Negative experience: Worst experience Wasted lots of money and time Their focus is catching money from your pocket They applied braces of 14,000 aed which is super expensive and then each time they add on something new charges And even after that They dont keep their commitments They initially told me it will take1.5-2 years And you dont need to extract tooth for straightening the teeth After 2 years of long wait they told me to extract the 4 tooth and they charged 1500 aed more Then i found it the worst doctor And wasted so much amount and around 3 years due to his mistake And consulted to different orthodontist And i have completed my treatment Dont go to this clinic They are expert in marketing and showoff Dont believe them I have faced so much loss Their are way better options in dubai

Negative experience: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE After a full year of treatment, the orthodontist insisted on adding an expensive new appliance, claiming it was necessary to “stimulate” my daughter’s mandibular growth — and proposed extending her treatment by an additional 9–12 months. When we asked for alternatives, none were offered. We consulted four other highly reputable orthodontists in Dubai, all of whom confirmed that the same results could be achieved simply with elastics, without the need for costly appliances or extended treatment. We immediately switched clinics — and just six months later, her treatment was completed successfully: occlusion corrected, teeth perfectly aligned (something this clinic had not achieved after a year). Avoid this clinic. There are far better, more competent orthodontists in Dubai who prioritize patients’ needs over unnecessary, costly treatments.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience with Dr. Krish Nair, when I was his patient couple of years ago. I found him to be rude and dismissive. Instead of answering my basic questions about my dental procedure, he had told me to Google it! I also found him to be unnecessarily harsh and critical. I wish there was a little more care shown at the time, as it would have avoided an uncomfortable experience for me as a teenager.
We would like to inform you that we were not able to identify you as one of our patient. From the investigation, we could find that you are based in Canada and there is no data that you visited us in our clinic. We have a strict protocol regarding the customer care. Dr Krish, other doctors and staffs are highly trained professionals and always consider every patient like a family member. Our dental clinic has very high standards of practice and goes far and beyond to serve its patients.
Defaming some reputed person by false allegations on a public portal is incorrect. Please note that defamation and abusing any entity publicly is a legal offense in UAE and we have reported this false accusation to the concerned authorities. Fantastic experience: I am Korean and came to Dubai for traveling. All of sudden, I felt so much pain in my perio at the very last day of traveling. I had no idea b/c I am a foreigner and no medical insurance here and I've never experienced to get medical services or medical treatments here. Even though there are so many google reviews, I was so skeptical (you can understand what I am talking about). But I checked here, and followed their medical suggestions. The reason why I was in pain was pulpitis, and Dr. Kriya did root canal treatment and Dr. Krish gave me a prescription. It worked so well and I felt so much better. Negative experience: **Misleading** I initially booked an appointment over the phone for a teeth whitening procedure. During the call, the receptionist informed me that this service was not covered by my insurance plan. However, a few minutes later, I received another call from the same number, this time from a different representative, who confirmed that the procedure can be included in my insurance coverage. Based on this information, I proceeded to schedule the appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment, the doctor invited me to sit down and began to explain that the whitening service was not, in fact, covered by my insurance. Feeling misled and upset, I left without proceeding with the treatment asking the doctor to debrief his team about this matter. 10 minutes later the clinic contacted me to apologize for the confusion and offered to provide the service free of charge, citing a misunderstanding. While they characterized it as a misunderstanding, I suspect it may have been a tactic to bring me in under the pretense of coverage, only to inform me otherwise upon arrival, perhaps in the hope that I would decide to pay out of pocket once I was there. Unfortunately this clinic is on my list to avoid it in the future.

Negative experience: I went for cleaning and I payed 2000dhs. I asked for the price and in the beginning they said 200 and when I went to pay I saw 2000. The price is crazy just for cleaning…

Very hardworking and inspirational professional who always made sure of giving his patients 10 out of 10 experience. Positive experience: One of well-operated dental clinic in Dubai. Always being greeted with warm welcome from all the staff for my monthly visit. Everything is clean, looks lavish and I love my ceramic braces result. It was done only within 3 months and Dr. Krish made it happen. The downside is just the price is too pricy compare with another clinics, but I'm quite happy with my result!

Negative experience: Because dental treatment is expensive in Switzerland, we decided to do the treatment somewhere else. We found this dental practice online. My wife had three pin teeth made and my son had braces. The treatment has been good so far. Only the preliminary clarifications and cost overview are mediocre. In addition, the bone broke when the third pin tooth was inserted. My son's braces were made without X-rays and 3D scans. The practice is competent but not at the same level according to Swiss standards. Unfortunately, I only know this practice at the location and cannot say how general the standard is there. We have clearly communicated how long we will be in Dubai. The patient was against the third implant and was persuaded by you to have this implant. The claim that we were instructed to continue treatment with you is not true!

Soon after placement of the implant your wife travelled back and it is unclear what really happened after she reached there. We had given clear instructions about further management of the implant, as it was your decision to continue the further course the treatment there. If you happened to travel to Dubai, we are happy to assist you.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this clinic for over six months for multiple treatments. I am a brace patient of Dr. Krishnan and my son is a patient of Dr. Nillofar. About the facility, the premises are very clean well maintained. I had my braces on in the month of May. Dr Krishnan ensured a great experience and the treatment of progressing as planned. Dr. Nillofar has an amazing sense of patience with kids and she makes sure that the kids are not scared of coming back the next time which is the case with many pediatric trewtements. Fantastic experience: I had a bad tooth pain in the second molar on right side. I went to the clinic and met Dr. Aditi. Even though I could locate the tooth which was paining, she used her professional experience and followed medical procedure by conducting systematic test such as hot and cold test etc and also did an X-ray explaining the reason of the pain and suggested a proper medical treatment. I went under root canal treatment at the same time which she did in one sitting itself. She was very patient to listen to my side of the story and honest as well as humble enough to do the right thing because of which my pain went away in no time. She being a certified root canal specialist I would recommend her for any tooth related treatment. She not only treated my tooth but also educated me about the same and precautions which I should take in future. The staff is also very humble and friendly. I got a follow up call next day from them after the treatment asking about any pain or any other difficulties.

They have a new teeth cleaning service all the way from Switzerland, and honestly it feels amazing. It didn’t only clean my teeth but I felt it whiten as well. He does not take much of your time, he’s very quick and efficient in his job, they are all pretty punctual there as well, and have great respect for their clients.
