Fantastic experience: This clinic was recommended by a good friend to us, just when we moved to Dubai. I can't say how happy we are for immediately finding such a good dentist. Dr. Yildiz is not just very professional and top dentist, but as well very warm, kind and helpful during the appointments. Our whole family is visiting this clinic since the day one! Kids just love her, Dr Yildiz, and she does such a good job with them. She speaks German, Turkish and English which is super helpful for us since we came from Germany. We have never had such a treatment when going to the dentist. I am currently on a treatment with aligners and it's going better than i could expect! The whole team, stuff is very pleasant and they really look to accommodate you regarding the appointments and possible cancelations. Very professional clinic, which we can just warmly recommend to everyone who needs one.

Fantastic experience: Plaza clinics is something that I had found online and booked for a lip lightening treatment, I did three sessions and results were amazing doctors are great here, the staffs are lovely and friendly, they do not use harmful products and I have never gone through any discomforts, today I came for teeth witening, everything went very well and I am super happy with the results, I will be back and highly recommend for any type of treatments as they explain everything accordingly...;)

Negative experience: I was suggested a microneedling treatment at this clinic, promised that it will improve my pores and skin. Instead, it made my skin sensitive and caused breakouts, worsening my pores. Despite requesting a corrective treatment, they suggested I try Dermapen and offered additional sessions, including laser hair removal, as compensation. After initially accommodating me, the clinic has now ignored my calls and messages for a month, refusing to schedule the remaining sessions. Their goal was to sell me an expensive treatment, even though it wasn't suitable for my needs and ended up damaging my skin. They compensated me with the cheapest treatment available. Money isn’t the issue here; it's about protecting your skin. The worst clinic in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yildiz is the most patient and caring dentist for children and also for adults. She is truly amazing. We have been seeing her for over 9 years and now we go back to Dubai (from Abu Dhabi) only to visit her for our dental checkups. I appreciate her work especially for people like me who have sensitive teeth and have fear of dentists in general. My daughter (6), thanks to Dr Yildiz, does not have any fear and loves seeing her. Overall, a lovely human and a caring professional.

Negative experience: Not professional with the clients and they give price and after that they tell other price.

Negative experience: A SCAM & Zero Customer Service. I rarely take the time to write negative or bad reviews unless it’s something quite bad. This is definitely a situation where I felt compelled to write. I started coming to this clinic at the end of 2020. So I’m a returning customer up until today 15 May 2023. They have consistently raised the prices for the treatment 4 TIMES in these two and half years that I’ve been coming here. The first two times I didn’t even discuss it because I know that because of inflation everything was getting pricer and so it seemed reasonable for them to also raise their prices. When they tried raising the prices again a third time I did address it and they proceeded to explain that again everything is getting pricer and hence they also need to raise their prices. I tried to naturally bargain and mentioned that they already raised them twice before and that I’m a loyal returning customer to the clinic and actually got them a lot of business from recommending them to others as well but they insisted on the raise and I agreed. It was to my surprise that AGAIN only 3 months later and after I had already gotten the treatment, I went to pay and they had increased it yet again for the 4th time and asking me to pay. I obviously was shocked, especially since this was not discussed before hand. I explained how this is unacceptable and that all businesses are facing the same inflation but no one increases their prices 4 times in 2 years and that this wasn’t even discussed before the treatment. The reception staff asked another lady to come talk to me and she simply kept insisting that this is what I need to pay. I had a follow up treatment 2 weeks later and hence I also couldn’t really be so assertive and for example say that I will not pay this price since it was not discussed before hand because at the end of the day I’m returning 2 weeks later for treatment so it felt like I had no choice. I explained to her how unprofessional and disheartening it is especially for a loyal returning customer. I told her to check my file and see since when I’ve been coming and how many times they increased the prices for me, but she simply didn’t care to entertain that. After which I explained that if they charge me this increased price I will not return ever again to the clinic. She said it’s okay pay and we will send you soon some summer offers to your registered number and I explained and repeated that if I pay this new price I will not be returning and do not want to receive any messages from the clinic as I will never return again. She simply smiled and handed me the machine to scan my card with the new price. It just felt like an absolute scam increasing prices multiple times in such a short time period and even increases prices without informing you before hand and before getting the treatment and then just surprising you with the new price after and insisting you pay. And like I mentioned before it was reasonable to increase prices and I didn’t even discuss it the first two times it happened and even agreed to the third time it happened but this definitely seems excessive, unjustified and unfair. They have no regard to customers or customer service or the loyalty of their existing returning customers. Needless to say I will never step foot in there again and just like I sent over 20 customers their way by recommendation I will be telling everyone of how horrible a place this is. A complete disappointment. The clinic is clean and the doctor working there is professional but what a disappointment.
