Fantastic experience: Dr. Manisha sarada has been an exceptional and seasoned practitioner. I had major dental treatments to be done including building tooth structure as for my front teeth, She no only made my dental treatment comforting with detailed explanations on procedure but also made sure on aesthetics. Its been 2 years and still no one can figure out the difference.

Negative experience: I was disappointed: I had a tooth filling (on the side of the tooth, next to the gum). The feeling came out after 3 weeks while brushing teeth. Came back to get another filling which was for free. After 2 weeks it came out again and the tooth became very sensitive. The clinic advised to get a filling again but it would be chargeable. Eventually I went to a different clinic...

She was very competent and carried out a thorough check and identified that my wisdom tooth has cavity and cause all the problems in the right side of my jaw. She removed so painlessly without any discomfort. I really appreciated her technique and being in control of what she was doing. So thank you Dr. Shylpa.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely experience with Dr Farhin! The clinic was super clean and welcoming, with the lady in reception quickly checking me in. The Dr's room itself, has a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake at JLT and the Marina. I had a check up, dental scaling, cleaning and polishing. The doctor was EXTREMELY thorough, not rushing at any stage. Also, there was no "hard sell" at the end. She simply gave me information about things I need to be aware of. I'll definitely return and would highly recommend Dr Farhin to any individuals/families that are looking for a professional and kind family Dr.

Prices are quite reasonable compared to other places and I was informed about all the charges before proceeding with the treatment unlike other places. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Great work by Dr Lina on teeth whitening, stain removal and cleaning! Asked for her because of the positive reviews on Groupon. Was very skeptical about dental clinics’ promotions on Groupon due to a bad experience in the past. However at Palmry, everyone especially Dr Lina was so friendly, helpful and meticulous. At first I was apprehensive but after she talked me through the process, I was very comfortable. Stain removal and fluoride treatment weren’t included in the Groupon deal but we didn’t mind at all. 50dhs was a small fee to pay for stain removal and totally worth it. Teeth whitening took about an hour with two applications. Great experience and we will come back to Dr Lina again for our next visit! Highly recommended. Thank you, doc.

Negative experience: They contacted me in the morning to confirm my appointment i had to leave my work then after i got there to the clinic before time they told me your appointment is canceled

Positive experience: Good cleaning experience with Dr Lina. Explained the problem in detail and was patient. There was a small piece of tartar left though, which took me a lot of effort to pry loose with my tongue later.

Negative experience: Very disappointing visit to this dental clinic. I made the mistake of going with a Groupon voucher. Was told by the Male Dentist that my teeth were so stained it would require two bottles of stain removal powder so an extra 50 DHS to be added, then he proceeded to "Speed" clean my teeth (20 minutes from start to end) - a normal deep cleaning is minimum 1 hour... Then when I mentioned there was a sharp edge hurting my tongue I was told that was because it was such a thorough cleaning which was normally billed 350 Dhs so I should happy. Neither professional nor polite. I strongly recommend steering wide from this place.

Negative experience: The male Arab Doctor/ Dentist forced me to pay additional 50 dirhams to carry on the procedure which I refused. And then he refused to treat me. He was not ready to do scaling and polishing which was mentioned on Groupon voucher if I don't pay him additional 50 dirhams on the services. This is totally unacceptable and rubbish!!! I wasted my time during office hours and wasted my expensive parking fees in JLT. This was my first such experience on Groupon as it never happened before where anyone forced me to charge something additional and won't even ready to comply to what they have agreed on the original offer. #NoToPamyra #WasteofMoney #NoMore

I had an airflow stain removal as well as teeth cleaning and scaling performed by the Doctor and I must say I am very happy with the result. The teeth are white,nice and clean afterwards. Fantastic experience: The best clinic!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. I went in for laser treatment on my teeth and left with a burned upper lip with ongoing swelling. No support or reassurance given except that I moved my mouth. Its not fair to put the blame on the patient. I don’t believe that this was due to me moving ever so slightly - something else has gone wrong due to their negative procedures. Please do not use this facility if they have such lax protocols. There are many other clinics nearby. Don’t let yourself ever be in this nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I saw the clinic on Groupon and bought the whitening procedure voucher. The team was very warm and friendly especially Ms. Amy. My doctor, Dr. Randa made sure i was fine the whole process. The results were amazing. I could totally see the difference. My teeth were a couple shades lighter from the original yellow. So the clinic definitely deserves 5 stars. Will definitely go back after 6 months.
