Fantastic experience: الشكر الجزيل للدكتور رامي على تعامله الممتاز وحرصة على مصلحة المريض اراجع العيادة منذ مدة طويلة هناك موقف لا ينسى للدكتور الانسان البارع حضر حفيدي برفقة والدة للعيادة لوقف نزيف حصل في الفم بسسب خروج احد الاسنان الامامية بسبب الاصطدام بحافة الطاولة سال الدكتور عن السن وكان بمحض الصدفة مع والدة اخذ السن وعقمه وأعاده الى موضعه وثبته بطريقة ممتازة والحمد لله السن ثبت في مكانه والآن مضى عليه ما يقارب السنة والامور تمام والسن في مكانه بفضل الله اولا ثم بفضل الدكتور البارع انصح بزيارة العيادة

Fantastic experience: Doctor Ramy is simply amazing, cordial, caring, professional and practical. I undergone from the simple fillings, root canal, deep cleaning to a lengthy whitening, all with lasting and excellent results. The prices are reasonable and the technical advice and options are on point, for the wallet as for the practicability of the procedures. I cannot recommend Dr Ramy enough which of course includes his staff, his assistant and his receptionist. The installations are spacious, accessible, hygienic and well maintained. Dr Ramy has been my dentist for more than 5 years now and will keep on been my dentist for a long time.

Negative experience: Cleaning and polishing work is fine however anything related to fillings, I don't recommend

Negative experience: أسوء عيادة أسنان بالمواعيد مواعيدهم جداً جداً سيئة مافي احترام لوقت المريض ابداً بتاخذ موعد وبتجي على الموعد وبتنطر أكثر من ساعة والمشكلة مابكون قدامك غير مريض المفروض الدكتور رامي يحط اشخاص ذو كفاءة لأدارة الموعيد أو يلغيها بكون أفضل طبعاً تجربتي من خلال اربع او خمس ذيارات بنفس الطريقة الحق يقال شغلوا منيح لكن مواعيد

Negative experience: Very disappointed today the way they treated us. We had an appointment for 11 AM and the receptionist confirmed 1 hour before if we were coming. The doctor himself was late for 15 minutes. Even though we had an appointment he took another arab patient before us. Meanwhile came another arab lady and she also entered before us. Despite we were with 2 small kids (1 is below 1 year old), having an appointment he took 2 patients kept us waiting at the reception. When finally all the work was done instead of apologizing their philipino receptionist started argueing with my wife. Very arrogant, felt discriminated...
