Fantastic experience: Dr Hamdy is one of the top most professional in his field. I can’t say it enough. My case was very complicated, I was messed up at another clinic in Dubai with badly fitted implants, and everything about it, plus the quality of the implants and how they were placed. I never used that side of my mouth to bite anything after that for years. They were also loose and painful to bite. Unfortunately I was also diagnosed with cancer right after that and although there was warranty with the implants, it wasn’t my primary concern at that point in my life, so I left it at that and focused on my healing. Later when I felt safe again to proceed with correcting my teeth, I went to the same clinic (who messed me up) because the implants were still under warranty, and at that time I believed they can correct the problem (I wasn’t aware of the depth of the mess). And during the supposedly corrective procedures, the surgeon asked me if he can remove one more tooth, with the tool on his hand, I didn’t have time to even think I just nodded believing that it was necessary but I regretted later. Trying to make this short, after several attempts while the implants kept breaking and going back again to get them fitted back, like 4 times again, I was very stressed. But because the implants were still under warranty and each time I hoped it will work. But I guess I wasn’t given much attention for the long run. It was just to buy time to finish the time frame of the warranty. Clearly they didn’t offer a permanent solution. I did not know. Luckily my son had been to Dr Hamdy and he recommended Dr Hamdy to me. With all my fears due to what had happened to me and after being refused by another top Dental Clinic in Abu Dhabi, I didn’t think there was a chance for my case. But I trusted my son and his experience with Dr Hamdy and so I thought I will give it a try. At a glimpse of the first Scan Dr Hamdy picked up all the flaws. To zoom in to what’s important, he explained to me in detail, all the flaws with proof of the scans and X-rays. He did his best to fix the implants and added one more as needed. Despite my fears and having started osteoporosis, Dr Hamdy managed to sort out the past surgical flaws while advising me on maintaining my other health concerns to coordinate with my other doctors. Not only that but he takes the time to explain every part and every aspect with photos of how it is in the inside plus procedural photos till I understood exactly what was wrong and how he could correct the problem. I can’t explain how he cleared my fears and brought my confidence back after such mess. I had already given up and I thought I’ll live with dentures forever but after the difficult corrective surgery was done by Dr Hamdy while (protecting my sinus and he did bone grafting) I am truly relieved. I am getting my confidence back again. I am grateful not only for his professionalism but the time he puts to explain all details and answer all my questions till I am fully satisfied with clarity and visual. To me he is Godsend. I am ever so grateful. Thank you Dr Hamdy.

Fantastic experience: I was told by 2 dentists from another clinic that a root canal not possible at all to save my tooth. I took my chance to see Dr Hamdy, he made it possible ! This clinic doesn't need any adds as they are always fully booked ! But if it is an emergency, they will accommodate even to the point Dr Hamdy and his wife (also a dentist ) will extend their working hours .

Fantastic experience: The fact that we just 'celebrated' 10th year anniversary with Dr Hamdy says it all. Found upon a recommendation from a colleague 10 years ago, I never looked back. Problems are explained, treated and explained again, customer service unparalleled and yes - human. Negative experience: Called in on 12 Dec 2022, 4:03pm. A Filipino lady answered. I enquired about the price for tooth filling for a child, got quoted 575aed. When I asked again to confirm as I did not hear clearly, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional receptionist. Please note that this review is solely for the receptionist, not the doctor himself whom I have only heard great things about him.
