Negative experience: We drove all the way from Dubai and they sent us back twice because they cannot accommodate for our appointments. We informed them that would be late but they did not take that into account even though the woman on the phone said it was okay. Dr. Dana was very selfish and could not do our appointment even though we expressed our concerns for being late due to traffic and rush hour both in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Positive experience: Very nice staff and great customer service Extra points for kids play area.

Negative experience: Don’t go for TMJ treatment

Fantastic experience: Zainab, the receptionist at Snow Clinic, exemplifies professionalism and warmth. Her exceptional communication skills, welcoming demeanor, and dedication to patient care create a seamless and pleasant experience for every visitor. She is truly an invaluable asset to the clinic.

Negative experience: Horrible, rude and arrogant dermatologist. Stay away from Dr. Matthias who is an entitled know it all that does not know how to treat patients with grace or respect.

Negative experience: Sno Dental Clinic was recommended to me, however, my experience of a consultation from start to end and the utter lack of communication or disregard to a patients feedback has been shocking and unacceptable. On their website, it has described the ideal image of what a 'first exam' looks like, "At Snö, we believe that your first exam or first consultation is very important. This is where we get to know you, your prior experiences with health care services and your needs going forward. The Snö™ exam is the most comprehensive exam in the industry for dental". However, what actually happens is very far from what they advertise. My experience of the whole first visit left me very upset, disappointed and shocked. The nurse attending to me prior to the examination was not very welcoming or forthcoming in explaining any procedures that were carried out. There was no appropriate or welcoming greeting or even a simple explanation of what was going to happen during her interaction with me. I had to question her about what she was doing. At the end, she told me to wait in the waiting area without even escorting me outside the room or advising where this was. I felt disorientated as I had never been to Sno Dental Clinic before so had to ask her where to go. When called in to then see Dr Torunn, she was just as bad as the nurse. In fact, worse. There was no proper introduction, she rudely commented that I would not be able to pronounce her name correctly when I asked if I had said it right, she disregarded the full history I had brought with me from my Dental practice in the UK, and continued with the assessment without any communication or explanation of what she was doing. There was a great deal more to add but I am mindful of the length of this feedback. I provided feedback to the Sno Dental team as I felt very upset about this whole experience and I was self-funding so had spent a great deal of money on this consultation. My feedback was ignored for almost 1 month, even though I contacted Sno Dental staff and said I had not heard anything. I resent the email, addressing it to the managers, Haya and Yara who disappointedly have not even bothered to respond back to me. When it was eventually responded to, it was a phone call from Shamona stating she had tried to contact me by phone before going on holiday but never left a message. Being a Dr myself working in a busy clinic, I am unable to attend to phone calls immediately. Nevertheless, the response from Sno Dental was just as the entire experience felt to me from the very beginning - lack of proper communication, disregard to any feedback, no acknowledgement, particularly from the Management team which in itself is just shocking to me, and no appropriate outcome or ownership for the way they treated me. I will never be going back. And have cancelled my daughter's appointment too. When I sent my original feedback to Sno Dental Clinic, I clearly stated that I do not 'name and shame' organisations online on social forums, I go direct to the source for a response, however, seen as my communication went unheard, I am being forced to put this feedback to all social forums, including the very people whom recommended me this clinic. They were appalled to hear what happened and are also withdrawing their care from this clinic.

Negative experience: Customer service here is really bad. They don’t know how to manage their time, and the receptionist at the Al Nahyan branch is the worst. She is always rude, gets angry, and acts very unprofessional. Every time I book an appointment, they call to confirm, and I confirm it. But when I arrive, they say, “Oh, your appointment isn’t today.” This happens so often, and it shows they are very disorganized and don’t care about customers’ time.The only good thing about this place is the Filipinos who work there. They are always kind, helpful, and do their best to fix problems. I would give them 10 out of 10 because they actually care about customers, unlike the others who don’t seem to care at all. This place really needs to improve, especially the receptionist and the way they handle appointments. If they don’t, more people will stop coming here. And if there was a way to give a negative star I would.

Fantastic experience: Loved the reception caring vibes. I came as a walk in to find a suitable dentist and Zainab was very sweet and helping. Looking forward to my appointment.

Negative experience: Do not visit this clinic if you had TMJ issues. My symptoms got much worse. They do not have the necessary equipment such as T-scan, K7 jaw tracker to get your bite in the optimal position.

