Negative experience: Long time waiting just to be registered, then long time waiting for nurse to check you up then long time waiting for doctor, their doctors are always sleepy, their staff are tired too because they are short staff all the time every day. There is a lot of patients sick, crying and fighting

Negative experience: I had to check multiple receptionists about my son Vaccination. They finally guided me to the teeth clinic receptionist! She asked me to proceed to the Vaccination room to raise my enquiry. In the Vaccination room, no ticket, no queue, no order. Finally after accessing that door with all others, the sister was aggressive and pushing me somehow to leave. I insisted that she has to check my son file, she said keep on desk and this will take much time! I'm pretty sure this is not reflecting the premium quality of service in AUH. SEHA, please check this center!

Negative experience: I'm still frustrated about my recent visit to the hospital. There was an unacceptable delay, and when I asked about it, the pediatric nurses seemed overwhelmed. When I inquired about the cause of the delay, one of them responded rudely. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Have others had similar experiences? How can hospitals improve their response times and staff attitudes?

Fantastic experience: Clean and comfortable clinic. Yes, waiting time is longer than private hospitals, but it’s because the doctors really take time to listen and check everything carefully. I visited Dr. Mohammed Hatim Ahmed today very kind, patient, and professional. Great care overall!

He took the time to understand my condition and created a treatment plan that really helped improve my mobility and reduce my pain. He reviewed the X-ray along with me to show what is the issue and all. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always encouraged me to stay positive during my recovery. I appreciated how they explained the exercises and made sure I could continue them at home. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and I always felt supported during my visits. She were courteous and professional. The process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. She explained everything clearly. I go there with full of hope that i can get a free vaccination for gardasil 9 becoz i really needed it becoz the hospital ive been before found out that ive got HPV TYPE 18 and 51 that can become a cervical cancer..to be clarify HPV doesnt get only by interc*urse..it really happen for some woman when they become 40 years old..back to story i go to SEHA coz i really need the vaccine becoz type 18 and 51 is a really serious matter to have a cervical cancer and i am just a khadama that cant afford to pay in private hospital..so doctor suggested me to go to SEHA becoz they said SEHA is a government hospital and i can get free vaccination there..so i went there full of hope that i get vaccine..i wait for an hour to call my name and when im inside the doctor's room she said that they only have gardasil 4..so i told her that i will grab it becoz as ive said i really need it..and she call to someone into the intercom and ask about gardasil..its arabic so i dont know what they are talking about but i see on her reaction what are they talking becoz while she was talking she keep looking at me..and then after she ask me again to go outside and wait again and after a couple of minutes she suddenly said that "SORRY WE DONT HAVE GARDASIL" even she already said earlier that "THEY HAVE GARDASIL 4" and she just give me a false hope she told me that "WHENEVER WE HAVE A GARDASIL WE WILL GIVE YOU A CALL,THIS IS YOUR NUMBER RIGHT? (holding the tag of my name and number) and when i say yes..she turned around and i saw that she split my tag to a small piece its almost 2 months but even i know that you are lying that you will give me a call i still waiting for it I will never forget how you treat people like me working and serving your country without house worker you cant do all your house and family chores..so give us care also as we care your family if i get a cervical cancer just becoz you dont give me a chance to cure it..your conscience will eat you! you prioritized your local women for that expensive vaccine who just wasted their money buying fancy stuff and can even travel anywhere they want and can pay thousands of money for their beauty regimen..while you almost keep it to the ground so no expat or any ordinary worker can have it for free becoz we cant afford to pay it.. all i can say to all the doctors and staff and the hospital is HASBIYALLAH ALAIK!

