Fantastic experience: We have been regular visitors to Avance Dental Clinic in Deira, Dubai, and our experience has consistently been excellent. I recently underwent two tooth implants, and I can’t thank Dr. Uthappa, the prosthodontist and implantologist, enough for his outstanding work. As someone who is quite sensitive when it comes to dental procedures, I was initially anxious—but Dr. Uthappa made the entire process smooth and completely painless. He is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and reassuring, which helped put me at ease throughout the treatment. If you're looking for a dental professional who truly knows what he's doing and puts patient comfort first, I highly recommend Dr. Uthappa. I also recently had a root canal treatment done by Dr. Anas, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his care & professionalism. Despite being in severe pain, he was exceptionally patient and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the entire procedure. Dr. Anas had previously treated my husband for a root canal as well, and both our experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Overall, the dental treatments at this clinic have been of the highest quality, and I wholeheartedly recommend both Dr. Uthappa and Dr. Anas for anyone seeking expert and compassionate dental care. Equally commendable is the clinic’s receptionist, Ms. Fritz, who is always polite, friendly, and professional. She communicates clearly when it comes to scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and is also very efficient with handling insurance claims. Her support and pleasant approach help make each visit to the clinic smooth and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I did Damon braces with Dr. Fida and had an amazing experience. I had a crossbite, and the treatment took about a year and two months but I’d see rapid results in between each appointment. The team was always organized and made sure I never missed an appointment. The clinic was always clean and welcoming. I truly couldn’t be happier with the results and cannot believe how perfect my teeth are now thanks to Dr Fida. I highly recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fida has magic hands she’s literally the best orthodontist!! If you plan on getting braces in Avance ask for Dr. Fida I was a patient there for 3 years and I switched to Dr. Fida on my last year that’s when I started seeing improvement on my teeth. Before that my midline was misplaced and everything was out of order but she saved me. She really listens to what you want and whatever is bothering you she will fix and another thing that just makes her extra special is she will devote her time and even schedule appointment in between her breaks. She doesn’t try to kick you out as soon as she’s done with her work she will explain to you on what the expectations are and she’s very realistic. She is so special and anyone who is to be her patient I’m telling you you’re going to be treated with special care. <3

I started my Ortho treatment during pandemic last year in july 2020, After almost 12 months i m going to remove my braces in july 2021, the way my treatment was handeled was satisfactory and I m happy with outcome.my 12 months of braces treatment, have visited them several times, dr is very friendly always , most important thing to mention are the prices here, clinic is very reasonaby priced. I strongly recommend Dr Deepak at Avance Dental for yiur Braces treatement .

Negative experience: i finally completed my orthodontic treatment in the past recent. They always come up with new ideas to charge you more money because they are greedy. Can never recommend to anyone. The owner doctor is never on time, you have to wait 1-2 hours before your turn by then all patients are irritated to the core. Will share my opinion on the treatments once done. **** Initial message ********* booked an appointment with this clinic 3 days ago, received a called yesterday to inform me that the doctor had an emergency and that I have to reschedule another appointment and then another call today at 11 : 30 am, to inform me that the doctor can't make it today too, knowing that my appointment is for 12 pm. Not professional, if this is how you treat your potential clients can't dare to imagine the quality of the treatments.

Negative experience: Very bad experience had with Dr. Deepak with braces for me and my husband. All the braces was installed wrong- my teeth become worse during 5 months. When I came to Ukraine I visited 5 doctors and all of them was shocked from the installation of braces- different distances for each tooth and only for 5 teeth from each side. The panoramic X ray doctor requested to do in May 2020 and braces was installed in February 2020. Without general study of our teeth he just stocked the ceramic braces any how. When I asked him if we need to delete wisdom teeth he said no, without checking them even. And in my case I had difficulty with wisdom teeth growing against my teeth. After I left Dubai in June doctor was training to cheat us, as we payed package for braces. Now I was advices to remove totally braces due wrong installation. Please people be very careful with this rubbish clinic. Yes you return money after big discussions that ur charges are not acceptable( 400 aed you tried to charge for paying by credit card, and others fees which was included in packages you tried to charge twice. Anyway... to install braces without analyzing the teeth even without X-ray. And special in my case with difficulty of wisdom tooth which grows under the gum against all teeth and was pushing all lower teeth more to the front as was no space and u remember also how my teeth become. So better don’t argue bcz say thanks god I didn’t open a case against you, as I have all medical proves to sue you!!!!

Negative experience: Went to this dr for filling for emergency as it broken. After 2 days the filling come out. I didnt even eat on that side. Very unhappy and he charge me a lot too. I went back to my original dr in Jumeirah to fix it again.

Fantastic experience: I had my braces in avance dental clinc Dr.Deepak treated me . it was a vry good experience , expected lots of pain during treatment but Dr.Deepak chnged my expectation he treated me very well where i dint have to bare more pain . All staff’s were vry friendly especially Dr.Deepak and Jasper . I would say that the Clinic is very hygienic and all the staff are very professional. I would recommend this clinic to all in Dental needs.☺️✌
