Fantastic experience: Dr. Reem Sawan has been my dentist for a few years, and I recently decided to enhance my smile by changing two crowns and getting veneers on my upper front teeth. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Everything looks so natural — friends didn’t even realize I had veneers, they just thought I did a whitening! She’s not only highly skilled but also so kind and gentle, especially with nervous patients like me. You can feel how much she cares about her work and her patients. Truly thankful and can’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to feel confident about their smile!

Negative experience: Worst clinic in Dubai. I booked an appointment today, the 31st of July, at 1 pm; they even confirmed it and sent a reminder. I arrived 5 mins early, respecting the appointment, and I was surprised that the doctor assigned was not even aware of the appointment. They proceeded to say we can start treatment, although this was just a consultation. They are clueless and only care about taking your money. There are dozens of highly rated clinics in Dubai; go to anyone better than this unprofessional clinic!

Fantastic experience: Since few weeks ago, I was having tooth sensitivity (especially when I chewed something on it) because of my old dental fillings which are defective. So, I visited to Dr. Reem at Euromed clinic to change my old & defective fillings. I don’t know how to describe my experience. She is amazing!!!! Negative experience: I called earlier today with a serious concern and a question for the doctor, just two hours before my scheduled appointment. I was told the doctor would not take my call. Why? Because of a 500 consultation fee? If that was the issue, I could have transferred the amount immediately. That wasn’t the point. I’m a patient. She’s a doctor. When a patient calls with a problem, especially right before an appointment, any responsible doctor should take that call. Instead, I was told that the doctor “cannot do consultations on the phone.” But I wasn’t asking for a consultation. I had a problem. I had a simple question to ask so I could know whether I should come in or not. She didn’t even bother taking the call. This is not right. This is not humane. And this is not a professional

Negative experience: Do absolutely not go here. First and foremost, I asked about a few rejuvenating treatments for my face that was gladly done by the clinic, which I then later réalisé it waaaay to soon for me to do such treatments and it had caused the fat in my face to melt which results in saggier skin. Moreover, I had prepaid for another service which I then obv did not do, and they have for more than 1 year refused to pay me back. It’s almost 3000 dirhams, and regardless of countless message, calls and reminders, they have now gone MIA. I do NOT recommend this clinic. EDIT. How am I suppose to inbox from google ? Don’t know how it works. Ask your employees about it, there are 1 million whatsapp messages from me, they know who I am !

Negative experience: Went for hair laser removal once, and at the same time I asked what kind of treatment I need for a scar I have. I got informed that I needed a pico treatment for 500aed, and I could come back next week to do the treatment because now I’m too tanned. I came back, and they said again I’m too tanned and should come back after 2 weeks. I got a bit annoyed that I got misinformed first time because I don’t live close to the clinic. But after a few weeks I came back to do the treatment and they charged me 800aed. I got confused since they had told me 500aed, but she said that “it’s if you buy 2 sessions, you will get a package of 1000aed”. I was never informed I needed multiple sessions. After 10 days I gave the feedback that I see zero difference, and first the clinic didn’t respond to my feedback for days. And then they said I needed more sessions, and lied about informing me about needing more sessions. If I actually was informed I would’ve just paid those 200aed extra the first time, and I wouldn’t have been confused about not seeing any difference after the first session? All this lack of information, and then the lie about informing me, gives me a very unprofessional impression of this clinic. And I will continue my sessions somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I go to Euromed Clinic as i have 2pm appointment with Dr Afnan for Hydrafacial. The clinic is very clean and staffs are very accommodating. They offer me a coffee or water. Then i met Dr. Afnan, she explain to me the procedure. First she cleanse & exfoliate my face to open my pores & remove any make up, dirt, dead skin. Then the peeling process to removes blackheads. Then using the vortex extraction tool, it acts a vacuum cleaner on the skin, removing dead skin cells, blackheads and other debris. Next is the treatment which is customize on every client's skin concern. Lastly is the Serum Application, using the vortex fusion tool, which infuses antioxidant & collagen to boost eleasticity and hydration of the skin. I also received a complimentary LED facial mask session using the Red LED light to stimulate my collagen. My Overall Experience was so amazing and satisfying. I can see that my face becomes smooth, glowing and less visibility of my fine lines. I also got 3 skincare to use at home. Highly Recommended!

Negative experience: Most bizarre consultation I have ever had. I went to see Dr Abbasi for a consultation about removing spider veins and sun spots on my face. At no time did she get up from her chair and actually look at my skin. Maybe she has laser-like vision. Additionally, she was SO condescending! She actually said the following: “I’m the one who went to medical school” and “I’m making this as simple as I can” like I was some kind of halfwit who had no clue. She never bothered to ask me what I did for a living so how did she know I didn’t have any medical knowledge? She also used the consultation to try and upsell Botox to me. I had not gone in with any anti-aging concerns. Suffice to say that I will not be returning.

