I came to Dr. Stanislav after a terrible experience with another dentist, who removed my original front teeth composites and replaced them with crowns for purely cosmetic reasons. As a result, I completely lost my bite and had serious issues with speech I couldn’t talk properly, and it deeply affected my daily life. From the very beginning, Dr. Stanislav took his time to listen and explain everything clearly. Over a few visits, he carefully removed the poorly done crowns and veneers and replaced them with new ones that were not only more natural and beautiful but also restored my bite. Now, I can speak comfortably and clearly and I have a beautiful, confident smile. Dr. Stanislav is incredibly gentle, thorough, and reassuring during procedures. You always feel at ease in his care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to ConfiDent Palm Dentist for about five years for routine cleanings and check-ups, and the team has always been reliable and friendly. Earlier this year I decided to upgrade my smile with a set of E-max veneers, and Dr Dalia handled the entire process. The consultation was thorough, the mock-up matched what we discussed, and the final shade looks bright but still natural in everyday light. Dr Dalia took time to adjust the bite and made sure each veneer sat comfortably before finishing. A small issue with one canine was flagged and fixed on the spot, which I appreciated. Overall, the veneers turned out much better than I could have hoped for, and I’m still using the clinic for my regular care. If you’re considering cosmetic clinic, especially veneers, while using a practice you can stick with for routine dentistry, ConfiDent and Dr Dalia would always be my top recommendation.

Positive experience: Previous experience quite good followed by an experience with a minor accident. The clinic did take some steps to try and fix the damage but it seems it will be permanent and the fault wasn’t acknowledged appropriately by the clinic I felt.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at the reception of ConfiDent Clinic in Palm Jumeirah. The receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to leave the clinic without proceeding further. I later booked an appointment with the same doctor, Dr. Olivier Carcuac, but at a different clinic (My Dental Clinic). Shockingly, instead of reaching out to understand why I left or addressing the issue, the doctor simply canceled my appointment. This reflects very poor customer care and an utter lack of professionalism. In hindsight, I’m actually relieved that the appointment was canceled. Later A friend of mine shared their unfortunate experience with the same clinic. This experience speaks volumes about both the clinic’s poor customer service and the doctor’s questionable expertise. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional, respectful, and reliable dental care.

The receptionist always greets me with a nice smile and makes me feel welcome the moment I enter. The clinic has been tastefully equipped with cutting-edge facilities and a relaxing lobby for patients to wait in. It's also worth noting how spotless the whole place is kept at all times. The dentists, hygienists, and staff at Confident Dentists stand out to me because of the exceptional care and professionalism they show their patients. They care about your comfort and satisfaction, therefore they take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain the procedure. I was recently introduced to a new toothpaste at the dentist's office called Flash Whitening Toothpaste. I am very happy with this toothpaste. I'm always looking for ways to improve the appearance of my smile, and Flash Whitening Toothpaste has well surpassed my highest hopes. After using it regularly for a week, I saw a dramatic improvement in my teeth's brightness. I was quite pleased with how well it worked to eliminate superficial discolouration without irritating my teeth or gums.
