Negative experience: Terrible Administrative Service – Huge Disappointment I have spent a considerable amount of money in this clinic, and one of the key reasons I chose it was because I was assured that I could work with my insurance. However, the administrative staff – who are responsible for providing all necessary documents – simply do not do their job. Every time I spoke with the administrators before leaving the clinic, I clearly explained which documents I needed, and they confirmed that these documents would be prepared. My last visit to the clinic was on 19.06, and today is 26.07 – yet the documents for my insurance are still not ready. I requested the insurance documents on June 19th, the very day I left the clinic. Yet in their response, the clinic blatantly lies, claiming I only requested the documents on July 19th. After every visit, I asked the administrative staff to send me the detailed documents required for my insurance claim. Since they had provided such documents before, I assumed – quite reasonably – that they would continue doing so without issue. When I called today, the administrator Sara acted surprised that I needed a clinical report, even though I have been asking for it every single time after each visit. In fact, the administrator has done nothing for more than a month, did not request the necessary documents from the doctors, and simply ignored my repeated requests. To make things worse, I was told that they cannot prepare the documents now because the doctor is on vacation. My question is simple: why didn’t anyone prepare these documents BEFORE the doctor went on vacation, knowing I was waiting for them for my insurance claim? This is not the first time I’ve had problems with the administrative staff. Previously, I needed to urgently treat my teeth and specifically asked to be informed every time Dr. Julia had a free slot. The administrators completely ignored this request – as a result, the doctor was sometimes sitting without patients while I was not informed that I could come in for treatment. The doctors themselves are great, but the attitude of the receptionists and administrative staff is simply unacceptable. They are polite but essentially do nothing, giving you endless excuses and wasting your time. Hundreds of lines of polite but useless chat messages later, I still have no documents. I truly hope the clinic’s owners will read this review and take action, because the service at the reception completely ruins the impression of the clinic. Ps: The day I finally called – after weeks of being ignored, misled, or flat-out lied to – I was already at my limit. Instead of simply apologizing and helping, the administrator spent 15 minutes explaining why everything was supposedly my fault before finally saying, “Okay, we apologize.” Honestly, I’m shocked by the way the administrative staff communicates with clients.

Negative experience: i had the worst experience imaginable. the dentist seemed completely uncaring and the treatment was botched. i suffered cuts on my tongue and gums ,witch left me excruciating pain. Even basic activities like eating and drinking became a Challenge due to extreme sensitivity. when i reported my issues the clinics respons was dismissive, claiming it was normal. Unbelievable, the lack of care and professionalism is appalling. Do not i Repeat do not recommend dental date to anyone.

Positive experience: Came to do a CT scan of teeth. Signed up via WhatsApp, they said the price was 450 dirhams. Then at the reception they said the price was 950 when everything was already done. They said that CT of one jaw costs 450 dirhams, but then where did the other 50 dirhams come from on top of 900? UPDATE: The clinic reached out to me and apologized for the misunderstanding regarding the pricing. They offered to refund the difference to my card to resolve the issue. I appreciate them taking the initiative to address the problem.

Fantastic experience: I started my orthodontic treatment for TMJ disorder and bite correction with Doctor Liliya almost 6 month ago and could not be happier. I already got positive results, my mouth opens much wider, migraines are gone, jaw muscles are relaxed now and my face looks more balanced and esthetically more attractive. Dr.Liliya is very professional and having amazing personality. А гнатолога еще поискать надо, не в каждой клинике есть. Все на высоком уровне. Детей знают как развлечь, отвлечь, мотивировать, наградить! Очень комфортная атмосфера в клинике, дорогое профессиональное оборудование, а еще тут очень красиво! В общем, тот случай, когда все сошлось! Рекомендую!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! My boyfriend had his teeth fixed at a time there: no pain, only gentle treatment. There was also a TV to watch something while getting your teeth treated. I really liked the atmosphere of the clinic as well. Light and cozy place, no “hospital” smell inside. And the service was on top: they offered some drinks, while I was waiting, and even helped me to charge my phone

I was treated by Dr. Liliya and Dr. Oleg, both experienced gnathologists. For my diagnosis, they used a condylograph and bite tests, ensuring a thorough and precise evaluation. Their commitment to learning and staying updated with the latest techniques, including training in Vienna, is truly impressive. For my 2-year-old daughter, we visited Dr. Anastasia, the pediatric dentist. She was extremely gentle and professional, making the treatment process stress-free for my child. Dr. Julia is a true artist when it comes to fillings – she creates the most beautiful and natural-looking restorations. Dr. Valeria, the orthodontist, is outstanding. Her expertise and attention to detail make her one of the best in her field. I highly recommend Dental Date for both adults and children – a top-tier clinic with a fantastic team of specialists!

Negative experience: The worst experience ever they only care about their own interests without considering the patient'pain,time ,or the long distance traveled in hopes of receiving treatment .on top of that they provide illogical excuses that insult the patient'intelligence.they appear perfect on social media but the reality is entirely different lack of care and disrespect for patient time and suffering. I do not recommend them at all

Negative experience: Doctors are very good (that's why 2 stars) but administrators are horrible! you should chase them for everything, had to wait 2 days for insurance claim report, they sent me wrong treatment prescription after tooth extraction and I wrongly took antibiotics! Have done functional diagnosis and Condylo two weeks ago and still dont have my result!
