It was concerning to observe that the technician/specialist appeared to be unfocused during the treatment, which negatively impacted my overall experience and makes me feel inclined to consider another clinic for this session.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Juliana Saba enough!! She's an excellent dentist I went for a treatment that I was putting off for 13 years due to major phobia of dentists and she was super thorough in explaining and making me feel comfortable. I also went back to have my teeth cleaned and whitened and I am so happy with the result. Had so many compliments on my teeth..my family members have already booked an appointment with her for the same treatment. I am staying with Dr Saba all the way! Thank you so much Dr!

Negative experience: First appointment I had to wait around 45 mins for my facial.. second appointment I booked for Dermapen and laser session one after another.. my appointment was at 12 pm they called a day before and told me they are changing it to 12:15 pm and I accepted. I reach the clinic at 12:18 pm .. waited for 50 mins and none of the doctors are available because they accepted another service and the receptionist keep telling because I was late!!!!!!!!! 3 mins late and they accept another service without calling !!! Such a bad management .. I had to leave the clinic without doing anything because almost an hour of delay

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone , I wanna to recommend you and share my experience in this clinic really they diserv 5 start for their excellent service and worm welcoming I did the Laser hair Removal it was my first time to do and I was very scary about all things pain , result, machine , but with the techinch shyea am feeling relax and comfortable she manage my section and adjust the heat without reducing the effects of the laser, Now am so happy for the result and I will continue with this clinic for other services By the end I want to thanks the receptionist also for making my appointment and keeping to remember me during all my section Thanks
