Fantastic experience: I was visiting Abu Dhabi on holiday & needed an urgent dental appointment ( a root canal that should’ve been done in the UK weeks ago but was instead botched with a temporary filling had become really painful) I saw Dr Madhuri Priya who immediately put me at ease. Within 6 days I’d had the infected tooth cleaned, root canal done, crown measured & crown fitted. Amazing work & would definitely recommend. Fantastic experience: Perfect Smile Dental Centre is a rare find among dental clinics in Abu Dhabi as it has a perfect combination of warm and accomodating receptionists, excellent and emphatic dental nurses and highly-skilled dentists. When I needed an emergency dental brace removal, no one heeded the call but this dental clinic. They were able to squeeze me in and manage to get a same-day appointment with an orthodontist. Dr. Reddy is such a gem in this dental clinic. Apart from being skillful, he was gentle and careful in doing the procedure as I recently had an oral surgery. I highly recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic to have a root canal done a few weeks ago. The root canal was done by Dr. Madhuri Priya. After she completed the root canal I had already a scheduled trip planned back to the USA. While back in my home country I went in for a routine cleaning which my American dentist informed me that the dentist who preformed the root canal in Abu Dhabi )Dr. Madhuri Priya) filled in the canal and had broken a piece of the file used to complete a root canal and left it in the tooth and filled in the tooth with the foreign object left in the tooth. Once I was informed of this I called the clinic in Abu Dhabi and spoke to Dr. Madhuri Priya. She informed me that she did not break anything in the tooth and that she checked her tools once she completed the root canal. I emailed the X-rays clearly showing a foreign object left in the canal provided by my USA dentist and also the notes from the American dentist. I have not heard anything back from anyone at the dental Clinic since and it’s been over a week since I sent the X-rays and notes.. I reached out today and spoke to the receptionist and now apparently the doctor is taking responsibility for leaving the file in the canal, but lied to me over the phone. Highly unethical to not inform the patient of this and intend on reporting to the proper authorities in Abu Dhabi. Stay away from this place if you care about the health of your teeth!

Positive experience: Dr Kapil did two my tooth implants & each time I received a great treatment & very detailed information on next steps. The service to book follow up appointments is quite convenient. It took me several appointments across 3 months starting from Grafting and Scaling to then scans and X-rays and lastly choosing your preferred colors for the teeth. Make sure you are aware it takes 5-7 visits for an implant over months for it to heal and have the best result. Dr Kapil will keep you informed if it’s the right time to move to next step.

Dr. Priya proved them wrong, even though i had take root canal treatment , antibiotics or painkillers were not needed.
