Fantastic experience: I went recently to visit the Gynecologist in Vida Clinics Bur Dubai branch. I met Dr Champa Bhatia there and how was a pleasure meeting such human personality. she talked to me first about how to check on my breast, and she did the check up for me on the cyst I have and she was generous to giving information about all what women worry about. I really appreciate you Dr Champa and I advise each lady and woman to go there and get more education about their health. :-)

Negative experience: Bad service. For all visit they will arrange x rays even for unnecessary things. They will tell they will share report next day and call back. They will not reply anymore. They are doing this for getting money only.

Negative experience: I would give them zero stars if I could. They have no sense of responsibility or hygeine. The doctor has told another patient who was sitting beside me that he has influenza and that was it, no mask nothing. And Dr Sunita when I went to see her prescribed me completely wrong and gave me wrong medication which further made me sick for longer. Don’t go.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Shabeer, and I must say he is one of the best doctors I’ve ever come across. It is rare to find a doctor who genuinely listens, explains every step clearly, and ensures that their patient feels completely at ease.

Negative experience: I was very unfairly treated by Vida clinic, I had taken a package for 6500 dirhams and haven't completed the procedures, they do not have proper data of clients and the cost and services done as management keeps changing, aesthetician keeps changing very often, today I was called by one of the staff named Ilyas saying the package I had taken is completed and expired, which was never informed by the previous staff, no coordination and providing misleading information which is very unfair! This shows they are only money minded otherwise they wouldn't give such wrong information without proper checks, very weird that they do not have contact details of ex staff to confirm or should have handed over all details by the previous management, now the new price list is over priced! I don't recommend anyone and please don't lose your money like how I did!

Negative experience: Would not recommend anyone going to this clinic. Anyone who want to just waste their time can try. I had been referred from other clinic for an ultra sound. So when i called the clinic Dr. Shabeer attended the call and i had explained him that i have been referred and i just want to do the wrist ultrasound under insurance. At that time he said yes we accept you come to the clinic. But when i reached the clinic the staff is saying that we do not accept the patient. For this you have to show to our doctor only then we can do it. My concern is when you don't accept then you should tell straight away on call rather asking the patient to visit the clinic and waste their time.

However, I recently went to Vida Clinic, where the therapist Ms. Harikha made me feel better in six sessions and was kind and educated. The therapist was outstanding. Speaking of Physiotherapy, 5 stars isn't enough for the amount of efforts, love, and proficiency applied during the therapy. From acknowledging all the previous surgeries and medical history of the patient, sharing of needed information regarding the surgery and therapy, making feasible diet plans and home exercises accordingly, and most importantly, giving enough time on the therapy keeping full attention to details. Dr. Prinka knows it all, does it all. Very professional and compassionate physiotherapist in the locality, so far. My equal thanks to Dr. Harika, she has a great dexterity, very pleasing, and knows what she's doing. And all our team in the front desk are very cordial with the patients and visitors.
