Negative experience: Very bad experience receptionist makes false appointments & They don't know which time doctors are free they wasting time for patients only & let them bare pain & keep them waiting for hours & they ignore the patients...also the receptionist is not telling her name when I asked to put in google reveiws They have to change the receptionist asap if they don't know there job properly....

Negative experience: The lady in the reception extremely unprofessional, i am standing in from of her waiting for her to take information from the ID for my house-made and she is calling her friend in load voice for her colleague to check her flower and she left us waiting and went to the room to laugh and check her flower ! Seriously ?!!!!!! What so urgent about flowers dear ??? + the way she speaks to clients to ask about any information is very rude ! Regardless she make me come from Al-ain and the doctor is not there !!! And both ladies in the reception keeps saying not me ! Then i took information from whom if both of you trying to blame a ghost ? Very bad !

Fantastic experience: I want to share how amazing our visit to Cost Care Clinic was, especially with Dr. RUKAIYYA. My 6-year-old had a bad tooth infection, and Dr. RUKAIYYA took care of him so well. From the start, everyone at the clinic was super nice and friendly. Dr. RUKAIYYA really knows her stuff. She checked my son's tooth and explained things in a way that made us feel better. When it was time to remove the tooth, Dr. RUKAIYYA did it so gently and my son wasn't scared because she was kind. She made it seem easy and it didn't hurt. She cares a lot about kids and knows how to talk to them. I really recommend Dr. RUKAIYYA and Cost Care Clinic. They're great at taking care of teeth and making you feel comfortable. Dr. RUKAIYYA is really good at her job, and she's really nice too. We're thankful for how well they treated us. Thank you, Dr. RUKAIYYA and Cost Care Clinic!

Negative experience: Went to this clinic and was assisted by Dr Anu. She did fillings on 2 teeth. After a week both teeth became extremely sensitive. It doesn’t do teeth Xray so they had previously sent me to sharjah to do it. I came back with the Xray results and still got it wrong. * I have done this review more than a year later *

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I went there after making an appointment and waited for so long. They are calling after two hour more than appointment time . I checked with other patients sit near by and they have same experience and some of them are on follow up treatment and they don't have any other options other than waiting. I check their appointment system they are giving every 30 min appointment. Usually all the dental procedures will take more than 30 minutes.

Negative experience: Very bad experience…. My mom has done root canal here after experiencing pain.. later she complained about pain and doctor said it will be thr for some days. After 3 months she went Kerala and did x-ray due to pain. The result was she had to do root canal again.. the one which she did in cost care was not proper.. so it was loss of money and time.

Fantastic experience: Blessing for uncovered insurance patients, and low income working class. Their treatment, staff 's friendly, professional behavior, providing best efforts with smiley faces & comparatively less prices at market shows that they are in market for real service instead of just doing business like most of clinics. If we consider Ajman area, their place may have some external influencing factors/issues of parking, limited seats, appointment systems are some thing one can easily ignore if consider cost care management policy of care in cost and quality both. Hope they will maintain same commitment and support to society.

Positive experience: Appreciate all the efforts and patience Dr Jameel had to take care of my wife’s Root canal, she cant tolerate the smell of any medicine and gets nausea or vomits but but way the whole procedure was handled from beginning till end including three visit is commendable. The only reason i am giving them three star is because they have a pathetic system of booking appointments and their website is always open for appointments despite the huge number of patients waiting in queue, turns out you still end up waiting for 45min to 1 hour for your turn even after the appointment was booked under your name….

Fantastic experience: I had bad pain in wisdom tooth last week. I visited Cost Care first time and interacted with Dr Jameel. Dr Jameel advised for surgical extraction. And less than 20 min it was done. I was really scared and nervous before. Dr didn’t let me over come pain during the process, felt I’m in safe hands. And Doctor kept doing daily follow up, To make sure I don’t get any pain or infection. The medicine as prescribed worked very well with me. I’m really glad that everything went perfect, thankful to the entire cost care team and specially Dr Jameel. Thank you sir so much. I really recommend cost care dental treatment by Dr Jameel.
