Negative experience: There dr attitude very bad her name is dr isra badr el-din Omg they think they save patients life they r something and they talks very bad tone I go for my ultrasound only to seeee when she scan she say male will come to seee u if male come again to see why u r dr to to sit and showing attitude when i finish she say go come back after 2 weeeks again I goo I told her give me my ultrasound report and she was shouting on nurse what I give her blaaa blaaaaa blaaaa nonsense she thinks she is god i was out side the dooor I hear what she was talking to nurse if u don’t want work don’t waste our time also there is not only 1 hospital many places to go,they tel u to wait 1 hour for ultrasound huhhhh I still remember her face action how she was talking really 0 mark 0 attitude 0 personality 0 service Only neeed money kachra place to go If we pay show ur best I m paying u not freee ur work to do checkup and talk with good tone and personality Bed service really

Fantastic experience: My children and I have used Al Amal hospital in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi for the past 3 years and their services are very professional, and effective. Their staff too work as a team and are very courteous. Ms Monica of the Laboratory department is quite an asset to this hospital, in my opinion, in the way she puts the patients at ease while drawing blood almost painlessly. Keep it up team.
