Fantastic experience: Truly Exceptional Service!!! We had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Fazeela Yoosuf at Rahif Polyclinic, Qusais. My son recently needed a root canal procedure, and from the very beginning, Dr. Fazeela made him feel completely at ease and reassured every step of the way. We arrived a bit late, after Dr. Fazeela's duty hours, yet she still welcomed us with patience, professionalism, and a warm smile. It meant so much to us that she stayed back to treat my son — a true reflection of her dedication and compassion. Dr. Fazeela was incredibly gentle, patient, and kind. The procedure itself was handled with such care and gentleness. My son didn’t feel any pain and came out of the clinic smiling and relaxed. We’re truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist who truly understands children.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Muhammed Shihab, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The entire procedure was incredibly quick and smooth—I was in and out before I even had time to feel nervous! Best of all, there was no pain during or after the extraction. Negative experience: I had the worst experience here. I went for teeth cleaning and brushing for my veneer, and I regret it. They don't even know how to manage or fix my teeth. They waste my time

Negative experience: I am utterly appalled by the service at this clinic. My three-year-old daughter had a serious injury on her forehead, and despite being right next to our villa, we were met with the worst possible treatment. The doctor treated us with utter disdain, practically forcing us out without even examining her. He barked orders at the nurses not to assist us, showcasing a shocking lack of professionalism and empathy. Instead of providing the first aid we desperately needed, he chose to insult us and made it clear that our presence was unwelcome. We had no choice but to rush to another hospital for care. This experience was infuriating and deeply disappointing. It’s evident that this clinic is only interested in money, as the doctor seemed to assume we wouldn’t be able to pay for services, which is disgraceful. I cannot stress this enough: avoid Rahif Polyclinic at all costs. They will only let you down when you need help the most. Reply to your Comment : NO, It wasn’t happened years ago like you’re claiming—it was only 2-3 months ago. Stop trying to cover up your mistakes with lies..

Positive experience: For someone who has dental anxiety and has changed dentists over the years, Dr. Suresh was recommended to me and it was the most pleasant dental experience ever. He was really one of the best dentists I could recommend and I got a wisdom tooth extraction done which was done in barely a few minutes and I didn’t feel anything! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well versed dental who is gentle as well as best in diagnosing.
