Fantastic experience: I arrived in Dubai June 2020. Had an emergency to attend to a broken retainer and had been consulting Dr. Nabil Mockbil ever since until we left Dubai in March 2025. I attended for all of my dental requirements as well as my husband and son. Dr. Nabil not only has an incredible bedside manner but is knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough in investigating any issues that arise. My family and I highly recommend the services of Dr. Nabil and his staff who are very kind. We have lived in many countries and he has to be one of the best we know. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at this clinic! From the moment I spoke to Berna and even post treatment for my teeth. Was visiting from the USA with much needed attention to one of my teeth. Emergency repair was for one of my fillings. Dr . Jelena fit me into her schedule just hours after I walked in and spoke with Berna, who is a super star. Not only did she repair one filling , but she took care of 2 that needed repair. The cost was great, the service great, and communication through out the process was beyond excellent! I definitely recommend this clinic for dental care. DR. Jelena and her staff provided great quality care. Most comfortable I've ever felt visiting a dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: I had to have Root Canal treatment. Dr. Jelena was very reassuring and made the treatment very comfortable. I didn't feel any pain. I always avoid going to the Dentist due to the pain but I was made very comfortable. I can 100% recommend.

Negative experience: Dr Nabil was wonderful and professional, however the communication and service from the front desk was and has been awful. For that reason alone I would NOT recommend. Cancelations of appointments often, and long wait times when you got to the clinic. Currently, I have moved and need my treatment plan sent to my new doctor. I have been waiting for a month—they always say “they’ll get back to me” or “the doctor is busy”. It’s incredibly frustrating. I am still waiting, which also delays and affects my treatment. Although Dr Nabil was great, there are other places to get Invisalign treatment in Dubai, please look elsewhere, especially if you plan to move at any point.

Fantastic experience: Well I couldn't be happier with how my invisalign treatment turned out! I struggled with headaches, severe jaw ache and I ground my teeth at night. My teeth only met in a couple of places so biting and chewing food was really challenging. Dr Nabil was so helpful from the outset. He really listened and made a treatment plan for me. It was hard to believe that after just 18 months I would have such fabulous teeth but his plan worked. I think it helped that I was meticulous with my routine and stuck to the plan. I wore my invisalign for at least 20 hours day, always brushing and flossing. I wore my elastics too (even though they were the most annoying part). But once you're in a routine it's very easy to stick to it. I actually relocated country part way through my treatment plan, and Dr Nabil was pivotal in ensuring my handover went seamlessly. He warned my that each orthodontist had their own methodologies and that they might rewrite his plan completely, but they didn't. They were delighted with my progress and said that they had even learned a thing or two about new ways of doing things. Thank you to Dr Nabil and the whole Swedish Dental Clinic for helping me find my smile!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Swedish Dental Clinic enough. I wen't initially to Dr Nabil to get Invisalign to straighten my teeth. Throughout the whole process I was well informed and looked after. Once we had completed the Invisalign process we discussed veneers as a next step, I was apprehensive initially as its a big financial commitment, but I am so happy I went through with it. I compared providers in Dubai and aboard, and decided after talking with Dr Ines to do the treatment at Swedish Dental Clinic based on the level of detail and care provided. Dr Ines made sure that my smile and teeth were perfect, correcting a minor issue at the end to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Throughout the process I was very well looked after, lots of care and attention put into the service. Again I couldn't be happier. My teeth look amazing and the service was exceptional. The team at Swedish Dental Clinic are brilliant at what they do!

Negative experience: When I recommend a clinic to a friend, and I accompany that friend to his appointment because he asked that I accompany him, it is not for the rude and unprofessional doctor (Gokdeniz) to ask me to leave the room and wait outside. This clinic gets a star and certainly no more recommendations.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency dental cleaning for a photo shoot and Dr Nabil offered me an appointment same day. He even gave me a complimentary 3D scan and spoke to me in Spanish. Swedish Dental Clinic is a lovely place, the people treat me like family and I enjoy the time with Dr Nabil and their team. For sure a place to go when you want a beautiful smile. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a professional dentist in the Marina area for my mother who wanted to replace an old crown with a gold one. Dr Gokdeniz was very kind and patient and really took care of my mother while allowing me in the dentist room to translate. The whole process was very quick and painfree. Dr Gokdeniz utilised the latest scanning technology which was impressive to see. Most importantly my mother felt very at ease despite the language barrier and was extremely satisfied with the end result. The new gold crown was also an improvement from the last crown. I would definitely recommend this clinic for the professionalism of the staff at reception and Dr Gokdeniz, in particular and his assistant for their friendliness and efficiency.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience at the clinic. I’m not fond of dentists like most people, I guess lol. But Doctor Jelena was wonderful, patient, and just amazing. I went to get a second opinion regarding a few cavities I had. The previous clinic (not in Dubai) wanted to do four crowns, and I really thought it was an extreme procedure, but Dr. Jelena told me there was a much simpler solution, and that made me so happy. Die Aufnahme in der Klinik lief sehr freundlich ab und der Wartebereich war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet und mit toller Lektüre versehen. Dr Nabil erklärte mir jeden Behandlungsschritt ausführlich und fragte mich stetig nach meinem befinden. Auch mit der Arbeit der Helferinnen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Nach dem angenehmen Ablauf wurden mir noch weitere Tipps gegeben. Die Nachsorge und die regelmäßigen Follow-up-Termine haben mein Vertrauen in diese Praxis weiter gestärkt. Ich kann diese Zahnarztpraxis nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Negative experience: I did not have the best experience at SDC. I went to SDC initially for a polish and clean several weeks ago but they identified I needed a couple of fillings due to very minor cavities. So, I decided to get these done too. I was not given any anaesthetic, as I was assured it was not a major procedure, and ever since having these fillings done I've been suffering from severe tooth pain in the one of the teeth that got a filling. This pain has persisted for several weeks now and has only subsided slightly. I definitely would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Swedish Dental Clinic for almost 5 years now and have never had anything but 5 star service. In addition to my regular 6 monthly check-ups, I also had Invisalign fitted 2 years ago by Dr Nabil. The whole process was so straightforward and well managed. I now have, courtesy of SDC, a perfectly straight set of teeth without any gaps or issues. The reception team (Olga especially!) are also so friendly and helpful with insurance forms etc. All the machines, equipment and surfaces are brand new, it's in a beautiful part of the city, with an amazing view of the Marina :D Of all the dental clinics in Dubai, I'd encourage you to give this place a look!
