I've noticed this is a common tactic you use in response to negative reviews, as I've seen the same exact reply given to others who shared similar concerns. Whether or not you acknowledge my file, my experience was real. Long wait times, lack of communication, poor hygiene standards, and rushed, careless treatment are all issues that don't require a patient file to be valid—they just require accountability, which unfortunately seems to be lacking here. To make matters worse, the equipment was clearly not properly sterilized. At one point, the doctor dropped an instrument on the floor and unbelievably continued to use it without any proper disinfection. This is not just unprofessional—it’s dangerous. Instead of automatically denying criticism, I suggest taking feedback seriously and working to improve your service. Ignoring or dismissing patient experiences won't restore your reputation—it only damages it further.

Negative experience: My experience at this clinic was very frustrating. The staff was unprofessional, and appointments were always poorly coordinated. I began orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sumit Gupta, and from the start, there was a serious lack of communication about the treatment plan. Each visit felt rushed and disorganized, with minimal progress. What was even more concerning is that the treatment was unnecessarily prolonged, clearly aimed at maximizing the number of visits and, ultimately, the cost. It felt more like a business strategy than genuine medical care. The focus seemed to be on profit rather than the patient’s wellbeing. After wasting valuable time and money, I had to switch to another orthodontist to get proper treatment. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking honest, professional, and effective dental care.

I had to wait far beyond my scheduled appointment time, and no one bothered to explain the delay or apologize. The dentist seemed rushed and barely took the time to listen to my concerns. The procedure felt hurried and careless, and I left with more pain than I came in with. On top of that, the clinic was not very clean, which made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dental care is important, and this clinic clearly doesn't prioritize patient comfort or quality service.

The clinic is in a very strategic place in the middle of RAK City and if you want to take bus, you can stop in corniche bus stop then took a taxi only for 15aed. The staff is very helpfull, specialy Ms Justine. She always kindly help for your registration and sometime give you a after service call to make sure we dont have any problem after we visit the dental care. It’s a very recomended place.

Negative experience: Not recommended for braces _ yes place is clean and stuff are nice but I spent 2 years with braces for very tiny and hardly noticeable change.!!!!! I was surprised after removing braces that teeth are not straight and there is big gap which was not there before the braces , they just say we are not responsible and you should fix it on your own by making filling or veneer and you should pay for it , . REALLY !!!!!!!!! If you consider this clinic , run away, change your mind and save your money and time save your teeth from damage they will cause Horrible experience Ola Kassou
