Negative experience: Really bad, I arrived to the clinic and nobody was there, open doors but no receptionist, no doctors, no nurses…. All doors were opened, i didn’t find any one to talk to, what if it was an emergency…!? What is this ..!?

Negative experience: I recently had an extremely frustrating encounter with your customer service department, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The incident occurred when I attempted to inquire about a particular matter, only to have the call abruptly terminated in a rude manner.

Fantastic experience: Lived in dubai for almost 2 years and changed 3 doctors. I wish i had switched to them sooner, great attention and service from Dr. Ciliesty that had a really light hand and a joyful environment that she builds in the room that makes everything easier. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money, so it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. Undoubtedly the best dental related experience ive had.

Negative experience: I have to admit, I got my braces here and my experience was truly horrible. They prolong the time it takes to get it off (admitted by a dentist) to allow their students to learn on your teeth. The dentists will often make mistakes which is expected, I’m not complaining about that, I’ve had a couple of loose cut wires fall into my throat, and a couple of mistakes when pulling teeth. All in all, I do not recommend and find that it’s better off going to a professional dentist.

Negative experience: This place missed up my son’s teeth and made us pay additional money for extra work we never asked for. Unprofessional doctors . They all are very young with very limited experience

Negative experience: After 3 years of treatment I removed my braces 2 months ago. I got retainer and a new student (old one finished study). As the retainer was poor quality and not properly aligned, my teeth moved back to wrong position. I got new retainer which supposed to move my teeth back to correct position but it is not working! The supervisor stopped showing up, with each visit I get new student and new supervisor, need to explain the situation from the begging. So very disappointed and frustrated as I was religiously following all instructions for long 3 years! Do yourself a favour and go to professional ortodontist. You will safe time and money!

Positive experience: Excellent place and very accommodating. Doctor Milad is not so friendly and does not explain what he is doing with my braces.

Negative experience: I have recently completed the Invisalign process with European university college in February 2021. I was given a retainer to wear after the treatment at night time and after 6 months the retainer snapped. I asked for a replacement but this was going to be an extra charge of 1200aed. After spending a lot money with the company over the past few years I find it hard to imagine that I am expected to replace this in such a short time scale of getting it. With in the first month of having the retainer holes started to appear but this was due to not having both of them due to the clinic able to organise appointments close together.

Fantastic experience: My two daughters have been seeing Dr Milad for about 2 years now. He is an excellent orthodontist. He is patient and makes sure that we understand what he is doing and why. Dr Milad always insists that the appliances fit perfectly and comfortably. I’ve also recently seen him to get a splint for my tmj issues and it has been very helpful at reducing my pain.

Positive experience: I trust the specialists and the doctors here. They have done my eldest’s braces a few years back and now I brought my youngest to the care of Dr Milad. He is very patient, gentle and supportive to my young daughter. The place is well maintained and sanitary with friendly staff and assistants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Its taken me over 20 years to have the courage to go forward with orthodontic treatment...and a big part of me finally going ahead was Dr Maytham. He is professional, yet personable and is very accommodating and understanding of me being nervous and anxious at each appointment. He takes his time and understands me and my sensitivity. Luckily enough I was referred to Dr. Amna Ali who made the entire journey such a pleasure. Starting with a detailed consultation through to a treatment plan spanning around 14 months, I have finally reached my last few moulds and a perfect smile! Negative experience: THE WORST MEDICAL SERVICE EVER. Due to Covid 19 Situation they closed the clinic. When they opened it, they didn't called me. last week when i visited i was told u have 2300dh pending and we will give u appointment once you clear this all this amount other wise no more treatment. They left me in the middle of the treatment with brackets on my teeth. And why i should pay for those months when i have not even visited clinic !!?. i requested many times to let me continue with my plan of 300/month and this way i will pay all amount for the braces reatment. And Today when i visited another dentist he told me its the worst and slow Treatment. There is no progress in 10 Months. And he also said the extraction of teeths wasn't not needed and now its difficult to fill the Gap( Extraction was recommended by supervisor in European University College). I strongly Recommend all to be very Carefull about your dental treatment its very sensitive. You should not waste your time and money here as i did.

Negative experience: The page said 4000 for braces and it took me more than 2 years of time paying more than 10k and the results were awful... Supervisor Dr removed my braces even when i said to my trainee Dr that im not convinced with the results... and the reason I had to give good review abouy my Dr was just that I had acquired a friendly relation with. Never ever visit this place... after more than 2 years of suffering I have to go through the procedure again else where with a professional Dr.. I feel so cheated.

My son was not the easiest of patients and broke his braces many times but Dr Eman was patient with him throughout. He still misses going to see her for his monthly appointments, she really is super!

Fantastic experience: Living in Paris, I decided to correct my dental problem in the European University College where I had the chance to be one of the special patient of Doctor Christos Megkousidis. Why special? Because of the distance, I had to come every 3 months, and this challenge wasn’t so hard for Dr Christos Megkousidis as he knows how to manage the treatment even if I didn’t visit him every month. Moreover, when I was out of the country and sending email asking him questions about the evolution of my tooth, he was present and answered me. Doctor Christos Megkousidis knows how to correct the dental problem that I had for many years. Before meeting him, I took many advices from French dentists but the one who convince me was Doctor Christos Megkousidis. Many thanks to him, and all the best ! Dania

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at EUC for ceramic braces. Dr Bassel has been my orthodontist under the supervision of Dr Lana. All appointments have been on a regular monthly basis and always on time. Dr Basel has addressed all of my concerns and is a perfectionist. He is very gentle, patient and easy going. Very good if you are a nervous patient. The prices are a fraction of what you pay elsewhere for a great professional service. Thanks so much .

Fantastic experience: I took my both kids Rakan (15years boy) and Lamitta (13years girl) for braces with Dr. Christos. They had 2 different cases and both weren’t considered to be easy cases. However, Dr. Christos handled them both very efficiently and professionally. He even finalized my daughter’s case before its expected date and now she is happily enjoying her brand new teeth. Whereas, he is still working on schedule with my son. I do highly recommend this clinic for its high standard of provided services, and highly recommending Dr. Christos in specific. Special thanks as well to the professional specialist Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Lana for their efficient supervision and follow up.
