Fantastic experience: I'm glad I had my wisdom tooth surgical removal done by Dr. Zyad. I was worried and almost freaking out as I didn't know how painful it would be. Dr. Zyad explained everything, then started the procedure. It was smooth and quick, easier than a root canal, it literally took 7 minutes, and there was no pain at all, just some pressure. After the surgery, the pain was manageable, and I only had a slightly sore throat.

Fantastic experience: My third visit and not the last, Dr Ghaydaa is a fantastic aesthetics doctor, she managed to transform my difficult case thin white lips into my desired look with filler after years of bad procedures from other places in Dubai. Not to mention she is so approachable, friendly and professional. All the other clinic staff are also very welcoming. Very reasonable prices too. Clean clinic. A hidden gem.

I think she is both a great person and a great dentist. She is very professional and skilled. I love her energy, detailed explanations and conservative treatment approach. I felt very comfortable every time I went for a treatment. I also have an ongoing implant treatment with Dr. Maher. He is very nice and professional too. I think he is very swift and precise with what he does.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMEND SO FAR. Had the laser and Derma pen session, here are my honest reviews - 1. Their Wednesday discount is a scam ! They reduce the price and provide the service for like 20 mins (referring to the Derma pen session) !!!! Not acceptable. 2. I had a full body laser session , apparently they don’t include face and trunk in full body !! I have never been to a clinic that excludes trunk and face from full body. 3. Derma pen - I own a Derma pen and I know how it works, the nurse was running it all over my face with same depth , though ideally depth varies with area of the face. I had to ask her multiple times to change the depth. So far I would rate the experience as 2/10 only. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. A better option is NEW LOOK For amazing similar price services but no compromise on quality. Let’s see how the results of Derma pen turn out to be.

But Dr Ziad has proved me wrong. ☺️ He has a very light approach with needles and it took him a total of about 3 minutes to get the tooth out. Very nice staff at the clinic and very clean as well!

Negative experience: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR I HAVE TO GIVE! I visited Bissan, as I had a cracked tooth and was told straight away, that the only procedure moving forward was to have root canal treatment and a crown (by Dr. Ayaz Malik). The root canal treatment was performed by Dr. Ayaz Malik and was extremely unpleasant. It was carried out unprofessionally, with the dental assistant faffing and finding the instruments during the procedure and the lack of communication from Dr. Ayaz himself was shocking. For someone who is petrified of the dentist, I was left mortified. I came back 2 days later and saw Dr. Zyad for my crown impression, to then be told, as soon as I sat in the chair that he needs to remove the tooth! He explained that I should HAVE NEVER received root canal treatment and certainly not a crown! The only way forward was to have the tooth removed and an implant placed, which NEVER ONCE was expressed by any of the other so called dentists. I refused any further treatment by Dr. Zyad, as he spent the whole time smiling and laughing at me, which is beyond unprofessional. The whole staff then proceeded to gossip at the reception desk in front of me and a receptionist called to apologize once I had left the building upset and traumatized.

She understood all my concerns and addressed it one by one. Her dedication towards her work is quite visible. It’s took almost a month to fixed my damaged teeth but must say that she did it with all Patience and the result is outstanding. Also the staffs r wonderful and very helpful. Negative experience: We were looking for a Dental Clinic that can cater pedia, since our baby is supposed to have his first dental visit, to introduce him to a dentist and hopefully for flouride application, that way he won't have any problems with dental appointments in the future. We called this clinic and asked if they have pedia dentists and they said their dentists are capable of seeing children, they asked how old he is, and we specified he just turned 1. We booked 5pm and came on time. The clinic was clean and staff were polite and nice and accommodating. But upon meeting the dentist himself Dr Makki, he didn't hide his surprise to knowing his patient was a baby. Obviously, he's not willing to have a pedia patient. He left the treatment room to go somewhere. I then asked the assistant, if he specializes in pedia, since he doesn't really hide his dislike to have a pedia patient. Apparently he's supposed to replace their pedia dentist according to the assistant, and when he came back he just said he can't do anything because the baby should have teeth, and I said he does have teeth, and he continued by saying he needs to be atleast 3years old to do that. He didn't see our baby, he never got to sit on the chair, not properly introduced to the dentist to any instrument, or to any procedure, his mouth was not opened and his teeth not even checked by this doctor. Then we were sent out with that explanation. Oh yeah by the way, we were still charged for that less than 5 minutes conversation with him not even getting any proper advice on proper dental hygiene for babies. The reception was the one who gave us the advice about applying flouride toothpaste, the reception, not the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Bissan dental center for years now and I trust it completely. Mainly Dr Raneen for dental issues, Dr Nael and Dr Singh for orthodontics. The place and staff are great and welcoming and their prices are very convenient for the services they offer. I started visiting their Aesthetic center lately. Dr Kamal is an excellent aesthetic doctor honestly. Tried doing fillers, Botox, PRP, and chemical peel, and the results were amazing with an incredible natural touch to it. He runs the procedure in a very smooth and fast way. No bruising or irritation at all. Their prices are very competitive for the products they use. Again their Aesthetic center gained my trust that I became a regular customer!