Negative experience: I had the most traumatising experience at this clinic. Because of the horrendous treatment I received, I lost a front tooth, I'm now wearing a temporary denture and I have to undergo an implant treatment which will cost me over 16,000 AED. After only two months of having a crown fixed at Sno, the crown came off. When I consulted a few dentists, I was told that the crown I fitted failed because I did not have enough tooth underneath it to support it. The dentist who fixed it relied on a post which cannot support on its own a whole crown. Of course Dr Mohammed Iskandarani who did the treatment did not raise any concern then or even warned me about the stability of the crown despite the fact that he was fully aware of my medical history. When I complained to Sno, they told me that they have done "an investigation" and that they established that the failure of the crown has nothing to do with the treatment! (just after two months of receiving the treatment at their clinic!). Thus, they refused to take any responsibility of the failure of the crown. As I moved abroad after the treatment, I could not visit the clinic or escalate the matter further. I cannot describe how depressed, angry and distraught I feel as I write this review and remember my experience with them. I'm still suffering from this horrendous experience to date as I now wear a denture and I have wait a few months until my gum heals to start an implant treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohamad Iskandarani incredible thanks to the doctor I am no longer afraid he is very professional and extremely gentle He managed to cure me even though other dentists were afraid to do so. I thank you infinitely concerning the secretaries they are very caring what a joy to have them they always try to find solutions to help us me and my family

Negative experience: This review is about the people in the front desk, this is the second time I paid and when I leave they call to say I didn’t pay it all because they forgot to charge for something, making it very inconvenient to have to come back or make a bank transfer when I was there and I already paid . Please wake up!

Negative experience: Do not go there !! They put billing before the care of their patients, no integrity. I waited two weeks for an appointment, then i got rushed during the procedure, and i was told to schedule another time to continue !! I'm truly baffled by all the stellar reviews here. Negative experience: للاسف المراجعات ويا الدكتور محمد اسكندراني جد سيئه من شهر 12 وانا انتظر اسوي حشوات لاسناني الاماميه و اغير الجسر واحط بداله زراعه لين شهر 6 و بعدني ماسويت ولا حشوه و لا زراعه كلها انتظار مواعيد و بالشهور كلموني قبل موعدي باسبوع عشان كنت اطالب بحل للجسر لانه بدا يتحرك وكل مره يحطون عليه لصق بس فكنت احس بجفاف بحلقي و كنسلت الموعد اللي مدته 15 دقيقة لما وصل موعدي اللي انتظرته من قبل شهر و نص اتصلو وقالو لازم تجيبين تقرير من الدكتور انك مب مريضة وانا لله الحمدلله مافيني شي وحتى دكتور انف واذن و حنجره عطاني دوا حساسيه قالي 3 ايام بس قالي متحسسه من الجو ماعندي زكام ولا كحة الحمدلله شي غريب اول مره اسمع عنه و حتى زوجي راح عشان يسوي سنه الامامي حطوله حشو مؤقت و بنفس اليوم طاح للاسف السن كامل وتم فاضي و نحاول نرقع فيه الحين .

Fantastic experience: Sahar is by far the best dental hygienist I have visited in my 10 years in Abu Dhabi. She takes the time to educate and explain why dental hygiene is so important and goes the extra mile always.

Negative experience: Worst client treat ever received! Calling for an emergency as I’m pregnant and my retainer just detach, so aI have a sharp steel cable in the middle of the mounts. I cannot eat, talk or even drink. They cannot find any slot available until next week!!!! CRAZY how they cannot recognize what IS AN EMERGENCY!!!! Worst client service

Fantastic experience: I have no words to describe Dr.Stuart or the clinic, where my daughter was having bad allergy symptoms and spend three days in hospital , luckily one doctor recommend Dr.Stuart as the best doctor on allergies and he was right, we visited him for 30 mins, he was able to know the case and provide the right medication for my little 2 years old daughter, she was suffering for three days breaking my heart, my personal experience: if u have unknown allergy dont think twice , god send Dr.Stuart to help us out, I can not express more but really thanks for the help, the clinic follow up every 6 hours to make sure what is the status, we dont see this on alot of places.

Fantastic experience: 18 month of braces. Excellent care from an excellent set of people- Dr Roelin, Ms Mikaela and super Janette who co- ordinated us all. Every step was clearly explained. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for five years for all my dermatological issues. 1) He is best dermatologist in AD. I have seen my fair share of dermatologists(+30 docs), never have I ever found a more competent or knowledgeable doctor than him. 2) He is direct, specific, very etheical and very helpful. 3) Also friendly and caring which are rare traits these days in doctors. He truly wants and does what is best for his patients. He discusses, adresses and resolves all of patient's concerns. 4) Skilled in removing bumps and lumps with no scarring. 5) He takes the time to explain everything, discuss treatment options and tells you exactly what are the benefits and cons of each one. Advice: Don't think twice about consulting him, you will be doing yourself a favour. Especially if you need to remove a growth on your face.

