Fantastic experience: Brilliant, honest advice for my 6 year old. Another well known dental practice said she needed immediate orthodontic treatment but Dr Sameer and the paediatric dentist said that it is not necessary to intervene yet.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at the Tecom clinic, where I felt that the focus was more on upselling treatments than providing genuine medical care. I visited the clinic twice and was seen by a different doctor each time. During my first visit, the doctor recommended applying an SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride) solution to address cavities. However, in the second visit, a different doctor was surprised by that recommendation and insisted that I required a root canal (RCT), pointing to deep cavities visible in the X-ray. The contrast between the two diagnoses from the same clinic raised serious concerns for me. To clarify the situation, I sought opinions from two other clinics - Medcare and Prime. Both independently confirmed that there were no cavities and that neither SDF nor RCT was necessary. This inconsistency made me question the credibility and intentions of the clinic, as it felt more like a sales-driven environment than a healthcare facility.

Negative experience: If I could give Dr Arjuman a zero star, I would. I went in for a simple tooth extraction, ended up with a very painful dry socket. She didn’t ask to schedule a follow up despite the extraction being difficult and did not practice due care to a patient. I had to raise a complaint to the management and being treated by Dr Dorcus which has delayed my healing. Never would I wish the treatment upon anyone

Positive experience: Treatment : TMJ disorder. White the doctors I've seen are kind and patient (Dr. Prudhviraj, Dr. Priya), the clinic is managed a bit poorly. No one answers the phone and when they finally call back it's too late, i.e IF they actually call back. Follow up appointments or feedback from clinic sides takes days of chasing for them to get back to you. There also seems to be some weird monopoly over orthodontists? I wanted to visit an orthodontist for a minor issue but I was told I cannot book in with anyone as long as a certain doctor was in clinic and that I absolutely had to book in with him? He might be the senior most but it seems like a silly rule without any explanation. I am yet to book this appointment. I will update this review once my treatments are completed.

Fantastic experience: We visited the homeopathy doctor at Clover's,Dr Firdaus for my 2 yr old sons skin allergy after trying multiple doctors.Finally we found some respite after taking medications and consultation from Dr.Firdaus,who listens to everything patiently,and always available whenever we have any queries.

Negative experience: Very poor experience, found the clinic very dirty when I arrived. I was told at the time I would get a 1 year warranty for the fixed retainer should it break, after 8 months it has snapped and was told there is no warranty anymore and I will have to pay again. Would not recommend at all as you will end up paying twice to get everything fixed due to the poor quality work.

Fantastic experience: Treatment - Dental Implant Dr Arjumand is quite simply the most brilliant dentist I have ever come across, and it was my good luck to have found her. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I went in for a dental implant and I was nervous about it because I had a failed implant for the same site some years back and I wasn’t very happy about going back for round two (I waited 5 years before trying again !) but I can happily say that she has done a great job and everything is working fine (6 months later) with no pain or discomfort. Apart from being an excellent dentist, she is also just an extremely nice person and takes an active interest in her patients. I highly recommend her if you need a dental implant. I will be going back to her for a second implant (different tooth) without hesitation.

Negative experience: I went there for gum infection. The periodontist refused treatment and asked me to extract four tooth without any explanation. She just issued subscriptions for antibiotics and painkillers. Her attitude was rude and definitely not patient oriented. I didn’t get any consultation for my current dental conditions and treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I visited Clover Dental for dental implants. Dr. Arjumand Akhter was my doctor. Professional and detailed with an absolutely positive attitude. She gave me a plan which spanned about 3 months for the whole procedure, right from tooth extraction to fitting the crowns. Not a single appointment through this period was missed or delayed. It has been about 3 weeks now since the completion of the whole process and I am feeling absolutely fine and comfortable with the treatment I underwent. And equally important, the treatment that was offered was economical as well. I tell this because the cost for dental procedures can be prohibitively expensive and most insurance policies would not cover the costs associated with the complete procedure. With Clover, my thoughts of getting it done anywhere else (including at my home country) did not arise. 5 out of 5 stars for the overall experience. And I strongly recommend Clover Dental, Dr. Arjumand Akhter. Clover Dental is the go-to place for our entire family.

Fantastic experience: I had done an Oral Surgery (impacted wisdom tooth) today. I highly recommend Dr. Dorcus for your Oral Surgery. She will explain to you the process and you will feel comfortable (really less pain) from start to end of the Operation. For Clover Medical Centre (tecom) clinic and staffs, they are also welcoming and really implementing the protocols of COVID-19. Overall, i’m satisfied and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Dorcus and Clover Clinic.

Fantastic experience: We see Dr. Sameer for orthodontic treatment. He is very good at his craft, honest and efficient. We took 3 opinions for treatment and he agreed that all 3 would end up with the same results but maybe the others were a bit more aggressive. We took his advice and let nature do a little bit more work and thankful she needed less time with braces. We are coming to the end of our 18 month journey but will be beginning with child #2 soon. Positive experience: Dr. Sharon, who specializes in endodontics, is AMAZING and worth more than 5 stars. The only reason this is a 4 star review is due to a botched root canal at the Mirdif location. I had a terrible experience at that location with a dentist who is no longer there. She didn’t numb me properly, my after-care was terrible and she did a subpar job. The only reason I stayed with Clover Medical Centre is because I refused to pay another dentist office for the mistakes made at Clover. I was matched with Dr. Sharon when I said I wanted another dentist to look at the work done. She is amazing! It has taken 11 months but Dr. Sharon has worked tirelessly to restore the tooth and has never spoken ill of the other dentist. She is professional, kind, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have only worked with these two dentists but I hope the majority of the staff at all of the locations is more like Dr. Sharon and not the original dentist I worked with.

I have major anxiety and having to do it under conscious sedation was the only way possible, which was administered by Dr. Safeena. Fantastic experience: Had been to Clover for a root canal. Dr Sushant attended to me and I'm glad for that. Prior to the appointment I was very anxious and nervous given my past root canal experiences but this time it was a very smooth process. Dr Sushant was very gentle while treating and very polite and encouraging, which in turn comforted me further. He kept briefing me each time on the next step and that prepared me for what's coming. Even the support staff at Clover were extremely forthcoming.
