Negative experience: I had a session using the Candela laser machine and saw zero results—not a single hair fell out. Usually, even after one session, you’ll notice some shedding, but nothing happened. It makes me question whether the machine was even working or just a way to push people into buying more sessions. Really disappointed—felt like a total waste of time and money.

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular client of this clinic, and I recently purchased a package for three sessions of injections. Unfortunately, after the first session, I experienced strong pain and had to take painkillers, which didn’t help much. Because of that, I decided not to continue with the rest of the package and requested a refund for the unused sessions. To my surprise, the clinic refused. This was very disappointing, especially since I’ve visited many clinics in Dubai before and have never had issues like this. Usually, there is more flexibility and understanding when a treatment doesn’t go well — especially for returning clients. Instead of a refund, they offered to use the remaining amount toward other treatments, even though I clearly mentioned I’m not planning to do anything else and my cosmetologist is traveling. It feels like I’m being pushed to keep coming back to this clinic, even when I no longer want to. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. I don’t recommend buying any packages here, as you risk being stuck with unused credit. There are many other clinics in Dubai with more flexible and respectful policies — even for new clients, not to mention regulars.

Fantastic experience: I got laser done for the first time at this clinic, and here are some things I liked: - the receptionist was super nice and accommodating - they were quick to respond on whatsapp and gave me the exact slot I wanted - clinic has free valet - clinic was super clean and spotless - usually staff would do your laser in 2mins, but the lady doing mine was super precise and took her time with it - as I was leaving they brought my car back within 1 min and the receptionist offered me a free service for my upcoming appt since this was my first visit Highly, highly recommend!

Month ago I visited this clinic and the procedure that she made for my acne was ineffective, after procedure my acne has gotten worse. I even developed acne in places where I usually don’t get it.