Fantastic experience: So, I have a fear of dentists, except when I go to SNO! I love the entire team, from doctors, to assistants, to reception. And they do an excellent job at the actual dentistry but also lightening up our moods

Negative experience: Visited the clinic for Invisalign consultation which lasted not more than 5 minutes and was charged 440 aed for what is usually free at most of clinics in Abu Dhabi. Receptionist staff claimed the consultation to be insurance reimbursable which never happened. Would avoid this clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: Frankly, the service in this clinic is very excellent, and the interesting thing is that the director is present and supports her work in her clinic and manages everything. This is very nice and the doctors are also very kind. The kind and the beautiful DR.TORUNN DALSGARD she’s the best doctor ever I seen I love her so much, and i consider it my mom . Also her eyes so gorgeous . Dr. Torun's hands are also very soft and light. Today I removed the licorice and put the filling, I think so, and I also cooled and polished my teeth ✨ Also today, for the first time, I cleaned and polished my teeth with DR.MICHAELA GREEN she’s so cute her hand is also very light .

Fantastic experience: Having struggled for many years with Rosacea and being prescribed more and more medicines with less and less effect from other doctors I went to see Dr Thomas Berger at the Bodyworx for a third opinion. I was reassured by his approach which was to completely minimize any tablets, potions and lotions and give my body a break. 3 months after having first seen him my skin is better than it has been for 25 years+. Dr Berger is a warm, empathetic, reassuring and caring person and I cannot underestimate the impact he has had. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sahar has a special place in heaven! For someone who has past dental trauma and extreme anxiety, it is so important to see someone who can put you at ease and be patient. Dr Sahar handled me with care and kindness and adjusted the cleaning session to suit my pace. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bodyworx since 2015 for Hydrafacials and it is the best in Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend Arlene for the hydrafacials. She is very professional and she takes her time to address your skin problems and does great work with extractions. I never had any scarring or hyperpigmentation after her extractions. My skin always feels clean and glowing after her hydrafacials. I do also recommend Dr. Thomas and Dr. Suzana. I have consulted with them several times over the years and they take the time to address your concerns. I have had good results with their treatments and recommendations.

Negative experience: Big waste of time. Arrived 15 before my appointment. Waited 40 min more, only to be told there are two patients ahead of me when I complained. And it wasn't a busy place. What's the point of booking appointment?

Negative experience: Very tardy service and unprofessional with endless recommendations for "add-ons". A shiny clinic doesnt disguise that it's akin to a car garage where an oil change ends up requiring a new gear box and suspension. The clientele clearly arent akin to asking any remotely probing questions and will go along with whatever the person in the white coat tells them. I have good insurance but the coverage isnt the point, I want to trust the medical service provider. As an ex-pat who places great importance on quality, trusted medical care, it is not for me.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience at the clinic today, i was 10 minutes late to my appointment and Dr.Nikita refused to see me and also refused to speak with me after i requested to speak to her twice which was very disappointing and disrespectful from her.

Negative experience: Beware. They place profit over patient! Also it says in the owner's reply (below my review) that they investigated and will contact me. NOT TRUE. No one has contacted me till this day. It's been 6 weeks. I went in for a very simple filler treatment. All I wanted was a bit of filler. The dermatologist strongly suggested that he give me botox to an area that is unconventional to inject with botox. I was somewhat confused as I wasn't even considering botox, but went along with it assuming he is the expert and trusting him to know what would suit me. He promised it would be a very little amount and would be completely harmless. So I agreed. Worst mistake of my life. My smile is now completely distorted and every one keeps asking me what's wrong with my face. Upon follow-up, the doctor says there is nothing he can do and I should just wait for the effects to wear off. Point blank. No compensation offered. Not even a sincere apology. Wow. I left the clinic in tears. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Roelien Stapelberg for invasalign treatment. She is a great orthodontist: professional, helpful, kind and gets good results. I was pleased with my results and happy with her great service.

To put it shortly: I would fly my entire family from anywhere in the world to visit Sno Dental Clinic. In particular: Dr Hunt is truly an exceptional doctor. With an expertise and mastery combined with consummate professionalism and skill. Overall The entire team is evident in providing the exceptional outcomes (combined with cutting edge technology), best dentistry experience I have seen on 4 continents...Couldn't recommend more [ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW] Highly highly recommended - Absolutely world class. Best children's dentist I have ever seen. The engagement and care for the youngest members of the family are amazing. Taking the care and time to let the kids learn and use/play with the tools before using each time makes a world of difference. The entire staff is involved in the magic of making it an incredible visit to the dentist. Dr Nancy and the entire Sno team are the best children's dentist you could wish for, simply the best.

