Fantastic experience: I recently visited Infinity Dental Clinic for a teeth cleaning and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish — no pain, no sensitivity, just smooth and thorough care. Dr. Fadi was absolutely fantastic — professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. It’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling this satisfied, but that’s exactly what happened. He explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: Dr. Fadi is a brilliant dentist! And the patient experience is something that is astounding in this clinic. After my dental check up, he started by explaining the condition of my gums and teeth and took me through the treatment plan. He also asked my opinion on the treatment plan he presented which gave me a sense of trust in the doctor. I had my root canal treatments done together with the crowns and I couldn’t be more pleased with the doctor’s patience, dedication and most importantly, the aesthetic results. He is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: While on holiday I snapped a front tooth (Eating a club sandwich) I had no pain. And I guessed I could wait until I traveled home to have it fixed. Earliest appointment back home was mid to late October … and the est. cost would be from c. £2800. (NHS) The combination of wait-time and cost made me think - can I get this fixed here in Dubai? After a quick check Infinity Dental Center was close to where I was staying and their on-line testimonies seemed good. I sent a WhatsApp message … within a day I was in the chair, fully evaluated and a plan in place to fix the problem. And within 2 hours I was prep’d and ready for my replacement tooth. Which is now in place 2 days later. Exemplary service Wonderful customer experience All done in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Went for wisdom tooth removal recommended by colleague, efficient and painless. The anesthesia was spot on and whole process was done in 10 minutes. No swelling at all afterwards with the care advice given by Dr. Niyad. Welcoming staff at the clinic as well :)

Positive experience: Infinity Dental Centre is conveniently close to DMCC metro. The dentist was good at explaining each stage of the procedure and made me feel comfortable throughout. His assistant Malva also made the entire dental procedure manageable. They are very accessible and professional.

Negative experience: Administration staff here are shockingly bad. Rude and completely clueless to what customer service means. They are threatening and intimating as well it would seem. What is meant to be a simple appointment request, and they are unable to master the task. Unprofessional much???

Salva was super efficient in all the initial information exchange and setting up appointments and Dr. Fadi Hababat attended to us. He was extremely professional, very skilled and for the first time a dentist said "You dont need an Xray unless I feel there is a need". He has been really conscientious, making sure everything was well done and using good materials. Nice explanations. He made sure I understood what was being done and how he were doing it. Fantastic experience: Dr Nihad treated my sister when she was visiting from UK and got terrible toothache. He is clearly very experienced with deep expertise in complex root canal work. He was extremely diligent and precise. Unfortunately the infection had spread so we had to go back and Dr Nihad then treated the other tooth that it had spread to, even coming in on the weekend when the clinic was closed. He followed up daily to check all was OK and sent a detailed report for her own dentist to use later. Price was very good considering all the work and time he spent. I would strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was in Dubai on holiday and got severe tooth pain. I went to Dr Nihad after searching on Google. He fitted me in straight away and was meticulous in his diagnosis and treatment. He has the highest quality equipment to aid his treatments and was intent on helping alleviate my pain, even seeing me for a third appointment on his day off. I had a root canal treatment at a different dentist before but it was not successful and made it complicated. However, after an X-ray and the expertise of Dr. Nehad, he found out the issue, started and finished the treatment. Highly recommended.

She was able to go straight into cleaning which was very thorough. Afterwards, the doctor prescribed a mouthwash and very patiently answered all of our questions regarding her dental condition and other general questions. Great service and attitude from everyone.

Fantastic experience: This Dental clinic is very accessible located in JLT at Almas Tower. This is a great place to go for all sorts of dental care. The team are professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. They had to do the extraction on my first visit and then they recommended a root canal to save my tooth instead . It was so painful that I wouldn’t want to have it done again my entire life but found myself again for my 2nd tooth for root canal, I wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t for the great job rendered to me on my first session. I felt that I was in good hands with Dr. Nihad and Dr. Fadi. It’s our family Dental Care. Most dental service if not all are offered here.
