Negative experience: I’m truly disappointed with the way my request has been handled. I have been following up for an appointment for the past 1.5 months, yet there has been no flexibility or proper coordination from your side. Instead of simplifying the process, it has been made unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. To add to this, your office timings are not at all suitable—especially for working women—and the scheduling is extremely rigid. It’s quite unreasonable that your team cannot even wait for 5 minutes beyond the appointment time, considering the various practical challenges clients may face. Unfortunately, choosing Al Safeena has turned out to be a poor decision on my part, as I’ve now been forced to halt my procedure midway due to this continued mismanagement. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer handling, scheduling flexibility, and communication processes.

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I discovered that I am prediabetic, my doctor adviced me to change my lifestyle and loose weight else I may face consequences. I was totally baffled untill I came across Dr. Safeena's Women Wellness Center where I met Dr. Romaissa, a dietitian whose personality I can perfectly describe as a Beauty with Brain. She examined all my health issues and accordingly planned my weightloss program which includes diet, gym, herbal massage therapy, etc. All this I followed for 3 months and now I am happy to share that I lost 10kgs, my diabetes and other health issues are all in control; for which I am deeply gratefull to Dr. Romaissa and her team ( Gym instructors: Monissa, Nayana and Fatima) who have always been supporting and motivating me throughout my weightloss journey. I would recommend to all the women out their if you are facing any health issues or if you are willing to gift yourself with any beauty aesthetics then please let me tell you that Dr. Safeena's Women Wellness Center is always ready to help you in achieving your goals.

After calling 3 times to ask for a test the staff each time said they will call back soon after consulting with Doctor, to which neither did they made any calls even after 2 days nor seems to have any knowledge or idea about what services are they providing! I happy booked with another well organized and professional clinic for my appointment after waiting for nothing from this clinic.

Positive experience: All people from reception to the doctors so nice there + decorations is fantastic . But the timing so bad , don’t think they are accurate for appointments. If the patient which is before you came late he will take his full time from your time I am talking about treatment with traditional therapies . We paid for 7 courses each course should be 1 hour but they are not completing the full time as they told us before, they detucate the 1 hour. I suggest to them any patient comes late should not give him full time treatment to respected the next patient. I wish them to take action for this. It’s easy to bring the costumer but also so easier to lost him . Thanks and regards

Negative experience: I had consulted a doctor in Devadaru to see if they could help with my health issue. They suggested that I take sessions at Devadaru and Al Safeena's Women's Wellness World to fix my health issue. I've been attending these sessions for the past couple of months and have had a great experience with the therapists. After two months of treatment, I requested a medical certificate or report from the clinic. Mr. Dheeraj initially agreed to issue the report but then he stopped responding to my calls or WhatsApp messages for three days. Mr. Anwar from Devadaru told me that they are not authorized to offer such treatments and therefore they can refund the amount I paid for the sessions. I was surprised by their responses and hence would like to share my experience to prevent others from being misled by them. Gentlemen, If you can not provide a medical certificate for the treatment I have been taking, please do not give such treatments. The fact that I have wasted my time for the last 2 months. I regret to inform you that I cannot recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know about their other services but I went there for dentistry. And I must say Dr Nanditha Is the best. We decided to do the treatment on my because of her approach , detailing in explanation and of ofcourse well experienced. And she proved the result. We have done veneers and it was perfect. The clinic has almost all modern equipments. I should try their other sections also.

Fantastic experience: I had my first laser hair removal and hydrafacial done at the clinic. I really have to say I am very happy with the results. The staff at the clinic were very polite and professional. Dr.Jincy did my laser, and I can already see a visible difference even after my first session. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Hydrafacial was done by Ms.Fatima, such a sweet, friendly staff, and I really love the outcome. This clinic is DEFINITELY A YES for all the girls who want to groom themselves. Also have to thank the Wellness Councilor Ms.Jasna Nair, for guiding me about the process.
