative experience: تجربة غير ناجحه بالمره سويت ع اساس ابر نظارة وللمسامات والشد مع الديرما ودفعت فوق 6000 ، المشكله تواصلت معاهم بالصور اني ابدا مااستفدت بالعكس فزت بأسوء بشرة بالعيد وكل مره ردهم بنشوف الادارة وبنرد عليج والى يومكم ولا صار اي شي السالفة من شهر ابريل 2024 ( علشان مايردون رد مضحك وان ماعندهم طبيبه انثى ) ، نقول ممكن يصير رد فعل عكسي للعلاج بس وين الاحترافيه ف معالجة مشكله عميل قدم شكوى ؟! صارلي موقف مع عيادة معروفة صوب منتزه خليفه سويت فيشل وطلعلي حبوب وخبرتهم علطول عطوني موعد فيشل مع خبيره ثانيه وماشاءالله عالجت المشكله هني يبين الفرق ف التعامل البروفيشنال مع اي مشكله تواجه العميل ( موثق عندي كل المحادثات بالتواريخ ) لان ماشاءالله هم بروفيشنال انهم يدافعون ويردون .

Negative experience: I did laser session, honestly i feel like i paid for nothing.. literally nothing. Hair is not falling even, during the session i was telling the nurse that I don’t feel any heat from the machine, I cant even feel the hair burning or any laser light but she keep saying this is new technique its normal you don’t feel anything. Which is not possible i’ve tried many clinics many lasers machine even the ones that is with cold air still i feel the laser hit. In this clinic they are using a very low heat to not get results and keep coming many times, i wasn’t happy about the session and i told her to increase the heat but she refused. At the end theres no results, hair growing is exactly the same not even 1 hair falls down , waste of money and time. Not recommended at all

Negative experience: اذكر ترييت موعدي بالساعات لان الدكتوره طلعت من العيادة تاخذ بريك والمره الثانيه المنسقة تضغطني عشان ادفع ٨ الاف وانا يايه على اعلان بلوقر ابره ب١٥٠٠ وتعال يا الاقناع والضغط لين تستحي وتتفشل وتتوهق فتابي بشهور واخر شي ماشي نتيجه

Negative experience: Dr. Ahmed RUINED my teeth for life!!! I experienced significant issues with the scaling and polishing performed by Dr. Ahmad. Since then, my tooth enamel has become rough and scratched, requiring me to undergo dental cleanings every two months due to stain accumulation in between the scratches!! He has witnessed the rapid deterioration within two months, with new stains accumulating on the front teeth, a situation I have never experienced before. What worsened the situation is that despite explaining my concerns, the last treatment administered by him was exceptionally harsh, causing additional roughness in my teeth and sensitivity in my gums—an experience I had never encountered before with scaling and polishing. This situation is extremely critical for me and has a substantial impact on my life, as I am now unable to consume coffee or tea! I am beyond frustrated! What made it worse it that they have not contacted me or provided a solution from February until now. Worst medical centre and management I have experienced in my life!

Negative experience: سيئة جدا كنظام مواعيد! انتظار فوق الساعتين وعشان تاخذ موعد ادفع في اللينك للتأكيد واذا دفعت تروح قبل موعدك وتنتظر يالساعات!!! لا احترام للوقت ولا احترام للمريض ينقلونك من غرفة للثانيه عشان يدخلون ناس يعرفونهم ويمشون امورهم واذا واجهتهم ينكرون مع ان كل شي واضح ومسموع!!!

I have done the crystal treatment which is (injection+derma pen) I didn’t get the expected “baby face” result only a volume in my cheek which I don’t need and i dislike. Sorry, but It doesn’t worth the high cost Girl save your money! And try another treatment a facial is enough for your beauty.
