Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional service at the clinic in Damac Hills 2. I had booked an appointment for my 3-year-old child with Dr. Bashar. We arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed, but the front desk staff couldn’t retrieve our insurance details using the Emirates ID. After unnecessary delays and having to provide the physical insurance card, we waited an additional 15 minutes. Once vitals were done, we were told to wait for Dr. Bashar—only for someone else to show up with no clue about how to proceed. When asked where Dr. Bashar was, we were told he was “in the facility.” Later I was informed that he came and left while I was in the washroom for barely 3 minutes—an obvious lie and completely unethical. This kind of careless attitude and poor communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child’s healthcare. Sadly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this clinic, and I doubt it will be the last unless serious changes are made by the management. Patients deserve better.

This is exactly the kind of healthcare service we need everywhere. I remember back in Austria, when you go to a clinic on the weekend, you often end up waiting for hours. Here, there was no waiting at all and the staff was extremely helpful. The pain also went away very quickly thanks to the doctor, Dr. Ramy Amin , who really helped me get rid of it.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Nurse Akram from Saudi German Damac Hills 2 for injections. I have been putting off getting my kids vaccinated coz they are absolutely terrified of needles but after experiencing my blood drawn by Nurse Akram - I told him I have to bring my kids. There was minimum pain and I’ve been pricked a lot so I can benchmark.

Negative experience: I recently visited the Saudi German Clinic in Damac Hills 2 for my baby’s checkup, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. We had an appointment scheduled for 12:20 PM and arrived early by 12:15 PM. Despite this, we were made to wait for nearly an hour, which was frustrating—especially with a baby. The delay appeared to be due to staff shortage, but what made things worse was the unclear and unprofessional system for calling patients. It didn’t seem to follow appointment timings, and certain patients were clearly prioritized, possibly based on familiarity or preference, which is unfair and unacceptable in a medical facility. The nurse responsible for the initial checks (weight, height, temperature, etc.) was quite rude. The weighing and measurement platform was visibly unclean, and when we politely requested it to be cleaned, her response was unprofessional and dismissive. Cleanliness and hygiene should never be compromised in a healthcare setting. After the initial checks, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to meet the doctor, even though we were next. The staff overall appeared disinterested and low in energy, lacking the basic warmth or empathy that one expects in a clinic—especially one catering to children. This was genuinely a very poor experience from start to finish. I hope the clinic management seriously addresses the staffing shortage and ensures better training and accountability when it comes to patient care and professionalism. These issues directly affect patient satisfaction and trust in the facility.

Her bedside manner is exceptional—warm, kind, and always reassuring. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never rushes through appointments. Positive experience: We visited for a consultation for my son with Dr. Bashar. All the nurses and the doctor were excellent, with a very courteous and professional approach. The only area that could use improvement is the reception, where the team did not extend the same level of warmth or greeting. I’m confident this is something that can easily be worked on to ensure a more welcoming experience from start to finish.

Negative experience: Book an appointment with Dr Minoo in advance just to be called less than 15 min before appointment time and informed she is off sick. How irresponsible is this ?

Fantastic experience: Went for the dental cleaning and polishing. Dr Aysana Dallali was genuinely amazing. Took the time to ask questions before beginning the procedure, made me aware of any sensitivity I may feel and clearly communicated with me throughout. Even after, she gave me some great recommendations for maintaining my dental health, as well as recommendations for Doctors for various other treatments. Brilliant value for money too. Will definitely be visiting again, and would most certainly recommend to anyone looking for dentistry services.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend! - I had acne for over a year and struggled with harsh antibiotics from multiple doctors that upset my stomach. Dr. Sindhoo (Dermatologist) changed everything—she prescribed excellent topical treatments that drastically reduced my acne. Within three months, I was only dealing with scars. Highly recommend Dr. Sindhoo—she’s truly one of the best dermatologists I’ve ever met!

Negative experience: Absolute worst! I visited the ENT today. In all my past experiences they have at least done a camera test and a basic clean up. I was in SEVERE ear pain but he didn’t seem to care the least. Less than a minute it took him to check. Just prescribed some pain killers. Took ages to give the prescription because apparently system wasn’t working. And the worst part is he didn’t even bother mentioning the correct details in the diagnosis. My LEFT ear was infected he mentioned RIGHT ear in the diagnosis. How irresponsible!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gehan and nurse Chemakkani gave me the best service. I was suffering from severe acne on my face and neck. With the treatment and medication my skin is become so much better and my acne has cleared. I trust the doctor so much that now I am going for a skin booster treatment. My daughter walked into her appointment terrified at the mere thought of seeing a dentist, but Dr. Dallali’s exceptional care, kindness, and attention completely turned that around. She made my daughter feel so at ease that, by the end of the visit, she left smiling and excited for her next appointment! I never thought I’d see her look forward to a dentist visit, but Dr. Dallali truly changed her perspective. We are so grateful for her outstanding care and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with nervous kids.

