Fantastic experience: You can extract your tooth and put implant same day! very good clinic, professional I visit Araks Dental Clinic DMCC , and I like everything in this clinic

Negative experience: STAY AWAY! I initially went there for tooth cleaning 2-3 weeks ago (which was more or less fine). During my tooth cleaning, my dentist told me that one of my older cavities has a leak (which may be true; however it was completely pain free at the time) and I should better get it re-done now so that it doesn't lead into a root canal & crown procedure. I agreed and went for the procedure. During the procedure, not only the doctor was pretty bad at waiting for anesthesia to take effect (I was last appointment probably that's why) she managed to break my tooth and went really deep - she said this is still better and I might have 6-12 months before I need to go for root canal. Now, it's been hurting for 3 weeks and I most likely will have to do root canal immediately for a tooth that was completely pain free. I would advise everyone to not trust their assessments EDIT post 2nd visit and their comment below: They were kind enough to ask me to visit again (which confirmed that I need to do root canal, however, the information that I might have to do root canal and it's really deep was only given to me by my original doctor AFTER the cavity is Re-done, not before. I WAS NOT PROPERLY informed before the original treatment.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here and also had a mistake by another dentist corrected. It was painless, quick, and high-quality — 100 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I just had my impacted wisdom tooth (lower right jaw) removed today. I have never felt more relaxed during my surgery. And the cool thing is, Dr. Homam was able to get the job done in just 7 mins! Truly unbelievable! All the clinic staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr. Tatjana enough for her professionalism and hospitality. A wisdom tooth has been giving me pains and I was very reluctant to deal with it because of my gag reflex, but the doctor made sure to not even trigger it once during the removal, I was (and still am) in awe how easy the whole thing was for me. Everyone on the staff has been very professional and helpful, walked me through the steps with my insurance as it was the first for me. Overall the best experience with a dental clinic that I had, and I know I'll go there again should any issues with my teeth arise.

My wife's front tooth chipped off - Dr. Araksiya helped very quickly and efficiently. The filling on my front tooth was displaced and Dr. Araksiya helped me promptly and solved the problem very skillfully! Counseled me and gave helpful advice for the future. Quickly find a window for you within the next few days so you don't have to wait long. Coordinated with insurance fairly promptly and helped with the process. We will definitely go to this clinic if we have any problems as we trust them! I can say from experience that finding a good doctor in Dubai can be very problematic. Доверили установку брекетной системы ребенку и не прогадали. Всё объяснили, плюсы/минусы/сложности/этапы установки и подготовки. Сложность работ, которую делают врачи — впечатляет. Берутся за самые сложные случаи. И ещё немаловажно— есть русскоговорящие врачи и администраторы. Good day! We found the dentistry on recommendation. And we have never regretted our choice. Despite the fact that we travel to the other end of the city, we are not going to change. We trusted the installation of the braces system for our child and we did not go wrong. They explained everything, pros/cons/difficulties/stages of installation and preparation. The complexity of the work that the doctors do is impressive. They take on the most difficult cases. And it is also important - there are Russian-speaking doctors and administrators.

Fantastic experience: I am currently receiving monthly treatment for my braces with Dr. Hamidreza. He is a very attentive doctor, and my teeth are improving day by day. I still have about half a year to go, and I am satisfied with the results so far! Additionally, the staff is nice and always reminds patients of the upcoming appointments in advance.

Я нашла эту стоматологию для своей дочери, обязательно нужен был русскоговорящий врач с бережным подходом к детям, дочь не понимала английского и очень боялась врачей. Доктор Араксия оказалась очень нежной и внимательной, располагает детей к себе, голос мягкий убаюкивающий) Есть всё для деток. Клиника чистая, ухоженная, лишних процедур не навязывают. Ходим теперь 2-3 раза в год на проверку и чистку. Большим плюсом является то, что они сотрудничают со страховыми компаниями. Доктор Араксия также и семейный стоматолог, можно ходить всем вместе.

Несмотря на то, что вызван наш визит был внезапным воспалением десны, который создал невероятный дискомфорт ребёнку (9лет). Дети в восторге!. Младшая пока ждала старшую сестру, получила полный спектр детских радостей: и мультик который хотела, включили и шоколадом горячим угостили и книжку почитать и поиграть довелось. Старшая очень довольна своей обновлённой улыбкой. Вырвали зуб, через неделю гигиеническая чистка зубов и три пломбы, ещё через неделю три пломбы по итогам выявившихся после чистки моментов. Горячо рекомендую! Отдельная благодарность администратору, вселенская любовь к деткам и забота о комфорте клиентов!!!

Negative experience: I had very disappointing experience! It used to be good clinic tell it earned the name and became over booked... It is sad how business owner forget that client experience is the most important asset and without clients positive feed backs no business can success.. The receptionist was rude and not supportive for second time in row, the Dr handled cleaning caused pain which I never experienced in my life and finally owner didn't accept even to hear the complain or even to take it seriously.. What a sad end for such good place.. Hope this will be taken seriously and dramatic changes will be implemented otherwise this place is not recommended any more!
