Negative experience: Very unprofessional….. They mishandled their records but kept insisting it was my husband’s fault, instead of simply apologizing. The service was not worth the price. Due to their unprofessional attitude, we decided to cancel my husband’s second cleaning session—especially since the first one was not even completed properly. Aside from the poor service, we were also disappointed with the overall results. Not recommended…..
Fantastic experience: I did an Implant with Dr. Rashmi, I was afraid of implants but she made sure that the whole experience was pain and stress free, I didn’t feel a thing and she was always very kind and they always checked up on me afterwards to make sure I was okay. I also did a crown with Dr.Shweta! She’s amazing, she listens and makes sure you are always satisfied, and finally, I just came out from the clinic after undergoing a root canal with Dr. Aakriti! She is very calm and comforting, she put me at ease and always made sure that I was okay and if I was feeling any pain, her hands are magical cause I didn’t feel a thing :) and finally, I want to thank the sweet receptionist Ruhi for being so sweet and always welcoming us with a smile, an amazing overall experience ☺️

Negative experience: i have a very bad experience with a surgeon there , i went to extract my wisdom tooth , they left a remaining root , they didn’t informed me about it , when i asked for my dental x rays , it took more than 24hrs to be sent , finally , i asked why i still have , they simply reply , it was difficult to extract , i think if im not wrong , i m a patient , i have entire right to be informed after the surgery that i stil have remaining root , than they said , if its hearting u , we can remove it . so i ll pay again for their fault , not recommended place , they look only for money and they are not professional

Negative experience: I have contacted them for an inquiry on dental cleaning. I did not want to proceed with them. I got after that in two days over five phone calls Al from different mobiles and non of them respected my wish not to be contacted instead on the last call the lady even shut the phone in my face without saying good bye. I have had to block the mobile numbers on what’s app and call. There should be some protective rules around mistreating customers who do not want your service !.

Negative experience: Came in for a very mild alignment case to get braces, slight adjustment was needed. However almost 8 months in and my teeth are worse than before. I have to point out all that needs correction at my monthly visits. My teeth are now chipped and more misaligned than before, there has been no improvement at all during this entire time. Genuinely unhappy with the condition of my teeth as I just came in for slight alignment now my teeth are ruined for life, massively regret getting braces here as it is now too late.

Negative experience: I went to the clinic last week and had a great consultation. Liked the place and my doctor, shared personal previous experience with her, good scanning and observation. When I was leaving it was promised that the quotation would be sent the same day or next to make the final decision as I was comparing other clinics and wanted to make it fast. I personally sent the reminder about the quatation two days after and it is been 5 days already, another reminder and no info. I find it unprofessional.
Fantastic experience: Dr Shweta helped me with an emergency wisdom tooth removal. Within an hour of arriving for a check up, the surgeon arrived to remove the tooth and stop the pain. The entire team were very helpful following this with routine checkups, and quick responses to questions via WhatsApp. When my insurance provider was making mistakes the team also were very helpful in giving me support with that! I also had a follow up cleaning which was great and really helped with the appearance of my teeth

Fantastic experience: At some point, you may have had a furniture at home that the family has kept for generations. As with anything in life, time takes away the elegance of this heirloom. And one day, you look at it and decide: this needs restoration so it can be passed on to several generations more. Well, that is when you go to Doctor Aditi Soni to restore your teeth to its former glory. I have never had anyone perform dental fillings with such passion, precision and mmmm perfection. She will make it look like nothing has been wrong with your teeth before and she will make it feel incredibly smooth that it opens your mind to things that you never thought was even possible. She’s so good that you might even ask her to restore your furniture too. Update: I had a dental bridge done by Dr. Shweta Bhambhu. She is magnificent. During the procedure, she always checked if I was feeling pain. She made sure I am comfortable. As for the bridge itself, she made sure it was done perfectly. She thoroughly checked it to ensure it will feel natural and in my case, she has managed to accomplish that. For the longest time, I have had trouble eating on one side and because of her, I no longer have to deal with that. If you want to have no worries on your dental needs, I recommend Dr. Shweta.

Fantastic experience: The toothache that started at 3 am on 19th. And never stopped and pain relievers did not help. There are no words to describe the pain I experienced. On Monday 20th evening with the help of google, the dental clinic Sejovi dental & implant center located in JLT. Consulted with Dr. Aditi Soni recommended for root canal treatment then I did it.