Negative experience: اسوأ مركز صحي لا يستحق واحد حتى اليوم كان عندي موعد و كان المركز مغلق انهم لا يحترمون المراجعين و انتظرت لمده ساعه كامله وانا اتيت من مكان بعيد يرجى احترام المراجعين

Negative experience: أسوء تجربة في الإمارات في هذه العيادة، عدم وجود نظام أو خبرة او ورق لطباعة التذكرة، في حين ان كل الأجهزة متوفرة، تخيل بعد الفصل بين اماكن الرجال والنساء اضطر اروح اقف بجانب موظف النساء عشان اخد منه ورقة بعد ما ينتهي مع الحرمة!!! وبعدين اروح لشباك انتظر نصف ساعة عشان الدواء تقوللي الست الغلبانة اللي عاوزه تروح بتوتر… يبني سجلوا اسمك غلط مع التأمين لازم ترجع تاني!!! وتيجي لي على طوول… أسوء تجربة وعدم تواجد مدير إيجابي يهتم من القلب بالمرضى أثبت ان رغم وجود اجهزة بملايين واهتمام الدولة الا ان (إن الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما بأنفسهم) والله خسارة وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. لو كان فيه تقييم صفر او اقل كنت عملته، وطبعا قدمت شكوى للتأمين ما حبيت اخد صور لعدم التجريح.

Negative experience: العاملة فيها ارتفاع كبير في الضغط ثاني مره تسير على موعد وتطلع وهي مب داخله ليش اصبري اكثر عن ساعتين وهي عندها موعد . والمرة الاولى اطرينا نشترى لها العلاج حاولت اتواصل معاهم واكلم حد الكل رافض ومسكينه تحاول فيهم تقولهم عندي موعد وتعبانه، سايره من الصبح ع اساس اخف في الزحمة ، عندكم ضغط زيدو العدد ، وبقدم شكوى في حكومة بوظبي

Negative experience: المكان بحاجه إلى ترتيب اكثر ازدحام غير طبيعي ولايوجد كفاءة عند الطاقم خاصه التمريض عند اخذ الحراره والضغط ولا في اي اولويه لكبار السن .. يرجى اعادة النظر في التنظيم

Negative experience: We went there at 5:30 pm today but the assistant of Dr Khadijah telling us that they will not accept any patient as she is in hurry to go home this thing is unprofessional she arguing for 20 mins if she start the treatment than arguing with me maybe we will finish before 6.,the facility are good and nice but the assistant same with the assistant today of Dr Khadijah will destroy the image of the facility…

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Poorly Organized I went to the hospital for a check up as required by my Seha insurance. After arriving, the doctor informed me that I only needed a blood test. I completed the test and left, assuming everything was done. However, after I got home, I received a call saying I needed to come back because multiple check ups were actually required for the insurance. This lack of organization and failure to inform me from the start was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. Patients deserve clear communication and proper guidance, especially when dealing with insurance related procedures. This experience highlights a serious need for better coordination and professionalism at the hospital.

Negative experience: رغم تعامل الموظف الممتاز رغم بجاحة المراجعين وعدم احترامهم لا للدور ولا للجالس امامهم إضافة لاصواتهم وزعيقهم ...كان الموظف -مواطن- متعاونا مع الجميع و صبووورا للغاية... كذلك يسعى لحل مشاكل البعض باستدعاء مسؤولي المركز الصحي .. لكن اتفاجا بالتي جعلوها ممرضة تطعيم لا تريد تنظيف او تعقيم قبل التطعيم .. بل بينت لها انني تجاهلت انها لم تعقم ذراعي ... لكن هذا دور طفل صغير ... اجابت قطعا مافي تعقيم.. ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. رفعت الموضوع للمسؤول مبينا ان هذا للمستقبل وللاخرين وإذا كان تصرفها صحيحا او خطأ..

Negative experience: The registration process takes too much time, like you will wait for more than an hour before they accommodate you. I also had a bad experience to one doctor who raised her voice at me in-front of other patients and slammed the door as well. She has NO RIGHT to yell at me. I was just asking her nicely, take note that she was just done with her prayer time when that happened. I really cannot forget her, she was very unprofessional, she must not treated her patients like that. If she was tired that time she must not forced herself to work. I do not want to mention her name but she was the very first doctor who treated me that way, she is the worst. I hope that this reviews will help Baniyas Healthcare Center to provide an excellent service not just to locals but also to expatriates. Treat patients equally. Treat patients with respect the same respect that we are also giving to them (Doctors).