Positive experience: I did about 8-9 sessions of pico laser and I got excellent results. The only thing I want to give my opinion on and I hope the manager team can think about it is offering installment plan. Last time I checked with them they said you can use only if you pay 3000aed or more, and this is with all due respect not helping any of us. For example now I have been delaying my appointment and canceling it just because I don't have the full amount, and i am searchinf for other clinic and surprisingly i found cheaper options for the same treatment. even though I really need to finish with my treatment plan as soon as possible in the same clinic with the same doctor but they are not helping in any way. I really wish you can consider this, especially for your customers who already paid a lot and have been a loyal for two years.

Negative experience: The story began when I called the clinic to get the peeling offer, and confirmed that creams and sunscreen were included in the offer. After doing the peeling, I was surprised that they were asking 500 dirhams for the creams and sunscreen? There is no professionalism in dealing with customers, especially from the receptionists. As for Dr. Lola, she is wonderful and provided me with all the required information. Ask the clinic administrator to review their policies and ensure that information is clear to clients.

Negative experience: We visited last week. Our experience with consulting doctor was very pothetic. Clinic is charging decent consultancy fee but doctor even not bothered to check the patient. She just talked for 30 seconds and done. We were completely shocked the way doctor deal the patient (rather I would say to the customer). Will never visit the clinic and nor recommend to others.

Negative experience: During a free consultation, the doctor lied about a treatment. I had done the research on the treatment and also confirmed with a leading aesthestician in Dubai. In all good conscience, can't recommend this clinic. Steer clear.

Negative experience: They charged me 17,325 bill. Which includes a follow up session (advance paid) clearly mentioned in my bill and later I asked for my remaining session they said nothing left. Later on further discussion and argument when they agreed. Says that you have to pay 650aed again as consultation to take your follow up.. Complete Scam, Business Bees , Money Minded and 0 in customer service.. Don’t be a fool like me be wise before paying advance.. I wish I could post all chats for you guys as proof .

Focuses on what makes you happy and shares her decision with you. I do a lot of cleaning and I had never ever had my teeth cleaned in the same way Dr. Reem does it. She is really one of the best dentists in town. She walks the talks and no false promises.

Negative experience: If you want to get hooked up on pills , take an appointment with dr bahjat. For those who think they can get help on their psychiatric issues, think twice. I reported multiple times that someone is hooked up on the pills and they kept o giving and mixing with no blood tests. I do t recommend at all unless you wanna lose our life

Negative experience: We arrived at the location at 4:25 PM, and unfortunately, we were met with a rather rude receptionist who informed us that Dalia had already left. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the communication we had received. We did receive a WhatsApp message that stated 3:30 PM, and then we received a phone call on Saturday where the person specifically mentioned the appointment time as 4:30 PM. However, the WhatsApp message indicated a different time of 3:30 PM. This conflicting information added to our confusion and frustration. It seems that the receptionist's behavior was not only rude but also lacking in empathy, which is certainly disappointing, especially for a first-time visit. It's unfortunate when the initial interaction with a business leaves a negative impression. To your response. I mentioned that I did confirm, but the call was made to me at a different time than what was given. I distinctly recall the phone conversation. I do understand that at every place I go to, they call in the morning to reconfirm, so it is disappointing that your clinic does not follow this practice. Schedules can change, and timings can also change accordingly. I'm curious about which team you referred to that offered us another appointment. I clearly mentioned that the receptionist was quite rude and only informed us that Dalia left. No other time slot was offered, nor did I receive a call asking if I wanted to book again. I didn't decline because I never had the option. I would recommend ensuring the accuracy of the facts before checking internally. Negative experience: In February i did a xanthelasma removal by laser... alot of promises what i got was a scar worse then my under eye xanthelasma. 3months later i feel worse than when i had my xanthelasma actice. Deep scar that even makeup cant hide. Huge mistake to go to thos clinic. I should have had a surgery to remove my xanthelasma. Truly disappointed and very upset. Got scared for life... cos it will not heal

Negative experience: Hungry for money people. I have been getting treated in this clinic few times and each time they try to do more treatments than I actually need. At the beginning I was trying to be more understanding and let it go. However this time I told them please do only 1 treatment yet they ended up charging me for more. The price is never discussed before treatment, so more they do, more they charge you. Be careful and watch out in this place. Even when I said about my dissatisfaction, they were looking in my eyes and saying “it is what it is”. And charged me for more procedures than what I have done.

I traveled to America and Belgium for the purpose of treatment, i couldn't follow up and travel again becuse of covid issue and it seems that the doses prescribed for me were a bit high which gave the opposite effect instead of making me feels better; after meeting Dr. Huda, she did the necessary investigations, reviewed my condition, which was not easy, and prescribed me the right medications and doses, and after 6 months my joy and sleep returned to me, my weight decreased and my activity increased a lot!!.. Negative experience: a service (Laser to remove scars) beyond my expectations, when I started I was excited about the possible final results at the end of the treatment I was disappointed. when I tried to look for a solution there was no communication from the specialist on WhatsApp leaving me even more disappointed with this..
