Negative experience: I wouldn't describe my experience with this medical center as entirely negative, but it wasn't a pleasant one either. I visited this clinic to consult an orthodontist for my daughter, who has misaligned teeth. The dentist asked us to get a couple of X-rays done at another facility, which we promptly did. I understand that my daughter’s case is complex, but we expected some feedback from the clinic. However, after not receiving any communication regarding a treatment plan, I decided to call the clinic. Unfortunately, that’s when the negative experience began. The lady who answered the phone, who happened to be of Indian nationality (with no offense intended), was extremely rude. Her response was terrible, and based on that conversation, I immediately decided not to proceed with treatment at this clinic. Instead, I chose Dentifla Clinic, where we were treated with respect and care. I hope this medical center reconsiders how they interact with clients who come to them with high hopes and expectations.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zainul Abideen: A lifesaver for my son's wart! 5 out of 5 stars I can't recommend Dr. Zainul Abideen highly enough! My son had a stubborn wart on his foot that plagued him for months. We even went to a dermatologist who used liquid nitrogen treatment, but unfortunately, it didn't work. Feeling discouraged, we decided to try homeopathy with Dr. Abideen. Within four months, the wart was completely gone! We were amazed at the results and so grateful to Dr. Abideen for his expertise and care. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Abideen was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Lulu Medical Center, located directly opposite Sharjah Cooperative Society, Khalidiya, is a best dental center to get best treatment from experienced doctors. I visited Dr.Zareena, who has been practicing in the UAE for over 25 years. I that I was in good hands. She is professional, courteous. Moreover, she is honest and very straight forward. I would recommend this center to anyone. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I was there with them for a complicated process which was rejected by many other dentists in the city! And Lulu Medical Center team done it without charging much! Only problem that I faced was they did not accept my insurance card ( as they are not associated with the certain insurance firm).

Negative experience: To reply on your comments below: I posted a review not to ruined your reputation or to destroy anyone of you there in Dental Clinic, I wrote so that you will improve your services particularly in Orthodontist or braces. I already paid big amount not only 4k because whenever bracket or permanent retainer was broken of course I need to pay just like when I go there recently I paid AED 175. When I went there Dr. Aisha offered me something promising she even thought me how to clean the brackets and how to use dental floss to prevent cavity, I had twice a year teeth polishing the last time I went was April 2022, the Dentist told me it’s difficult to clean up due to the glue on my permanent retainer, what proper hygiene should I need to learn aside from brushing teeth 2 to 3 times a day, dental flossing, visit Dentist every 6 months for polishing etc. I went there on your clinic thinking that you solve my problem but still here I am complaining. Yes I had a relapsed from the first braces from 2007 to 2018 - the permanent retainer broken after 10 years or so and cause a spacing due to the broken wire pushing the teeth. How about this time ? From year 2018 to 2020 then after 2 years the permanent retainer was broken? It only means that the permanent retainer wasn’t durable and the quality was not good enough as well. Anyway this review is to help you not to destroy you. After Dr. Aisha left there was no permanent Orthodontist for braces anymore. Thus, imagine if lots of hands handling your teeth? the bad thing is I’ve noticed the replacement still needs more studying on the cases…fast forward after the braces removed the upper permanent retainer was broken due to bite (the lower tooth hitting my upper tooth) and due to glue on permanent retainer my front tooth had cavity and needed filling, I feel bad because I had paid 4,500 dirhams plus side hassles almost 2 years my teeth had already relapsed and I paid for Dr. Aisha’s professionalism finished by practitioners. I won’t go back there anymore.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would! I came to Al Lulu Medical Centre for Dr Shehnaz Sarfraz Hussain (following her from Mega Medical Centre, Sharjah). I’ve been seeing Dr. Shehnaz for almost 30 years, since I was a little kid, and now she is not only my GP but my husband’s and children’s as well. She is one of those very rare doctors who put you at ease just by speaking to them. She listens to what you tell her, addresses all your concerns, is very thorough, and takes her time to explain the diagnosis and treatment until you are comfortable. She truly cares for her patients and will go out of her way for you. She always follows up with me, especially if it’s about the kids, to see if they’re doing better. She has seen me through every childhood sickness, cuts and bruises, vaccinations, adolescence, and pregnancies. She’s always kept me right, suggested the best treatment plan, and never prescribed an unnecessary test or drug. You can present to Dr. Shehnaz with any health concern and know that she will address it to the best of her ability or refer you to the right specialist. So if you’re looking for a very experienced and diligent General Practitioner, she’s the one!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good medical center with experienced doctors from India in Sharjah's Al Khan, Al Majaz 3 and Buhaira Corniche area. Since I have been I living in Al Majaz 3 (Al Khan area near Safia Park), it was very difficult for me to find a medical center with Indian doctors. At last, I found this medical center, which has dentists and GP doctors with over 25 years' Experience. Last week, I met Dr. Shahnaz Hussain, who has over 25 Years' UAE Experience and well-known, she is a good GP. I also have taken an appointment (for my family) with Dr Zareena, GP Dentist, with over 26 years' experience in Sharjah. The medical center has good ambiance and I noticed that the staff are polite. Thank you Lulu Medical Center for making our life easy in this area. I highly recommend this center
