Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Sunam in Abrah clinic months ago due to a toothache. When I was examined and unlike many other dentist I visited , she did not judge or started talking about my dental issues which was one thing which I liked most about her. She only examined and gave her feedback. I was always so self conscious about my teeth and no dentist in UAE made me feel comfortable with them. So i decided to do my full dental treatment only with her and it was the best decision. I didn’t feel at all that I am in dental clinic being treated by a dentist. It was like she is my friend or sister. She was caring in each step. Which helped a lot with my anxiety . She brought back the smile I was missing for a long time and am thankful to her and all her team.

Negative experience: I did my braces in March with this clinic but did not continue as the dentist and nurse that assisted me weren’t professional, it was Indian lady nurse and the dentist was the same nationality I believe as they were talking the same language while putting on the brackets in my teeth. The nurse was not paying attention to what she’s doing and burnt my lip with the little equipment that she was holding while assisting the dentist. I asked the dentist to use transparent rubber, however he put half red and the other half were yellow rubber. I only noticed when I reached home as they didn’t even gave me a mirror or something to check what they have done. It was really disappointing and unpleasant experience to this clinic, Also they are unhygienic as the dentist did not clean my teeth before putting on the brackets. They seemed to be in a hurry. It was a waste of money and bad decision to do my braces with them.Thankfully, I found a very good dental clinic now!