Negative experience: Worst experience even my kids dentist was very aggressive because I refused her option were she want to treat my son cavity (only the front two tooth was effected) in full anesthesia and when I reached out to the raise a complain the management didn’t talk to me just spoke with the doctor and didn’t take any actions!!!! Really disappointed I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone !!!!!! It shows that they wanted to get more money from the insurance for the full anesthesia were the other option is to hold my 2 years son with the other 2 nurses in the room and clean his tooth... I can see from the comments many people are suffering from this clinic :(

Negative experience: Worse dental clinic ever. They are just looking for your money and don't care about you as a patient. They will tell you that you need major treatments so that they can charge you or your insurance more. Strictly avoid

Negative experience: I booked for a dental cleaning. And they claimed that they need to do the bottom set of teeth only for first session and top set of teeth for another session. Why cant they be clear about this from the start? Why charge twice for something everyone does in 1 session? Never going back again.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Abu Dhabi now for 6 years and over the period have tried a number a dental clinics for my family and I. Hands down Sno dental has been the best we have been too. The service is above and beyond the facilities are top class and the kids aren't scared to go too the dentist as the staff are so warm and caring. Highly recommended

Positive experience: I am very pleased with this clinic. I have had a few treatments from Dr. Eirini Mela. She comes across very prefessional and friendly, and while my last treatment was possibly the most complex dental procedure and definitely the longest one I have ever had (and I have had quite a few!) this was certainly the most comfortable: no pain whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I do not like trying new dentist and since my dentist was not available I went to Dr Nasser Fouda on a friends recommendation for my wisdom tooth extraction which is crocked. Dr Nasser is very gentle and kind and has done it so well I will definately go back to him for my dental requirements. The dental assistant Kristen is very sweet and very caring. The staff is so kind and polite. The reception staff is very polite and proactive. I am really impressed with the clinic and the decision I made by going to Dr Nasser.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nancy was amazing with my three year old today. A very god first experience for him seeing a dentist. I was so pleased.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever at Snö clinic ; bad customer service and poor communication. Also, after 2 months waiting for my appointment, I didn’t get any treatment because of their insurance system and the only solution i got is to rebook another appointment. I don’t recommend Snö clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berger and Dr Matias are both so kind. I have been coming here for two years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The nurses and front desk staff are helpful and kind. Dr Berger removed a large mole on my 12 year old daughter and he was so sweet with her. He did an excellent job stitching her up and she has no scarring.

Fantastic experience: Im a patient at bodyworx under Dr. Matias since 2015. I have tried a lot of things, but only bodyworx helped me fix my problem. Im really satisfied with everything I've tried in this clinic, from my acne medication, chemical peel, and facial treatment. I personally love my facial treatment which is hydra facial with Nurse Vicky ♥️, shes very warm and i feel comfortable with her. I have tried a lot of other clinic here in Abu dhabi but i only got good result in this clinic . I would like to also acknowledge the reception desk!!! They're really are the best .

Fantastic experience: I regularly get my teeth checked and cleaned at Snö. I trust the team to do only what is required and not more. I bring my 2yr old here as well because they are so gentle and pain free. He loves getting his sword shaped balloon after seeing his dentist.

Negative experience: I was impressed the minute I walked in the clinic, I did the initial checkup on my teeth and I needed to get my daughter’s braces done as well. It took awhile to meet Dr Roelin but the day we met her we were so keen to begin however the staff or the personnel in charge of the insurance didn’t call us even after me following up. It’s been close to four weeks and we haven’t heard back. It’s unfortunate since I won’t be treating my daughter here though they have up to date facilities only because I know they will delay the process.

Negative experience: My first experience at Sno was 5*. Slick professional and an enjoyable experience. Today i wish to give 2 stars for Dr Torunn since i had to leave to go back to work without getting to see the dentist. I waited 45mins (after my appointment time) before I had to go. I was told the Dr was running 5mins late which was fine, but then every 10mins i was told another 5. I told reception i had to leave at a certain time and if they had told me initially that the Dr was 30mins late i would have rebooked for another time. To continually be told 5 mins, 5 mins etc for 45mins is extremeley unprofessional and wasted my time. Do not recommend for time management purposes.
