Fantastic experience: Best clinic for teeth

Negative experience: The worst clinic I have visited in Dubai. I called them, they gave me wrong information. Then I did scanning of my tooth, the machine was not working. I had to wait and do it 3 times. I literally lost 2 hours for something that was supposed to be done in 20 minutes. They told me the scanning will be directly sent to me, it didn’t happen. Once I got it, I couldn’t access it at all because there was an issue with the file they sent. Very bed experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: doctor hani dalati biggest scammer Never go to this clinic for orthodontic treatment,dr hani dalati is a fraud and doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor, he changes the prices of the treatment depending on your financial status, he will rip you off when he sees that you got money, what’s funnier is when I discuss the prices he always run to call someone and ask you to ask the nurse mind you he is the medical director, he started my braces without taking pictures, xrays.now my teeth is crooked and I had to start somewhere else, the other orthodontist told me that this doctor has no idea how to do braces, he has done my braces like a beginner. I am warning y’all, I remember he told me once he took 10,000 aed as a deposit for braces from one of his foreign client

Negative experience: I can’t understand how they don’t have a direct line tel number. When you dial their number you get through to a call centre who can only take a message and get someone to call you back. How is that good customer service? They are just putting up barriers for the customer to make contact with them. How can management seriously think this is good customer service? It baffles me. This is a good example of how to disengage a customer as quickly as possible.

Negative experience: Great laser and therapist. AWFUL RECEPTION AND COSTUMER CARE. Their problem solving tactic is introduce you the team and the receptionist will seat you to offer you the cheapest thing of the clinic and has nothing to do with the treat that you are doing and she will manipulate you to forget about the issue that you complained about.

Fantastic experience: I am very very happy with the treatment I received yesterday. My skin feels amazing and that’s just 1 treatment! The specialist was amazing and gave me good feedback on what my skin needs and was so kind and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. So for me it was an all round great experience!

Negative experience: Awful customer care. Dr. Hani just without any explanations rejected to provide services for me when I asked some reasonable questions in WhatsApp about my treatment plan (he offered to write him there by himself)...maybe because after consultation with a surgeon I found some imprtsnt missed in the orthodontic treatment and wanted to get more information about next steps of treatment. I informed clinic's administration about this in Whatsapp, they didn't apologize and even didn't offer another doctor. So they are not intersted to retain customers at all. Moreover, I even couldn't get price list for products and services for the treatment, doctor told me to get this information from clinic's administration, administration told me get it from doctor...Finally I didn't get anything.

They’re amazing , he took care of me during the procedure so I didn’t feel pain too much , and I compared with my previous veneer treatment , Dr. Oday really take time for attention to details , I couldn’t compared the old veneer and new one they’re totally different . Of course if you haven’t done veneers you shouldn’t do it but if you did / decide to do it anyway I would strongly recommend Dr. Oday Ibrahim

My consultation with Dr. Nelly was delightful she's the sweetest! I tried their Hydrafacial signature and hair treatments, and I'm thrilled with the results. Alhamdulillah! Highly recommended!

The dr consults you and offer whats best for you! And a week later than follow up with you on a phone call! To make sure all is good with your treatment!

Negative experience: I regret to share a concerning experience my cousin had at this clinic. She sought treatment for undereye black circles, and despite the initial assurance by the lazer therapist of using a dermapen and the after effects would last only 2 days, on the day of treatment she told her to get better results she must go for injection since it has worked for her. Then she went ahead and applied the numbing cream, post which the doctor came and explained the procedure and the potential bruising and that it would last for a week, but they said that the bruising would not be so serious or she might not even get it and would go within a week. However, the consent form they gave her had mentioned 2 weeks of recovery, unfortunately she trusted them and signed without reading it. Unfortunately, the aftermath was distressing – both eyes swelled, and bruises appeared. Despite their promises that it would subside, the condition persisted. Shockingly, they charged her 1890 for the treatment and 90 for pharmacy. A week later, upon seeing no improvement (only swelling reduced, the bruises reduced a bit), she requested a refund. The manager, Adeer, callously refused, stating, "do whatever you want, since she signed the consent for which had 2 weeks on it." The doctor dismissed her concerns as psychological and offered her a complimentary treatment (if it wasn't their mistake then why would they offer a complimentary treatment) . It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. Save yourselves the trouble; avoid this clinic where complaints are met with rudeness, contrasting their initial sweet-talking when enrolling patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a visit to Tajmeel Royal Clinic for on OPG ( X-ray of the face for teeth )recommended by my dentist. My experience with them was great. The clinic has a valet parking which is convenient for the patients. The reception warmly welcomed you. The clinic has beautiful interiors and is very clean and peaceful. They have various beauty treatments and antiageing treatments as well. There is a full fledge X-ray room . I specially loved the welcome drinks. Also they are prompt in their services. Do visit if you want to try out their beauty and antageing treatments as they have expert doctors for that.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Tajmeel Royal clinic to see doctor Muna for some sagging skin sound my eyes and lips which use to bother me a lot.. she recommended me to do threads to lift it up.. now it has been 1 week since I did it and the results are amazing.. my whole face been lifted and everyone who see me is asking what I have done! But can’t tell what it is sooo it’s super natural.. I highly recommend them.. the whole team is super friendly and professional the doctor followed up many times with me.. I met Dr. Oday and advised me on the best procedure to be done as my teeth will not be needing veneers for now, I was happy with the advice and started the procedure. Everyone in the clinic was so welcoming, they make you feel comfortable and at home. They have different field of expertise and I would love to be taken cared of the team.
