Positive experience: Terrible, unprofessional Customer Service. I made over 20 calls to their mobile and landline numbers, and nobody answered. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp to set up an appointment with Dr. Ahmad Al Chailh (Dentistry) and the CS representative told they would get back to me at the latest. I asked: Really, at "the latest," not at the earliest? They said: "Yes, at the latest." Didn't hear back from them. Disgraceful behaviour and interaction from their side. Otherwise, Dr. Ahmad Al Chaikh Hasan (Dentistry) is great; his services are high level, and he is empathetic and kind. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: The insurance coordinator / reception had promised that my card is direct billing, upon visiting the clinic and after the therapy they informed that it would be reimbursement. Later they are trying to fool me that out patient is covered hence they confirmed me on whatsapp that it’s direct billing. They are just trying to fool the customers as chiropractic comes under alternative medicine. Pls be careful before visiting this clinic they are not professional

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Dr. Kavita Mahesh enough for her outstanding care during my recent tooth extraction. Her calm demeanor and gentle hands made the procedure much less daunting and 100% painless. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently and advised post-surgery care, which helped me recover 100% after 2 days! She even postponed her holiday for my extraction. I am truly impressed by her skill and compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a caring and skilled dentist. She is superb!

Negative experience: Not even 1 star! I’m trying to book a teeth check up since last Friday at Mag dental clinic. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they answered me the following day on Saturday (which is already a sign of very poor customer service), mentioning they would reach out within the end of the day. Today is Monday and nobody has responded back to my follow ups texts I also called 4/5 times directly to their number and nobody has even picked up the phone!!! Currently I still have no appointment. Worst customer service ever. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Positive experience: Well, I am not normally writing google posts/reviews, but this clinic and their staff are very professional; Deejaying unlike many might think just all about entertainment, but the truth of standing long nights and using ur shoulders to hold ur headphones one sided, working over nights, spending long hours on laptop for remixes and editing makes you feel pain at your neck and back etc.. I've been visiting many many clinics for this with minimal progress but recently I started to go regularly to this particular clinic as I do really feel a great progress, they are so much professional in accomodating your needs, I would like to thank Vien in the reception being always of the quickest response and professionalism to all of inquiries, I would like also to extend my special thanks to the phsyiotherapist and expert Silvana Dehghan with international experience, really talented therapist in understanding your pain nature, underlying cause, tailoring treatment strategy and doing comprehnsive protocol for great muscle activation and also manual therapy, needling, cupping..to significantly reduce the muscle soreness beside advising also about specific doable excercises that could easily be a routine even at home.. I believe it's great to always see some therapists here with international experience who take care of their patients in such tailored approach.. I wish everyone to be pain free and always stay active .. Cheerz ..;) Vibes

Positive experience: MAG Clinic is the top of my mind whenever I need physio services. Ms. Safa was amazing and never a boring time with her. She has got the right and sometimes intense pressure but what a relief after! I like her methods - not always the most comfortable but always effective. Elaine has also got gentle yet strong hands! Her strength is carefully identifying all the pressure points and tightness in the muscle. I just hope that the reception team would be more approachable and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my incredible experience with the amazing Dr. Safa As a patient with a long history of chronic pain in my neck and lower back, I had undergone over 200 physiotherapy sessions with different doctors, but with minimal improvement. However, everything changed when I started seeing Dr. Safa. I witnessed a true miracle as I became pain-free after enduring years of constant suffering. Dr. Safa's dedication and expertise were evident in every session. she uses various techniques to help her patients. Long story short, if anyone is struggling and looks for a miraculous transformation, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Safa. Thanks a million Dr. Safa for bringing me back to life.

Negative experience: I have had pigmentation due to a laser hair removal session, all over my legs and they can't care less!! I have been trying to get it treated for more than 6 months now. tried to reach out to them several times.. their general doctor barely speaks any english and extremely rude although its their responsibility to treat my burns. please go somewhere else specially for laser hair removal. NOT WORTH IT!

Fantastic experience: I visited Safa Al Barrak due to an injury on my hamstrings. The deep tissue massage and stretching techniques used during the massage helped to release tension and loosen up tight muscles in my legs and back, which had been causing me discomfort and pain during my workouts. I felt an immediate improvement in my range of motion and flexibility, and my muscles felt much more relaxed and supple.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and lack of communication between the reception and doctors. Unfortunately like so many clinics in Dubai, they just want to book the appointments as quick as possible without hearing the concerns and the real purpose why you are going to the clinic. I booked for wart removal before surgery I communicated my concerns to the receptionist so I don’t waste my time, she insisted they have all the equipments for removal. The day of the appointment the beautician stated they don’t have cryotherapy, that was the reason why I went there. The Doctor Shiva who supposedly had the appointment with didn’t even show up. Thank you MAG for your unprofessionalism and waste of time your patients.

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Kavita Mahesh for our family's dental needs for close to 5 years now at the MAG Clinic. It is very rare to find a dentist who can manage both small children and adults - the site of a dentist at work is normally enough to create fear amongst kids, but not with her. She is patient with our queries and takes time to explain options where available, yet quick and dextrous. On one such ocassion where the A&E of a big hospital missed out on a jaw fracture suffered by our daughter, Dr Kavita's prompt and timely assesment and advice saved the day. We would highly recommend Dr Kavita as a family dentist.