Positive experience: Disappointed by the service we experienced at SGH! - I brought a elderly parent in an emergency case, the nurses were incredibly unhelpful. In a critical case, the nurses took 30 minutes to call the doctor; even after the patience collapsing. The one nurse did not know what she was doing and could not follow the doctors instructions. The patient was having convulsions and was in severe pain. - I feel you could die and no one would care! Furthermore, there is no supervision and CCTV cameras to monitor the activities that happen in treatment rooms. The nurses did not care they had a patient in pain crying. The nurses ask you to go and get medicine from the pharmacy as they do not have certain IV’s on hand. The nurses administered drips on an elderly patients hand with a long needle which left bruising and bleeding. Overall, traumatic experience. The doctor however gave advice in a critical situation.

Fantastic experience: I want to highly recommend Doctor Mino at Saudi German Clinics. She's an amazing qualified doctor and dedicated to her work. I am a high risk pregnant woman with 4 previous miscarriages. Doctor Mino was able to prescribe the correct medications for my case. She also followed up with me regarding blood tests and always supported me emotionally. She's very passionate about her work and responds quickly whenever I need her advice. I am so happy I was following up with her. She took well care of me and my baby. She's highly recommended especially for high risk pregnancy women.

Negative experience: You will be probably death when they pick up the phone. To be one of the top hospitals in Dubai covered by expensive insurance companies, the customer service is very poor.

Negative experience: Clinic never takes calls. I have been calling 2 days and no answer they pick up and drop the call.

I felt ease and comfortable from the moment that I had my consultation with Dr. Sindhoo. Her post procedure care was also phenomenon, from the detailed after care explanation to swift response to my concerns days after. Highly recommend her professionalism!

Negative experience: Why do you even have a number if no one will ever answer on it? Been trying to call them for MONTHS now and not a single time has anyone answered. I visited them twice personally and told them this and the receptionist gave me another number which when I called also nobody answered.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, fast, efficient service and care when I had a traumatic accident 2 weeks ago. Dr. Sindhoo stitched my leg and the staff gave me xrays and wound care. I always go back to Damac Hills 2 Saudi German because of the high standards of care. The surgeon has been following up on my wound's progress personally. Highly reccommend.

Negative experience: Calling the clinic from last 2 weeks and never once anyone has picked call. I visited the clinic and raised them the same issue with them 3 times. Still calling and no answer. How can a saudi german clinic act in this way? I am regularly visiting Saudi german hospitals for the last 5 years and never had an issue like this with any other hospitals or clinic branch

Because everyone doctors, nurses and receptionist, are amazing, helpful, caring, friendly, professional, except Meriem Oubadji, it is really insane what she does! Last time I visit she was roud to me ! I told her don’t talk like that to me! She got angry! After days I came back again to the clinic and she was there, she checked me in but she didn’t pass it to the nurses on purpose! I wait so long and couldn’t finish my treatment because it was late, I need to pick up my girl! I am severe sick! I really can’t believe that! It really insane! After 5 hours I got my treatment only because of her! And being severe sick! Next time I will review again with 5 stars because that is what the clinic deserves ❤️

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Dahlia Al-Tekeeri the dentist in Akoya Damac hills SGH 2 clinic although I live far but my friends recommended her to me and I am very happy I went. I had long time teeth problems that I could not find cure, she made for me filling for one tooth and she checked the rest and gave some advise and tips and my condition dramatically improved. Thank you dr. Dahlia Her nurse was very friendly and helpful also.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the amazing Doctor Sindhoo Sundro, at Akoya Oxygen Clinic, a *dermatologist* who attend to me promptly and provided detailed information of my skin condition. I also did a very therapeutic PRP Facial (Platelets Rich Plasma Facial for Face & Neck) that tackled hyperpigmentation on my face. Also making my skin tight, fuller & smooth. Doctor is very friendly and always makes me feel at ease. Highly recommend her for all your skin related check ups.

Came in earlier for the appointment, but waited for 40mins and later found out that the dentist took in a walk-in patient for consult but opted to continue with a procedure. Negative experience: Arrived at 17:20 with a fever of 40 degrees, was told the doctor can’t see us because he is leaving at 6pm. What happened to duty of care for the sick have to drive to Silicon Oasis to see a doctor. For all the families that live here that is terrible care. Why do they say open till 8pm if can’t help the sick.

Negative experience: The receptionist in damac hills 2 added my son to a wrong insurance and he was very sick which made all his medications to be rejected by insurance and by the time when we realized than after spending hours in the pharmacy trying to call the insurance the clinic was closed and the receptionist told me us to pay the medication in cash, very unprofessional and irresponsible
